Short waiting times, large selection, friendly staff

Unfriendly staff who wear masks under their noses

I was served friendly and got what I wanted, there's nothing to say. However, the kiosk seemed a bit untidy: if only the magazines were presented a little more neatly, the store would look much friendlier.

Nice staff, but unfortunately there is always something missing from the range, which is extremely scarce for such a busy train station.

The new blonde is extremely friendly, well-positioned and helpful, but in the morning the whole thing takes a bit too long because the gentleman doesn't work quickly and is disoriented. It's a shame there were so many changes

The ladies are great, but the boss is quite slow and unfriendly. I hope Valora will take a closer look at this.

It's a very good store and has everything to bring a smile to your face. Including cigarettes.
