Delivery was very quick… For this price, the food was terribly bad. Burger felt like an eraser and wasn't completely cooked through. The fries were also soft. The crispy chicken was also not crispy but soft and tasteless and that for 25.-!!! For this price you can have a decent meal in a good restaurant. Was a waste of money :(

A joke from the owner... I asked if he needed a courier driver, said YES and I had to test drive his courier 2 or 3 times. I came at 5 p.m., about 6 p.m. after 3 trips I asked and now you're satisfied he said yes, good and quickly you stay until 8 p.m. then I'll take a look. Ok, I already suspected something, at 8 p.m. he told me I'd call you tomorrow, I asked who would pay me for the 3 hours now, he didn't want to pay and didn't call tomorrow.. Well, Got sees everything☝️

Order arrived late & incorrect. So I paid 26.- for a burrito that I didn't receive.

Very unfriendly and impatient phone call. The call was simply ended after the employee had to ask twice.

Today's food ordered online was subterranean. The fries were not edible. Although a large and a small portion was ordered, two small ones came. The bacon on the burg wasn't cooked through or was completely raw. My wife's vegetarian burger had 2 bottom sides of the bun and the patty so tough that I could hardly cut it... let alone chew it... We had to wait longer than 1.5 hours for all the food. Of course we then contacted the restaurant by phone. The answers were cheeky. The patty thing couldn't be right and vegetarian patties are always like that. (We have ordered there before and know the burger) The fact that the bacon was raw was normal because the bacon and the pulled pork are made together in the microwave and so the restaurant couldn't do anything about it. I would have expected something different given the prices. But good... Something can always go wrong... But being so cheeky and completely unreasonable on the phone is a real shame. This meal was definitely not worth 82.50 CHF.

We ordered the food, so no rating for ambience. The delivery time was met and the food was still reasonably warm. Unfortunately we think the prices are too high for this food. We ordered two burritos with fries. The fries were very tasty, as was the cocktail sauce. We didn't like the two burritos. Some ingredient, but we couldn't determine which one, didn't go well with it at all. Unfortunately, my burrito didn't have any sauce in it (as described when I ordered). Unfortunately not very tasty.. Crispy Chicken wasn't crispy chicken either, very soft and unfortunately no taste..

Food is alright on its own. Burgers are good and jalapeño poppers are very American like. But as for the Mexican side it’s not very much Mexican. It’s more it’s own thing than American or Mexican. But the staff is very friendly. Long story short foods decent. Just not very American or Mexican.
