Lost 3 customers today. Hard, inedible string bread... When I asked the baker why, she told me that you had to buy it in the morning! So why sell it again in the evening if the string is as hard as wood?

Very good bakery, on the other hand the tea room service leaves something to be desired, very unfriendly waitress and very high price, 5.- for a cappuccino never seen before... I would come back just for the bakery and nothing else.

Hearty, small café with very good cappuccino and extremely tasty sweets. From cream slices to wonderful chocolate specialties. Friendly service. The golden branches are awesome!!!@

The staff is very pleasant, helpful and smiling. It's a unique place in La Chaux-de-Fonds with homemade food. Everything is very good, even excellent. The know-how of a passionate person makes this bakery want to come back.

I love this place for the dynamic of the people working there, attentive to the distinguished brand of people with a kind presence. Their confections only have one fault: sometimes they are too good. Whatever people may think, the whole team excels at the task.

We took 5 different things to try today and everything was delicious. The bread and the pastry dough make everything so much tastier. The staff was quite friendly. I regret not trying something sweet, but I'll definitely be back.

It is not common to come across a bakery that sells its day-old bread at the same price as fresh bread. What's more, by failing to tell you, unless you ask. To be sure, ask if the bread is fresh - you'll pay the same, but at least you'll know. Too bad since these are very good products, particularly the cakes, which deserve a congratulations 👍🏻 a 5/5 for the pastry

Very negative reception, unfriendly, condescending and stressed “boss”. Don't dare ask if they offer lactose-free products, you'll almost be sent packing. Really never seen this kind of behavior from a “businesswoman”. They lost 3 customers.
