Just stopped on the North heading side of the motorway. The toilets inside the wild bean cafe were disgusting. I asked the manager to get them cleaned. He said I'd have to wait 10 minutes. Meanwhile two other members of staff were stacking stock round the back. Had to drive on to another services. Both male and female toilets were gross. I was shocked by the low standard of hygiene and the really careless attitude to customer service.

I agree with the previous reviews: The toilets are dirty (there were dried blood stains on the glasses in the women's toilet), smelly and there was a lack of toilet paper for the men and women. The hand dryer is just disgusting and unhygienic...that's what you pay for! According to the feedback, the conditions have been known for a long time - when will something change???
