I stopped by on Saturday evening and was greeted by a waiter (Jonathan). Super professional, welcoming and very funny! We had a great time and I will come back. Top team! 👍🏿

To start with the boy who works with glasses, he is really racist, we waited for an hour but he gave the place to the other person.

Exceptionally poor reception at the bowling alley. The receptionist pointedly ignores us and prefers to serve a group of 7 people who arrived after us. Then, while we are still waiting behind the cash register, he goes to put away billiard balls in total indifference. Between laughter and tears, we went to the Martigny bowling alley where fortunately we were very well received. In short, first and last time for us at the Rottes bowling alley.

Very unpleasant welcome, the impression of disturbing the person at reception who looks more like a bad bartender than a receptionist, the way of receiving arrivals should be changed. After being passed in front of me by a group of 7 regulars, the bartender went back to "put away some balls". U-turn and goodbye.

To begin with, we had to wait over an hour for 3 unfortunate pizzas that weren't even prepared correctly. Which is simply UNALLOWABLE. Especially since we are not the only table to have had problems... If only the staff had been understanding and polite... But no, instead we were shouted at and then pointed at by a foreigner who didn't speak French well and complained about working. She assured that she was not responsible for the errors made and instead of apologizing on behalf of the establishment, she had the nerve to accuse her colleagues. The "manager" ended up, after having disrespected us, by offering us a voucher each for a game. Which in no way erases the gratuitous and unjustified nastiness of his colleague towards us. Fortunately the person in charge of the bowling alleys does her job correctly and with infinite politeness, at least one respectable person in this establishment... I hope that appropriate measures will be taken towards people who do not know how to show respect. My apologies to employees who are not responsible for the behavior of their colleagues.

1h30 WAITING, 1h30 WAITING!! Without warning anything, we had to wait for our pizzas (3 people) for 1h30 = 90 minutes!!! Not only did no waitress directly apologize for the wait before we complained, but when we complained, the little bleached blonde waitress kindly made fun of us by saying, I quote: "be careful, she is all red it’s going to explode.” pardon?! To top it all off, one of the pizzas arrived with a lack of ingredients. We therefore complained again, specifying that it was a lot for just 1 evening and that we were demanding a reduction. Initially we were told no but in the end 1 game of bowling each was offered. But afterwards, when we were playing, one of the waitresses, a Colombian (I think) who spoke French very poorly, came and yelled at us saying that it was the cooks' fault and not hers. So instead of apologizing for the establishment, she puts the blame on the cooks?! To finish with this one, she threatens us by telling us that she could stop the trail and bring in someone else. ?!?!?!?! Professionalism is non-existent in her. Additionally, she continued to point fingers at us while complaining to her colleagues. Having to complain so much to achieve our goals is unacceptable, especially when the staff doesn't take us seriously! but at least we ended on a good note. We were still lucky to have the woman at the slopes reception, with long hair, very kind, who came to offer us syrups, having heard her colleague yelling at us. Thanks to her who demonstrates professionalism

The atmosphere is nice, the bowling and billiards are in good condition, BUT, one of the waitresses is extremely unpleasant, the meat on the burgers is not of good quality, the tartare is probably made from the same beef, clearly not cut at knife. I absolutely do not recommend the Clara pizza or any other pizza containing chicken, the latter is simply cooked plain, placed on the pizza without spices and dry. In short, come for the billiards and bowling but not to eat.

We've been ordering pizzas from them for 2 years and we've been disappointed for a few months to receive pizzas that are barely warm, smaller and with fewer toppings. The cheese wasn't even melted on the pizzas. Very disappointed after several tries, we are going to change.

At Bowling des Rottes, the experience was mixed. The waiters were dancing and laughing, lacking concentration. Despite our presence on the terrace, they claimed not to serve on the terrace on Mondays. The calls were not effective, ultimately forcing me to move on my own. A service that could be improved which impacted our visit.

By telephone I was told that we could not reserve the Thursday evening "bowling - Pizza" offer and that we would have to go directly to the place in the evening.... In the evening I was told that offers are not made during the holidays!!! However, we were told that a table would be prepared for us and 3 bowling lanes were made available to us. We waited 15 minutes for the balls that were stuck at the bottom to be released... at the end of the game, a waitress told us that no table had been prepared for us. We leave the establishment and the waitress runs after us to collect the first round that I had paid for at the bar 3 hours before. She called us dishonest!

we ate yesterday at noon. Pizza ok, but we were very cold, ate with the jackets on. As we left, we realized: the automatic entry door downstairs was wide open. Maybe you could turn the key to the right position? Thank you and good day

Nice bowling, nice servers. Against the restaurant... it's a disaster.. only frozen, no taste, worse tiramisu (it must have just been defrosted and put in the microwave) running warm without biscuits never seen that and the pannacotta without any taste.. a ashamed to serve this to customers .. we were a group and everyone found the meal really mediocre.. Too bad because the place is nice

I've been there several times and always the same thing. No politeness, the waiters talk loudly, drag their feet to come and serve you... perhaps you should think about another professional direction 🤷🏻‍♀️ I gave 1 star because unfortunately I cannot give zero.

I don't even know if there's any point in leaving a review given the response from the owners who prefer to denigrate customers than to question themselves. Despite the negative reviews we went to this bowling alley we played two games of bowling and after darts, the place is still nice which is why I left two stars. But on the other hand, the service is actually more than deplorable, the people who work there obviously don't want to be there, prefer to chat with each other rather than serve customers and have no smile, we should think about change jobs (a waitress told you that 😉)

I occasionally go for takeaway pizzas. I always notice the lack of politeness from the staff. The waitresses walk past you several times without saying a word. They start chatting with each other without worrying about your presence. Phone is more important than customer satisfaction. The selection criteria or the type of management must be reviewed. Unless it is stipulated in the job description *no politeness towards the customer*.

The problem is the staff who work there. Some are not competent to face the public. You can quietly wait 20 minutes to be served even if there are no people there. I even once had to take the tray and clear my table because we had more than 10 empty glasses from several rounds ordered. Sometimes some members of the staff don't want to come and serve certain tables so we have to wait like idiots.

The best waitress is called Shirley. Very friendly and smiling. Unlike Sthefany, who is arrogant

Deplorable service from a waitress! She clears the plates even though we haven't finished eating. I ask him if I can take away half of the pizza that my children didn't eat. She tells me she will do it and bring it to me. After 10 minutes of waiting, I ask him where my pizza is. She replies in a mocking tone that she threw it in the trash while laughing. To err is human but the tone used and the manner was not at all acceptable. Not offering any action, I asked her what we could do... she told me it was a mistake and that it always happens in the same tone. She explains to me that it's not up to me to decide if she's making a commercial gesture and that in any case the pizza was cheap so I don't have to ask for anything. I ask to see the boss, she refuses to call me, claiming that he won't come for that and literally refuses to call him. The boss saw that I was starting to get angry and moved to my table. He kindly offered to make me a pizza in return. Fortunately, the reaction and kindness of the boss raises the bill.

Very cool place. The staff is really nice. I advise you, it's really a place to go with friends or family and above all it's really good their formula on Wednesday evening where all the pizzas are 10 CH, which is more than reasonable and on Monday and Thursday where you get 2 games of bowling and a pizza for 22 CHF which is again very reasonable. The pizzas are really good, just a small reservation on the ham which is not to my taste but otherwise everything else is really TOP in terms of product quality. I really recommend this place

Pleasant family time. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of a menu in the restaurant. The menus via the Telephone I find to be rubbish.. Because in terms of service and meals, everything was very good.

My daughters went this evening at 7:00 p.m. to have dinner and have a lovely evening, they arrived and immediately went to announce to reserve a table… so as not to disturb the waitresses they sat on a sofa while waiting for their seats… several customers came after them and a table was given to them, leaving my daughters to wait… suddenly after arguing with the waitress my daughter left for the bar…. A waitress said to another waitress that my daughters would have the table UNLESS SHE WOULD HAVE APOLOGIZED FOR HER BEHAVIOR!!!! WHAT A PROFESSIONAL!!!!I called the manager and lied to me saying that they didn't announce themselves (I point out that my daughter works in a restaurant so she knows how it happens...) the manager denigrated my daughters and not way to place 1 single word!!!! So seeing k I couldn't say 1 word I hung up!!! It’s always known who’s wrong who shouts the loudest!!! Dishonest at first...
