Reception and catastrophic treatment. Unfounded accusation of theft and costs of 150.-. This is the BP station where I usually fill up with gas. After filling up, I went to the cash register to make my payment. I did not realize that there was an error with the card and I left the area. The cashier made no comment to me and said goodbye. A week later, I received a letter from the traffic ticket office for gasoline theft. When I receive the mail, I go directly to the station to pay for my fill. I am sent home because the manager is not there. I come back at the beginning of the week at 6:30 in the morning. I am greeted by the manager who is very unpleasant. When I explain the situation to her, she makes me pay for my full tank of gas as well as a sum of 150.- for administrative costs. I told him of my astonishment and my incomprehension, here are the responses I received: “It is up to you to verify the payment, not the cashier. » “I don’t have time right now to argue. ". No discussion possible, no explanation. Very disappointed, upset by the lack of professionalism and the treatment received. I will not be coming back and strongly advise people not to have anything to do with this BP station.

They forgot to charge me for something worth 9.87fr and when i left they called the police on me. It was their mistake and THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME FOR less than 10fr. When i came back days later to settle, the excessively unpleasant Swiss manager said she knew it was their mistake but that she wont apologise because she followed procedure. THEY CALLED THE COPS ON ME for 10fr and it was THEIR FAULT. Not going there, taking my business to France where people are way less greedy and less retarded than Switzerland.

Check the date of the products they sell. I had the misfortune of taking the first packet of chips, expiry date the same day!!! On the other hand, the ice cream was three days out of date.
