Regularly at 0530 in the morning the lights in the shop aren't even on. Let alone that the pastries are ready. Friendliness is a foreign word in this store and today, June 30, 2023, in the afternoon the saleswoman felt it was more necessary to have private conversations on her cell phone in French at the checkout instead of greeting the customers, serving them quickly and thanking them for their visit!!! I asked for a plastic bag, but was ignored because of the private conversation on the cell phone! In the future, it would be better to go to work without coffee, unfinished croissants and a drink than something like that! What a juice shop this has become! A shame

Yes, a lot has actually changed since the renovation, but not for the better. The staff changes constantly and even as a customer you constantly notice how people are cursing your own business and by that I explicitly mean this branch and not the BP chain. The product range is a disaster, the shelves are hardly refilled properly, no wonder if new staff have to work alone after just a few days. How do I know that? Quite simply, even the staff at the checkout are crying their hearts out. Rips were even removed from the range, something that every gas station has and needs. Fee sacks are never in stock and are always on hand. Surely this can't be the case every other week? I can only advise you to go to the Migrol gas station next door, where at least the small selection is actually available, where you receive friendly service and the cashiers even speak German. This branch is a real disappointment and an unparalleled mess.
