bp in Wetzikon (ZH)

disrespectful staff it doesn't work zero I don't give a star

I filled up my car at this BP and drove on. After 20 minutes my car warned: the tank was empty! I called and explained everything very clearly. The person looked from the camera and I took photos. Afterwards he said that he would talk to his boss and he would call me back later. This didn't happen the first and second days. 3rd day I called. Answer: I'll talk to my boss and then I'll get in touch. On the 4th day I called myself. Exactly same answer! This is probably modern fraud! A pity! Never again BP!!!

Nice staff but food regulations/hygiene = disaster. If something falls on the floor, it will definitely no longer be sold! Take away food generally leaves a lot to be desired.

Jan 10, 2021 update: this gas station is not open 24 hours 7 days a week. It never has been. It is open seven days a week but have restricted hoursa and because of covid-19 virus they are open until 7:30 p.m..

The car was broken after the car wash, all original parts and the comment from the BP was car wash OK so the car must be to blame. We are talking about original parts from a RangeRover!! Absolute no-go, we had to bear the damage of 2,500.- ourselves, not even the washing was reimbursed. You can't go wrong with petrol, but don't use the car wash... unless you want to scrap your vehicle!

The result of the car wash is quite unsatisfactory. However, the employee was very helpful and did his best to meet my need for a clean car.

Every person may be the way they are, but when a MAN serves me with French nails I get very irritated and it makes me uncomfortable... otherwise everything is more or less ok.

The gas station is what it is. What is particularly worth mentioning here is the record-breakingly unfriendly and constantly changing staff. Terrible.
