Very good beers, nice atmosphere

Wonderful variety of great tasting beers! Like the Brasserie a lot!

a very special place, it never gets boring that there are so many decorative items in the rooms. The beer was great and you can try it before you order one. Food was also good. Service was super nice and friendly, thank you for the pleasant time with you today ;-)

Too great... if you like good beers, don't hesitate to go there... The people are super cool, the place is unusual and everything... And treat yourself by taking the train to Bienne to Les Reussilles then by bus to Saignelegier, the landscape is superb. Their pulled burger is sooo good...

Ideal place to taste an original beer, but watch out for the house mustard 🤣

The place is great. The ubiquitous decor! I adore ! The only negative point is that in the evening the place empties. It is full during the aperitif.

Visit to the top brewery. During the tastings, a little something to nibble on would be great or offer the planchettes. The service a little long but still quite correct

Visit from Geneva on a Saturday. Well worth the trip. Awesome space, busy but not too crowded. Great beer, many options. Friendly staff that helped us pick some beers to go for the train ride home. Best brasserie I’ve visited in Switzerland. Even have a nice menu which we did not try this time.

The best and most interesting beer I have had in a very long time! And the spirit of the beer is reflected in a space that a tons of character! Everything but boring, also the people working there are authentic and interesting! Best experience!

Unique! Authentic, punk, busy, chaotic, absurd. It's not clear where the brewery starts and the bar ends. Across parts of the taproom there's an added storage layer with pallets of packaging materials. Mice run around, patrons buy flawless beer in 2 liter plastic pitchers to share. Four retired people eat fondue. The end of the bottling line protrudes into the eating area, the rotary table is covered with a large wooden plank to serve as an additional table. The toilets can induce nightmares.

It was an interesting tour and then came the tasting. For 30 Fr per person you get quite a lot. It's not a run-of-the-mill beer, but something very special and has something for all tastes. My favorite was the beer with whiskey. Thanks to the whole team. I can only recommend visiting there if you are nearby 👍🏼

Ideal place to have a good time with friends or family

We made a guide to this place, the very friendly guy explained everything to us clearly and in detail, the food was very very good and the beer goes without saying that if you go here you already know what you are getting (very good)

We drove 3 hours just to get a chance to taste the beers here. Well worth it! Also recommend the fondue.

Good beers, the visit is very good and the aperitif planned after the visit is copious and very good. BUT, always ask for proof of payment or pay by card!! We were wrongly accused of leaving without paying even though the management error was theirs. And all this, without receiving any excuses!

Chaux-de-Fonnier, I had to wait until July 2023 to stop there. Honestly the place is incredible and the beers and the small meals are perfect to end a day hiking in the Franches!

Not used to this type of trendy place, I had difficulty understanding the menu and the ordering method (at the bar). The price is relatively high but probably usual for Switzerland. Hot cats were good.

A quick visit to this renowned brasserie on a Sunday afternoon. Well, what lovely surprises, everything is excellent, the beers are to die for, the cuisine is fresh and a vegetarian alternative, the atmosphere and the decor. Really great, apart from the slightly high prices. But I would obviously come back, I left with a box for friends.

Open on Sunday and offer very good original fondues. Atypical and nice place!

A place that looks big from the outside, and once inside you'll be blown away by what's there!! It's a rather large industrial building with tables and chairs and stools... Where they hold concerts and you can have dinner or just have a beer... The atmosphere we found was great, even with very different ages.

The beer was good. Food mediocre. What bothered me was the waiting. 10 minutes at the counter to order. 30 minutes for a pulled chicken burger that wasn't anything special and another 10 minutes at the counter to pay. The shop was almost empty

It's very terrible. When we came, no one greeted us and no one came to us, although 3 employees saw us. You have to wait forever for food to arrive. The food was oh well. I'm never coming back.

Off the charts beer! Definitely a MUST if you are a beer enthusiast traveling throughout Switzerland. I admit that the place is not so easy to get to, and there is not much around but you will be rewarded with great beer. Especially sours! Yum The food offered on premises also exceeded my expectations. I went for the beer fondue and it was one of the best fondues i have ever had. The brewery also has an area with Oktoberfest-long benches and a stages. I am planning on coming back during an event rather sooner than later!

Cool brewery restaurant with friendly service, very good beers, also available in tasting sizes. Large selection of BFM beer. Small shop with BFM bottled beers and various fan articles to stock up on to enjoy at home. Absolutely recommended for all beer lovers!

Warm and smiling welcome, incredibly original place 🤩

Very nice. We feel that passion is a key word. Beer tastings are a journey for the palate accompanied by sausages and monk's head. I look forward to tasting the mustard.

I had a problem with a bar customer who was quite aggressive and tactile with me. When I warned the bouncers they preferred to kick me out supposedly for my “safety” instead of taking the aggressive man out. Very disappointed. I won't go back there.

This is really the only proper brewery in Switzerland. The staff are incredibly friendly especially Richard who was great. The beers are top, food is great as well. If you live in Switzerland you need to come here.

Superb place, ideal on match days... I would come back for a concert. Festive atmosphere, aperitif boards, veal sausages, fondue, monk's head, cocktails and of course a wide choice of beers to enjoy on site (on tap) or to take away... In fact, the store allows you to leave with cans of all types of beers. By bringing back the deposits (1 franc / can), take the opportunity to taste a new beer... 😉

Passing through, and arrived before opening time. We were still offered access to the store, the person who presented the products and served us was very professional and friendly!
