I bought a salmon canape and a pâté to eat there. The sofa bread was dry so certainly not fresh that day, the pâté likewise certainly not very fresh, but friendly staff. Damage

All good quality pastries and other super friendly staff I love this place

Big bakery, but chaotic. Lack of staff and unfriendly staff. The quality (freshness) of the food is mediocre compared to the price and not a lot of choice for lunch.

Reserved a table by phone for the Sunday morning brunch in Givisiez. We waited more than 30 minutes without being served despite several calls to the service staff. We left empty-handed and disappointed.

The service is impersonal but very well decorated and stocked

Very disappointed, we reserve a birthday cake and when we arrive to pick it up, we are told that it is in another bakery of the same name in the city of Fribourg. The saleswoman claims that the order was made for the other bakery when that is not true! The height; we are invited to pick up our cake at the other Suard bakery in town. Not a trader at all, it's over with these puppets who don't listen to us and dare to claim that it's our fault.

On a Sunday at 12:30 p.m., we stopped by chance in this tea room to eat a little something. We indulged in the brunch and didn't regret it.

I go there very often for dinner and I have rarely been disappointed 😍 Everything is always very good. The waitresses are very friendly! I rarely wait very long to receive my dish!

Friendly tea room, easy to access! The interior setting could be a little nicer, but located in an industrial zone, the target clientele is certainly that of employees from the surrounding area, so the practical side has been prioritized.

Very good Bakery-Restaurant address. For lunch the dishes are very good and reasonably priced. Easy to access parking but fills up quickly. Large selection of bakery and confectionery at the entrance.

We were charged for a hot chocolate with lactose which we were not even able to consume as we were lactose intolerant. Even a small brand would not have charged us for this incorrect order. I guess we didn't find the right waitress...

Waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru... I even called the bakery's phone, no answer. Another time wanting to eat inside, one of the waitresses forced us to change places, not at all friendly. Really need to review how it works On the other hand, the pastries are very good but it is a shame that often the pain au chocolat and croissant are insufficient since there were several times where I was not able to have them in the morning because they had more.

Friendly bakery with classic and traditional Friborg products, such as cuchaule, béchon mustard etc. They have very few vegetarian options, and even fewer vegan options because there is practically cheese or egg everywhere. Looking forward to a bakery that offers more options without animal ingredients! ;)

30min wait 2 times in a row at the drive-thru .. What is the use of it if it is to wait longer than at the counter inside..

Very tasty!! The service in the café was super accommodating: she simply took back what I had ordered incorrectly and too much! Friendly atmosphere, terrace for warm days. Confectionery: Nice little gift ideas that are unfortunately expensive (20 SF for a medium-sized Easter bunny...)

To those who read me...you can't just give one star for a saleswoman who isn't always motivated? The products are of excellent quality! Finding a compromise between bosses and salespeople who are not always motivated these days is not always easy. On the other hand, customers these days...and after 2 years of pandemic are not always easy!

Delicious vegetarian delight and foccastic Vacherin ham foccacia! To take it away, it could have been heated a little more so that the cheese was well melted, but that doesn't take away from the taste! First experience for me, I haven't read the other comments, but I will return regularly since I work nearby.

The choice and quality of sandwiches as well as the motivation of the staff unfortunately remain quite below the level of the subsidiary at Friborg station.

Waited 30 min to be served , plus it spilled half in the saucer and not even replaced at the price we paid for it. Do not trust the name and fame of the establishment. Very bad.

If you like being ignored, you've come to the right place! Reception not friendly at all, service half-hearted in the tea room. When paying, the waitress throws the card machine on the table to scan the QRCode... and leaves without thanking or saying goodbye. Needless to say, the smile is non-existent. Is it so complicated at 11:00 in the morning to be friendly and smiling? It's all well and good to take pretty photos, but if the service and welcome don't follow, it's counterproductive. Suard has a good reputation in the city of Fribourg, it is time to remedy this here because the negative opinions on the staff are only accumulating.

Bad experience at the Suard branch in Givisiez. It cannot be denied that the store is new and tastefully decorated. However, this does not make this place a quality bakery. As they often say, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” I bought a sourdough bread which I was very disappointed with. Firstly, the crispness was not there. Soft and crumbly crust. Second, a tasteless crumb and irregular honeycombing. Additionally, the staff at this establishment are rude and moody. The aim of going to buy your bread at the bakery is not to leave the establishment in a funeral atmosphere.

The food is good - however several times poorly received or poorly spoken by the staff whether in the tearoom or at the drive-thru. The only bakery that almost systematically runs out of croissants at 10:30…

Very good cakes. The croissants are weird, a bit dry. A criticism on the time of delivery of orders, they are not on time, I had an appointment at 8 a.m. to pick up cakes, the delivery arrived at 8:25 a.m., not very cool, especially when we don't I don't live nearby.

Very good bakery but the brunch leaves something to be desired. Not much savory... (Three kinds of cheese, bacon, egg and chipolata sausages) and for the sweet, two kinds of bread, small butter croissant, small cuchaule, chocolate croissant, small brioche and fruit by the dropper. ..

Very friendly welcome, without a reservation for lunch, we were quickly found 2 places. And the menu is enticing!

Suard is just the name!!! We went Saturday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. to eat a small sandwich, 3 or 4 chasing each other in the window. We had a small cucumber sandwich with 3 cucumber slices that we were chasing after, 2 sandwiches with dry butter to choke on and a shrimp canape with no taste, impossible to say what we were eating!!! Too bad, because in the old days Suard was renowned for being of good quality. Now it's frankly no longer any good, and much too expensive for the quality it lacks!!

Your employees must open and examine each content to indicate to me the possible choice. In short, we don't know what we can buy, or how much it costs.
