Here you can use the toilet for 1Fr. It's faster than in Heidiland. And in Heidiland there is only a 50Rp coupon back, which can ONLY be redeemed in the Marche. Unfortunately I can't report anything about the cleanliness. I noticed the toilet too late.

Sanitary facilities are very dirty, payment is only possible by card, issuing vouchers doesn't work.

The toilet today 08/20/2023 reserved for ladies was really dirty. And thank goodness that to access the toilet you have to pay €1 to keep it clean!! It seems like a habitual bad practice reading backwards the ratings including photographs! Shame and shame!!

If you need a toilet, then never stop at this gas station. They call this "clean toilets" but it has nothing to do with words "clean" or "sanitary". Payment is possible only by bank card and entrance into looks like its a jewelry museum.

We entered the bathrooms, there was a queue and an interesting sign (that you have to pay so it will be clean) but as soon as I entered there was no toilet paper and everything was very dirty.

Free parking, there is a small shop on the side of the restaurant, as well as a shower and a toilet. There were no problems during the weekend, everything is normal.

I took a cafe and a Madelstange, and asked her the price of a headset, she didn't understand, I signaled her the location, she said she needed the headset at the checkout to tell me the price of the product. I told her that the headset wouldn't come out because it was secured. She served 5 other people and left me standing. I was very annoyed, I told her thank you and that I would come back next year. Wasn't a very compliant customer service. Was very disappointed!!

Parking in a beautiful viewing area. The gas station is clean. Nice service. A place to relax.

Great place, also for kids with lots on offer but Marché is quite expensive for what you get.

Heidi themed service station, certainly impactful. The restaurant with self-service bar is good, the entire structure is well looked after. there are also picnic tables

The name bothers me because Johanna Spiry is from Hirzel and hasn't had a motorway service station yet. Otherwise everything is OK.

Great location, you can drive into Heidiland from both sides. There is a Burgerking and a BP gas station with a Marché grocery store.

Almost a bit of SPA for a motorway toilet. Everything is very clean but have one CHF per head ready. There are exchange options and a card is also possible. Burger 🍔 King 👑 okay

Friendly service at the checkout, otherwise a normal gas station shop. Toilet costs 1.- CHF but can be redeemed in the restaurant during a consumption campaign against a receipt. Does that really have to be the case!?

So after paying for fuel, drinks and sandwiches you still need to pay one euro to get to a stinky and dirty toilet, shame on you!

You pay a franc to use the toilets and find yourself surrounded by garbage and urine. What a disgrace...it says "clean toilets" and "please keep the toilets clean" everywhere. Maybe cleaning in between wouldn't be a bad idea... The staff at the checkout stood around looking pretty bored and could barely keep their teeth apart while talking.

Gas station in a very convenient location. Unfortunately they don't offer air and water, WC not the best and not free.

Toilets cost 1 franc and have always been very unclean. By the way, the name is “Clean Toilets”...

The shop only has a small selection, but the coffee is highly recommended.
