Establishment on rue de la Bergère the waitress is arrogant, doesn't say hello, makes customers wait for 10 minutes before coming to the table. I do not recommend this establishment. I wonder if the boss checks how she works

Rte de Florissant 95, 1206 Genève, SwitzerlandAbsolutely terrible customer service. Marco (or Matteo or whatever his name was) is very rude when you talk to him on the phone, and gives out erroneous information (he pretends only the expensive coffee sold by their company works with their BUNN coffee machines, or that it would void the warranty). Unbelievable. I strongly recommend not working or buying from these folks, there are plenty of better outlets in Geneva.
