Was always very satisfied with the staff and their friendliness. However, the last two visits were very disappointing. Both times the same employee served me, whom I had never seen before. He was very unfriendly and even made me uncomfortable being there. Never had an experience like this. It's a shame that a single employee drags down the efforts of the entire team.

The saleswoman does not speak French and made it clear to me. I told her in German that it would be better to learn French, she made it clear to me that no. I find this unacceptable for a bilingual region

The last review about the defective gas column is 7 MONTHS OLD! And it still doesn't work, I've been there three times in the meantime because I forgot it again and was disappointed every time...

The gas column has been defective for months. Written as software glitches. Is the problem so difficult to fix that it takes months or do we wait for cheaper gas purchases? Tanks empty? Very unfortunate and frustrating.

They had a good offer in the shop but unfortunately the lady at the checkout was very unfriendly and didn't know about this promotion. When I pointed out the event to her, she seemed very depressed and couldn't even say goodbye at the end. A little disappointing as it's otherwise a great shop.
