I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the bakery / tea room La Boulan’Tine in Troistorrents, canton of Valais. They have lots of very good pastries as well as teas. They do in particular the local traditional galette valaisanne (dough with either abricot or rasberry filling).

Perfect for reading the newspaper while enjoying quality pastries and above-average coffee.

Top of the top! Pure butter pastries and very good breads...not to mention a great team.
