Today's discovery, raspberry croissants, a real delight.

Nice little cafe, good sandwiches and soups! One big complaint: we had asked for glasses of water with our meal as is standard in Switzerland! But the waitress refused to serve us tap water; “We don’t do that here” with a disdainful air was his response! In Switzerland, water is drinkable everywhere and of such good quality and everyone has access to a tap that costs nothing, why are we still forced to pay for bottled water especially after having already spent a lot on our meal! The attitude of the waitress really ruined the experience for us! Please change that!!

Beautiful place, great products. A bit expensive all the same. And the Pavlova I ate yesterday was very good. But the strawberry on top wasn't fresh. Too bad it wasn't worth CHF 5.90 a piece.

We had a piece of Sicilian tart and a praline. Difficult to define the flavor of its 2 pieces in purpose. It seemed like there was a lot of pistachio even the waitress couldn't tell us what was in the praline. Slightly expensive bakery. The bread a little dry but good.

Absolutely still amazing. A surprising, welcoming setting, a wonderful passion delicately put to work to relearn how to eat well. The super good, authentic taste, flavors and smells of local products, respect, essentials that make you want to come back. A REAL BAKERY that rocks!!! Bravo for your work.

Best bakery in the region, exceptional choice.

250gr of braid at 6fr20, that comes to 25fr per kg. Very good but a little excessive nonetheless.

I have been coming for 2 years and the more I come the more I find it expensive and the quality drops. It's good but the value for money is more advantageous in Noirmont I ordered a Christmas log to order and found that the textures really weren't great. Disappointed

Excellent and original dessert cakes. Breads of all kinds. I recommend the cereal bread. There is also gluten in bread. Sandwiches for lunch break. Tearoom to enjoy on site with excellent green teas.

I'm sorry, but for a trader who claims to be part of the elite bakers, I find it rather disgusting to find a dead mouse in front of the entrance to the bakery. Given its state of minification, this is not new. I move on, the Coop is not far away and the bakers who work there and abstain from any lessons to the RTS cameras do not do taxidermy or embalming. I remain perplexed and seriously wonder if this is the only pest in the neighborhood or if the sophisticated items that can be ordered inside the stall also contain a hidden dose of protein...

The products are good and fresh, the premises are very clean. The waitress (young with glasses) who served me this morning was very friendly, smiling and professional. The coffee is good, the savory sandwiches are excellent and the dessert I had, the cream cone, was delicious. Thank you for this good time spent at your place.

It's worth five stars because you immediately feel the heart that this company wants to convey. It shows in the layout, the exhibition, the smile of the waiters and waitresses, I like their availability and their friendliness, the desire to give us a little moment of relaxation with fresh products, homemade ice creams, irresistible pastries . The place to settle down is clean, meditative and well decorated. Enough to treat yourself to a little sweetness at a fair price (but fortunately not more expensive..) The only remark is that the coffees are sometimes lukewarm.

I looooove this candy store where you stop every time you pass by! Always very good and very friendly. The only small problem noted was the price of a bircher at 7.50 which prevented me from taking one because it was really small for the price. That won't stop me from going back :)

Modern, tastefully furnished tea room with wonderful delicacies.

A necessary step when on a motorbike or even by car we pass through Saignelégier. The pastries are delicious, made with the greatest care and original. Sometimes, on Sunday afternoon, there is not much choice left but we still find what we are looking for. Don't forget the hot drinks, chocolate in several states and teas, and the welcome.

Good products but a little expensive!

Delicious products, my favorite Totche, the one we bought yesterday was especially fresh and tasty. Quite a diversity of choices, and though a bit pricey, worth the try.

Surprised by the bread bought this Sunday morning. Bread with a very hard crust which produces a lot of crumbs at first seemed wrongly frozen and after discussion with the boss who spontaneously opened these freezers for me. Bread bakes at the bottom of the oven which makes a hard crust. Generally produced of very good quality, price in line with the quality of the products. Very pleasant service in general. Very nice renovation and pleasant atmosphere. Deserves these 4 stars without question. Transparent and commercial boss. Smiling team THANK YOU

I often take a reading break in the tea room. The staff is very cheerful and pleasant. After reading certain comments, it may indeed happen that they smile less... but I tell myself that they are not smiling robots and that their job is demanding. Thank you to them for their availability and kindness. On Sunday mornings, in particular, when the tea room is crowded. The products are excellent. Taste the bread from the attic!

Good quality, but 58chf for half a totché, 2 packets of pizzaiolo flutes and 1 caramel nut cake, I find a little exaggerated...
