Sometimes you have to wait...the price of success. The employee did not give us the usual and desired chat, smile and bow🤨...... but it was noon and there was a 20 meter queue waiting on the sidewalk 🙄 Keep it up, thank you 😉 😄

Very good sandwiches and quiches

Savory, sweet, there is something for everyone. Wonderful presentation and excellent products. To recommend. By the way, the place is a little cramped. Only small downside.

Excellent products!!! A regular customer of the other establishment "L'école", but closed on Saturdays, this is the first time I have come to this one. It's much smaller and there are few seats but still very nice. There were 3 of us and even at the end of the afternoon we found our happiness in bread and pastries. And everything was excellent!!

I noticed a drop in quality, I bit into what I think was a small piece of glass in my poppy croissant, which also seemed dry to me. Plus last time, I realized too late that the unfriendly waitress had asked me for too much money.

Pitiful service, the waitresses don't take the time for the customers, they are totally stressed and make derogatory remarks. On top of that, no napkins were provided for eating on site. I would like to add that the space is too small and that the front door opening from the inside is particularly annoying for people waiting! - The products are very good but I must not recommend this place for the pitiful service. Recommendation : - investment in employee training

I had forgotten the stress of the staff and their usual lack of sympathy… Too bad…. You arrive happy to have brunch, unfortunately, the person serving you is so stressed that you don't take half of what you wanted, in a hurry to finish it. Once seated, put on your headphones with calming music if you want to hold on. Good merchandise, but still has its price. From now on, I will try to remember this uninviting atmosphere and will go to lunch elsewhere, in order to maintain my UP serenity. Too bad, it could be so much nicer...

This bakery is offering a wide range of products suchlike: venoiseries, breads, sandwiches, cakes...you can have a cup coffee in a cosy corner of the shop. The waitresses was really nice, kind with fast service and she also gave me some address to visit! The shop is temporary and will move just next door. I recommend this bakkery!

After placing an order 1 week ago for 1 brunch for a birthday, I arrived at the bakery and they told me that the brunch was not prepared and that the owner did not fax the order. Very disappointed I think he could have prepared my brunch in front of me. Very disappointed with your bakery This is a birthday that is off to a very bad start.

A nice display of pastries but almost nothing for croissants. Croissants that are almost dry just like pain au chocolat. Not counting the saleswomen, one was almost unfriendly (not even a hello) and in a hurry to finish, and the other was nice but didn't say goodbye. To choose I prefer to go to a gas station.

My rating only takes into account the bakery (not tearoom customers!) The best bakery in Chablais without the shadow of a doubt, I travel 10km 2-3 times a week to go there instead of using the one in my village or I dream of having a branch instead of completely existing ones deplorable... It is true that as announced in other comments, the sympathy of the sellers ranges from top to average. But for good products I accept...

I went to the breakaway at the end of the afternoon to buy 2-3 desserts, everything was going normally until payment time... The card machine was not working and when we wanted help , the saleswoman was on the phone (phone which must have lasted a good 10 minutes) She didn't say a word to us, never apologized, we had a bus to catch, other customers were waiting behind us, but no a gesture, she took her time instead of postponing her call or shortening it, anyway, so as not to miss our connection, we abandoned our desserts, and not a single goodbye, nothing, no kindness. As someone who works in commerce, this kind of behavior saddens me.

We ordered 2 cakes for more than 200.-: - a shapeless black forest delivered without any packaging just placed on a cardboard base under the pretext that the pastry chef had not thought of being able to put it in a box, we ourselves had to cobble together a box on site to be able to transport it with a minimum of hygiene, with a taste a little above the orange M sign, - and a second special cake in the shape of 2 figures aesthetically successful, but with a puff pastry impossible to cut with a spoon and still difficult to cut with a knife, put back in a package with an 80cm wide pavatex base impossible to put in a fridge standard and impossible to cut without a circular saw, plus the cake was almost impossible to remove from its base to DIY something. In short, an exorbitant price for a very disappointing result. From our experience to avoid for special orders.

Never seen such a dishonest waitress. I was kicked out in the middle of my order because I was joined by someone from my family who had to place their order too. While we had a mask. The products are good. I often bought one of the salads with a balloon. Everything is very good, the salad is generous. I also bought a salami baguette sandwich which didn't really convince me because of the few salamis and the enormous quantity of butter.
