Waited 2 hours for the waitress to come to the table to order an aperitif; the plate of fish was served lukewarm, almost cold, my table was not served at the same time, waited more than 30 m for the desert, most of those present left before the desert was served, it was so long . Lack of organization during meals in this type of event. 📍some elements of the staff are not pleasant.

We came Saturday evening 2.3 to celebrate my 70th birthday. There were 24 of us and we had a wonderful evening. Charcoal menu, show and DJ until 2 a.m. Kelly, the event organizer, is inventive and cheerful, the meal was very good and the service was efficient despite the large crowds. It will remain a beautiful memory and we will come back. THANKS

Excellent evening spent as part of an association dinner. There were 16 of us, the service was impeccable and we had a great time. The cork was most of the time our choice whenever we wanted a charcoal or a prawn galore, however our last two visits were deplorable. The service was not great at all, the waiters allowed themselves to speak badly to us while we were waiting for a broth for our Chinese fondue for more than 45 minutes when we got up for the second time to ask where it was. . The price is reasonable compared to the quality of their product, however the service is catastrophic. It's a shame, because we really liked this restaurant, we won't go back there again.

Le Bouchon is a good restaurant in terms of food, but the service can be long especially in the evening, the atmosphere is superb, there is just one problem, it's the shows, they are good but hard to watch, I'll tell you that. advise but don't be in a hurry

To flee! 1/5, because it's not possible to put less, but it's not worth as much. Difficult to summarize such a lamentable experience while remaining objective, but to settle for the facts: - We were put in a small room at the back, which I didn't know. Probably the source of the problems mentioned, with initially only one waitress for this space, which was also much less pleasant than the part near the entrance that I knew. - Reservation for 7 (including 3 children aged 4, 11, 13) at 8 p.m., we arrive in a bit of a scattered order (some of them before), but we will receive our aperitifs between 8:20 p.m. and 9 p.m., roughly each time minimum 30' between each order and receipt of a simple glass. - Order burgers and charcoal, so nothing too complicated. We received this at around 9:45 p.m., after several reminders, to the server or even after looking for the boss. - It's quite expensive, by way of comparison we had by chance eaten a charcoalade last week in a somewhat similar establishment (I'm not quoting to avoid any bias, but relatively well-known in Lignon) at 46 chf for 320g, here it's 52 out of 300, with a much narrower choice. Not to mention the 3-4 sauces that run after each other (I'm still waiting for the ketchup for the fries, the ice cubes for the lukewarm white wine with the wait, etc...) compared to around ten the previous week. - Meat frankly not incredible, chicken in particular really not great, lukewarm fries, random burgers. Discount granted (100chf out of 350, announced as "drinks" but covering about half) to apologize for the unacceptable delay to be credited to the restaurateur. It won't make up for the evening or make you want to go back...

The meat is quality, I recommend the horse which is tender like butter. The sauces are very good and so is the salad. The shows are not crazy and not necessary in my opinion. We had to wait a bit for the second service. But acceptable wait. I recommend!

Hello, we went back for a birthday. However, the guests and I will probably not return there again. We waited more than 1 hour before the heated grills arrived with the children's menus. The charcoal is 59chf.- and the children's menu at 20chf.-; expensive evening

It's been a long time since we were in this restaurant, we were 6 people for a charcoal, the meat wasn't really great (too hard, not convincing! difficult to explain (?) men normally eat a lot but it's unlimited I would say Barely 200 g. It seems to me before the fries were homemade, not everything, frozen for sure. The service was very good, our server very friendly.

I have been there 3 times and this was the last one for me. The reason is an unacceptable behavior of a young waiter.When our order arrived we politely mentioned that our order was slightly different, the waiter insisted in an intense way that we were wrong and out of the blue he said that he doesn’t have time to waste and that we have a problem! We came out for a dinner and a man incapable of working as a waiter ruined our night out. The food is good but not exceptional, the atmosphere is ok, the grill is kind of fun but definitely does not worth it with such a rude behavior.

I went to this establishment to celebrate a birthday, the back room where we were placed lacked lights and the decoration left something to be desired, it felt like a garage. What can we say about the cocktails offered, these are excessively expensive for the quality offered, 22 chf for a cocktail that tastes like fruit juice... The fondue Chinoise was anything but a fondue Chinoise, the base of a fondue Chinoise is still the broth had no taste, a mixture of water and oil. It’s just shameful to offer a Chinese fondue for 60chf/per person without knowing how to make it. Bad experience in this blissful establishment, I will definitely not come back and would not recommend it!

Lack of light in the restaurant is a shame. The service is very very long, don't be in a hurry, they charge you for products ordered but not arrived at the table. The b’chicken was horrible, the bread was all hard, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the yogurt sauce was very bland. Honestly, the smell of this restaurant is something, don't hesitate to go there without showering. Be careful, the cocktails are really horrible, it’s elderberry and water! Space is poorly used in this restaurant. The tables are not clean and neither are the cutlery.

The dishes at Bouchon are good, however, our experience was tarnished by slow service and borderline remarks from the servers. We waited over 30 minutes before someone came to clear the table and take our dessert order. More efficient and friendly service would greatly improve the overall experience…

And all this for 52CHF (we took 59CHF galore but we got 1 tray then NOTHING so we asked to be billed for the 300g version). The wait was WAY too long. Nice staff but not enough? For the number of customers. We had to CANCEL orders. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Good charcoal in Carouge. Place in activity zone but open on Sunday evening even a little late. Hearty charbonnade (300g version - unlimited version exists and costs only a few CHF more) accompanied by salad and fries.

The map is quite extensive. Our dishes were quite good. My Spare Rib’s hearty, tender and tasty. Le Cordon bleu, original in its shape, well stocked. On the other hand, the dessert, the very mediocre chocolate cake. The service a little slow. The room is large, but without charm.

Visiting the restaurant today as a group for a farewell drink. We all had different menus but the waiters made us pay more than the base price. There was more than 160 chf too much on the bill. They didn't want to refund us the difference. We had to insist and see a restaurant manager to reimburse us the amount. We wasted almost an hour explaining to them that they were wrong. The salad is cooked by heat because it is made in advance. Only the fries are good. I won't set foot there again. The tables are cleaned but sticky, everything remains stuck on the table. The varnish melts with heat. It's disgusting. No ventilation. Finally, you will have understood, it is not worth the detour.

The food is very good and of high quality we had a charcoalade 300gr/pers, the portions are very generous with unlimited salad and fries, for 50Chf I find it OK for Geneva and the quality of the meat. Unfortunately the service was not great but the boss's father's wife and the boss's brother were very nice and apologized for the service (it's a new team apparently) after a long, very interesting discussion with him we are going come back to taste the Chinese fondue and hoping that the service will be improved in order to provide a more positive comment (ps the servers are not bad, just stressed and confused in my opinion).

I wanted to contact you and give my thoughts on the soccer game my wife and I went to on Wednesday. The food was amazing, but what made our dinner more special was the friendly and professional service from dayami, she was amazing.

I was there last Wednesday with my husband , the day of the soccer game and we returned on Saturday again. I must say, the place and the food was delicious. Everything was great. But what made it more special was the service by our waitress Dayami. She took care of us. I must say, when the food is good but the service better, it is a place where you wish to return. Me and my husband visit different places but the service we received that day was just unforgettable. This will be our new favorite restaurant. Thank you Dayami.

Big scam 56.-- for a frozen fried charbo and service which leaves something to be desired 20 min wait before taking orders for drinks from other restaurants in Geneva it's less than 45.-- the fries are homemade and they serve vegetables to grill with the meat

Very disappointed on several points. First of all, the price difference between the website and the card. In fact, the site offers charbo at 45.- while it is 50.- on the menu...which corresponds to 11% more........... Already there, that puts you in the scent!! Then in terms of service, it took us 25-30 minutes. waiting for the order to be taken (there were only 2 of us and we just had a still water and a soda for drinks). We each had a carbonnade. Therefore, before arrival they come to bring us a small bowl with a good little salad. Once finished, we get rid of it and a while later, they bring us the meat, the fries and again a bowl of salad....... Desserts are ordered (2 cups of ice cream). During the service, the waiter had not taken the spoons.... In this regard, we could see that he was taking the trouble, despite a look that was a little (painful...) but lacking clearly from experience. So in the end, good food, but a bit of a lagging service and a price difference that hurts!!

More than 2 hours of waiting with unpleasant staff except a girl with orange-red hair, she is super pleasant. Otherwise the rest of the staff pretend not to hear you when you call them, especially a waitress with short hair and a waiter. The cork is no longer what it was and no matter the excuses, We arrived at 7:10 p.m. we received the drinks at 7:45 p.m. except the carafe of water because I didn't drink alcohol. I went to get the carafe of water myself after having had to ask the waiters 3 times when nothing happened. As soon as we ask for something we feel like we're bothering them. We received the fondue bourguignonne at 8:25 p.m. after asking several times for the dessert menu, we asked the table next to us if he could give us their menu when he was finished. When we got to the end we asked to see the manager to explain the situation and if he could make a move, to which we were almost told that we were liars and that we were cheeky to ask like that. We left, being called liars doesn't bother me but I won't come back to the restaurant or advertise. There are other restaurants of this type which will be delighted to welcome us. You can look at the reviews from the last few months all the same and the excuses don't change.

It’s a shame, it was a really nice place before. Corporate evening organized there. Not enough staff, too much charcoal in a room where there is no ventilation provided for this purpose everywhere, which created a pile of smoke. When I asked if we could open the windows, I was clearly given the roses and it even came to a verbal argument, which I stopped because it was not the place nor the time for that . The meat was not regular. Frozen unsalted fries. We sat down at the table at 7 p.m. and were finally able to finish eating at 11:30 p.m. We will no longer go there, however we are nearby and had the pleasure of working with a restaurant in the same town as us. I hope they raise the bar.

The atmosphere is familiar and rustic. It's a great place to meet up with friends, as there are families and groups. The restaurant is spacious and offers traditional, rustic-style cuisine. We ordered the charcoalade and the meat was delicious, as were the sauces and sides. Prices are average, but it's not the best choice if you're looking for a fancy, fashionable restaurant. The servers are kind and courteous.

A generous portion that fits the stomach well, except for the small problem, the dish arrived lukewarm. In the end, the B Valaisan burger fills well.

Very large restaurant. Quite a few choices in terms of menu. Small downside: ventilation is not that great, it quickly gets very hot with the charcoal. Small oversights when ordering: water or side dishes, but the service is friendly and relatively fast! Thank you for your welcome ! :)
