This morning shows 12 minutes for a coffee. They chat with their friends, they do the dishes, the customer is ignored.

Very good bakery and found the Portuguese pastry

The pastries are good. Sometimes the price a little expensive. I understand that the waitresses are Portuguese, but knowing the French language is important. The waitresses are cold. The tables outside deserve a cleaning after each customer visit. I believe that we are in Switzerland and as a saleswoman myself, whether we speak another language or not, on the ground we speak French. By speaking another language, customers may think that we are making fun of them or something else.

Not good at all not fresh music too loud and staff not friendly

Really unfriendly waitresses... it seems like we're bothering them when we order something, a weird attitude for a bakery. I ordered a carac and didn't find it amazing. On the other hand, their Portuguese croissants are to die for! Yum ! I can’t wait for the staff to change.

It’s a shame that some salespeople are unfriendly because their carob bread is really very good. They prefer to serve Portuguese people who speak their language. Just hello, goodbye and thank you. We really feel like we're disturbing.

Very average reception, not professional….we have the impression of disturbing…. Bad and bitter coffee, maybe the machine should be cleaned…. Too bad because it’s a well-placed place with a lot of potential!

Floor, chairs, tables not clean. The service is average, you have to pay for a smile and make me speak in Portuguese even though you're in a commercial area, it's average.
