Absolutely useless. While we ordered a normal burger, we received a gluten-free menu...they were out of vanilla éclair so they offered us a strawberry cake instead and we received....a cheese cake....bad faith from the cook who assures us that he made us a normal burger even though the bread is clearly gluten-free. One thing is certain we will no longer order from them...

Incompetent restaurant. I placed an order for pizzas at this restaurant which told me delivery within the hour. Two hours later, no news. I can't contact him because of course they don't answer the phone. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the burger joint. We placed an order through Uber Eats, but they failed to deliver anything. There was no response or communication regarding our order. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment due to their complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

Delivery via Uber Eats, more than 2 hours late, impossible to contact the restaurant or the delivery person.

I don't need to add much given the rest of the comments, but at the same time there is a lot to say: - The food is really not great. - It's expensive for the quality and quantity. - The staff is not very friendly. And I understand a little given the environment in which they work. (it wouldn't surprise me if they are very poorly paid, even if I can't say that without proof) - On site, the place is gloomy everything is to order or to take away, so it is very empty. - The name of the restaurant is not written anywhere, because they are in fact only kitchens which share a space with a brasserie if I understand correctly (To be investigated, but I think there is a deal of the kind between them for reduce their rent. Again I am not asserting anything.) - Apparently they call themselves different names on different home delivery apps. - I reserved a basket with them on TooGoodToGo and I received a pizza (indigestible) and a can of coke, which are absolutely not unsold, I think it's simply to advertise yet another app. - The address on TooGoodToGo was the correct one, but upon arriving since the name of the restaurant did not appear anywhere, I looked on Google maps and the address was simply wrong. (The photos on maps are all taken in different places.) - The restaurant website is not even the same on Google Maps and on TooGoodToGo. - I have the impression that the phone number on their site is actually that of the brewery and it is actually the person at the brewery who answers if I understand correctly. (so it's not very pleasant and that's understandable) In short, I don't think I'm being stupid if I say that it's a "restaurant" that tries to be as profitable as possible by using all means, even the most borderline. Something strange is going on behind this restaurant (probably some kind of "dark kitchen" or not far from it anyway). Very very strange, to investigate. In any case I do not recommend.

Restaurant to avoid. I placed an order on Uber Eat which never arrived… I tried to contact the restaurant for over an hour to find out where my order was, no one ever picked up the phone. This is not professional at all. I will never order or go to them again. A word to the wise.

A catastrophic delivery 2 hours 40 minutes of delivery and deplorable customer service 140 calls to be answered speaks badly to me and hangs up on me when I express my dissatisfaction I do not recommend at all and I would never order again! Restaurant to avoid! ABE

Ordered pizzas online, very chewy and the order came super late.

From uber eats, delivery at least an hour late. Ordered from Pasta by Blaqk. I didn't think people could mess up pasta. I don't give bad reviews lightly or criticize food often but this was probably the worst pasta i've ever had in me life. Absolutely disgusting. Never again

Worst possible home delivery experience. Absolute carnage with delivery 1h17mn later, just look at the receipt.... # First the fries out of the box in the bag... Recently after some research we realized that Blaqk uses numerous aliases on smood or Uber eats to clear customs, multiply orders, therefore line his pockets and literally insult customers. Even the phone number is invalid. Nothing surprising when you know who is behind this company. The commercial police as well as hygiene and the CCNT should take a closer look at questionable practices and what is happening.

Yum yum yum! Delicious burgers and pizza! We usually order through Uber Eats, and while they are sometimes late and the food lukewarm, the offer is worth it (2-for-1). Just put it in the oven for a few minutes. The prices are correct, quality-price is ratio is quite high.

Avoid this place at all costs! Expecially Uber eats! 40 CHF for a cold burgher delivered in 50 mins instead of 5!!! It is not Uber eats delivering!!!! They make you pay fees for nothing! It is their employee!!!

Scam delivery system. They accept orders on Smood that are delivered by the restaurant (so Smood loses track) and then just don’t deliver. Stay way… it took me 2h and several calls to solve the issue and let’s see if they return the money

1st and last order! The photos that appear on the site have absolutely nothing to do with reality and there are clearly missing ingredients, I'll let you see for yourself... Taste-wise, the dough was soft and the pizzas really weren't good and that's very expensive for what it is! I don't recommend.

I ordered 2 burgers and 2 pirtiin of fries and nutella bubbles. The worst I have eaten in my entire life and the most expensive. The bread for the burgers is not edible, it was hard for 2 weeks even to give it to the ducks at the lake. The order has nothing to do with what I ordered, the meat is disgusting, the fries hard and cold, the desert cold, I'm on it, it was like throwing a little money in the trash after I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. Order placed by Uber, fast delivery. The order included 2 cheeseburgers and 2 pototae fries. A disappointment, too salty, it was bathed in the sauce to camouflage the freshness of the salad, there were no onions even though they are included in the composition. The assembly of the Burger in bulk. In short, it's a shame. In conclusion, if you want to have a stomach ache and have dysentery like hell, this is the place to go.

The cheeseburger was very good but the delivery service super slow (Smood, on a Friday evening); things were hot and above all there was the offer of 1 free cheeseburger for 1 purchased. Really great, I highly recommend.

Confirmation SMS, delivered in approx. 15min 00:19, I call the restaurant, the person on the phone tells me: "I remember your order, but I don't know what it is, I'll call you back in 5 minutes, I'll look up the information." I called back at 00:35, no answer. How to waste 1 hour & 35CHF, order from Blaqk :)!

Bad restaurant, rude on the phone, takes 4 hours to answer the phone, not possible to deliver their order and don't want to find a solution, I gave 1 star because I can't give zero stars, I don't recommend it at all, it just look at all the negative reviews, it's not for nothing, and I mince my words.

Unfortunately I should have come and looked at the Google reviews before ordering on Smood, after more than 3.5 hours of waiting I still haven't seen the color of my burger. It wasn't for lack of contacting the restaurant owner after an hour and a half who assured me that my order was on its way. I ordered a simple Burger on Ubereat, after 1h30 I called the restaurant who told me that my order was not even seen, after 3 hours of waiting (I placed the order at 7 p.m. it is now 10 p.m.), I I notice that the restaurant is canceling my order. Very nice food too, but I already knew (food truck). Spending a good evening there is ''natural''. Go there without hesitation.

EXTREMELY ANNOYED. Ordered from here on UberEats 3 times within the past months and everything was fine, fast delivery and good food. On the 4th try we placed our order around 9pm and by 12:40am NOTHING. Is this how you treat loyal customers??? I called them 3 times and each time they picked up (only after several calls..) said it’ll be 10 mins and in the end they marked our order on UberEats as “DELIVERED” when it clearly wasn’t. This is just annoying and a waste of our time! If you can’t take orders shut it off online or cancel. Don’t leave customers waiting 3 hours for food, then when you never deliver everything else is closed so we can’t even get anything else AND then pretend the order is delivered 😡😡 now I have to waste more time claiming a refund from UberEats!! J'ai effectué une commande aujourd'hui autour de 12h, livrée à 13h35 (Uber eat). Le livreur m'indique être venu directement, ce que je crois (la nourriture n'etait pas froide). En plus il manquait les boissons, pourtant payées. Le restaurant ne répond pas au téléphone.Ce sera ma dernière commande dans ce restaurant.
