Always great for a good evening

Correct infrastructure for spending a relaxing time with family or friends. However, at the age of 30, I was scolded like a child because there was no ashtray in the smoking room and we put ashes on the table while two young people were smoking a joint 2 meters away. us and took no comments. They have their ashtrays stolen by little thugs and it is the honest people who collect them. This issue is aimed at one person, who I hope no longer works at this location now.

The service we experienced was highly unsatisfactory. The individual at the counter raised his voice unnecessarily while interacting with my colleague, creating a tense atmosphere.Overall, the experience was quite disappointing due to the staff's discourteous behavior.

Unfortunately the experience was ruined by the behavior of the staff.

Used to love coming here but a worker screamed at my colleague in front of his entire team. Was extremely unnecessary and totally unprofessional. Came for a happy hour and it became a sad hour!

The guy at the counter with the beard is the rudest I’ve ever met. Ruined the night, started screaming in front the other people. Cannot work in hospitality!!!

Pitiful not to open on the evening of December 31, unlike every year you are open. People don't want to work anymore. The left bank is neglected, unlike the right bank. Just look at the Balexert bowling alley which even offers a special Christmas menu. But hey, apparently you don't need customers on a festive evening when you would have a lot of them, a lot in fact! Very disappointed, I will now go to Balexert, and I advise everyone to do so.

Friendly setting and staff! The wait is a little long but that's understandable: we came between the holidays. The cocktails are well made (a little expensive but it's still within the price range around here).

Stops the game in the middle 10 minutes before closing unacceptable I will never return here again. The time is 00:00 and not 23:50.

Unfortunately, the lanes are breaking down. We had to move to another lane, then that lane broke down several times too, the machine at the end that handles the pins got frozen. It definitely needs some modernisation... We will not come back here again. 😔 Staff are nice though it is not there fault.

"Nous ne remboursons pas" - if this is your comment 2 minutes after I come back to you, booking a game for 5 players and asking to change it to 4 because one of my friends had an accident on the way - then I have no other option than to give you 1 star for the worst customer service and to share in my friend groups about your rude behaviour. Good thing this is not the only bowling place in Geneva.

Just that paying CHF25/Hr on the weekend when there are the most people instead of CHF20 during the week leaves a little... it should be the opposite.

Not having been able to try the bowling alley because it was closed today, I give it an average rating. However, it would have been nice to indicate the bowling as still closed on Google despite the month having passed without us having to come there to see it.

This arcade is very nice and welcoming. The reasonable prices and the practicality of the place are not insignificant!

Issue with communication where they said it was booked and in fact was reserved. Showed no flexibility and did not help despite their problem.

Super poorly received, lots of runway available just for their business, I was refused to come before 1 p.m. so we could pay more. Never again bowling at Praille!!!

Nice place even though our track stuttered several times... My husband therefore asked to be reimbursed for the 2nd part because the children were overexcited because of the long wait between each beug. A haughty cashier simply replied "you shouldn't reserve 2 games if you only play one", without knowing why and how... Fortunately for her, it wasn't me who went to ask for the refund, she would have thought twice in the future before speaking badly to the customers from whom she earns her salary. There are a lot of people looking for work in Geneva, I advise you to get rid of employees like her, if she doesn't want to, let her stay at home and take politeness and business lessons before look for another job. We will go with GREAT pleasure to Balexert next time.

This is a great place for family fun. Bowling, video games, air hockey, baby-foot and pool. There's a decent bar and some snack food. Here is the deal, the staff have to deal with all kinds of people, some nice and some down right mean. Just ask yourself, "what would you be like if you did their job every day"? I'm a regular visiter with my son. I'm patient when I go there. I'm there for a good time and I always have fun. By the way, adults won't get the guard rails for bowling, they are only for children, so don't throw a fit like some of the reviewers here. Kids under 5 really should not be bowling. Use some common sense. Remember, if you feel you are being treated poorly, maybe you are the one acting poorly...

Very warm welcome, suitable for children, the accessories are clean. Ideal place to spend a pleasant time with family. A game can easily last 1 hour, or even more if there are many of you. Other activities are offered. Several catering outlets on the same floor.

Bad experience, because tried to call 10X to reserve a track we never had a response and when the next day we arrived 20min. after the opening of the bowling alley no luck for us everything was full.

Very nice bowling alley with an arcade game area for adults and children. A bit expensive for a family. 2 parties with 1 adults and 2 children. This is a budget of at least 50.-. The 1st part is more expensive with the price of shoe rental.

Nice place but really not nice staff, they are not at all motivated.

Turned away at the entrance under the pretext that my boys are too young even though nothing is indicated to this effect on the site, that we have already come several times and that there are free slopes. Damage ! We will not come back!

Very nice bowling, I come here in particular for the arcade part, and especially for one machine in particular: Pump It Up!, the Korean arcade dance game! The employees are super friendly and very accommodating. With our community of players (who sometimes come from far away), we visit very regularly and we are always very well received. The dance mats are also very sensitive, which allows us to progress correctly in the best possible conditions! Thank you to the super attentive staff who are always ready to help us in case of problems! See you soon !

Terrible experience. Technical problems with our lane - the machine wasn’t able to pick up the pins properly and would knock some over. We were eventually moved to another lane where we had similar problems. The staff did try their best to help but due to high affluence they did not move us to another lane and opted to give us vouchers to come back. However these were useless as we have no intention of coming back. In addition floor is unusually slippery. Would recommend Balexert bowling over this any day. Advice to management: don’t open broken lanes and hire additional staff for Sunday rush.

Cool to be able to play pinball darts and such.

The organization is pitiful, we were waiting to play darts 3 times in a row in front of the man at the cash register, we were passed in front. I take care to ask this famous poorly organized cashier if he could make a waiting list so as to no longer wait for anything. His answer was clear, NO. Don't even come and waste your time in this bowling alley knowing that you are not going to play.

Big modern bowling alley! Perfect for co-working our team building events! Also perfect for family trips! (Very convenient inside a BIG commercial center) Friendly staff and also great bar with a vast choice of drinks! The arcade game is pretty epic as well!

Top bar service but recurring problems with lane 19 (points over/under, pins poorly recovered, blocked balls, blocked game). When I explain the situation to the lady at reception she blames me for not having said it before and that it is therefore our fault. She doesn't apologize, which would have been more than desirable.

Nice bowling alley, I just don't understand why I get kicked out after taking out my balls? How else can you strike?...

I went to the bowling alley on 11/11/2022 the person who was in charge of reception at the bowling alley was disrespectful she didn't want to put up the barrier because I quote “you're not kids if you don't know play go play wonder park”. And wanted to make us pay more

The bowling of shame! Worst experience! Came as a family to have a good time, the lady at reception after checking us in refuses to put up the barriers under the pretext that adults can break the barriers. We explain to him that this is a big first for us and that it is more suitable for us to play with barriers for the beginning (or to make an exception for me) especially since I am pregnant so I will only wear light balls ( no risk of breaking the barriers). She refuses again, saying “this is not the USA, you just have to concentrate” and is extremely unpleasant. I ask to speak to a manager I would never see. I waste 15 minutes trying to convince this lady who always refuses to be cooperative and is increasingly rude. A family moment that was meant to be pleasant was ruined by the lack of professionalism of this employee and the incompetence in supporting such a simple request from a customer. After several attempts to put all the balls aside we gave up the game frustrated and disappointed. We will never come back again and unless you are bowling experts I definitely do not recommend this unfamily-friendly place with incompetent service.
