Boulangerie - Pâtisserie Salamin de Saint-Luc in Anniviers

Quite disappointed with our various purchases in this bakery. The products don't seem fresh (or in any case, the puff pastry is very hard) and one of the saleswomen is particularly unfriendly.

Very nice bakery with good products!

I just had the best coffee éclair of my life and it came from this bakery! Light texture, foamy cream melting on the tongue, an experience unlike anything I have tasted elsewhere. I had to split it in two and only had a knife without a blade, and yet it went through without a problem, the éclair was so tender. My boyfriend also loved it.

Get a nice pastry, which is quite expensive, as in Switzerland

With good weather, it’s a magnificent resort!!! Without too many tourists, great damage, several mountain sides are revealed to you as the chairlift progresses.

Wonderful Pastries. Not just the standard fare. Too many favourites to list. Enjoy! I miss my morning treks to choose breakfast and bread for the day.

It's in the mountains in the Val d'Annivier. It's very pretty and at my friend's house, without the noise of the cities it was a magnificent day.
