Brezelkönig Bahnhof Bern, Ausgang Bollwerk in Bern

On December 23rd I ate two hot dogs with smoked sausage at Brezel König. I usually love the hot dogs with smoked sausage and cocktail sauce there. The second time, however, I discovered that the sausage was only half in the bun, and the bottom was full of sauce. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.

We love this franchise of Bretzels or prezelts for me they are my favorites. Where we see we stop to buy. There is a great variety to choose from and you get lost among so many flavors. We always buy them salty but there are sweet ones. Of course there are other sandwiches!!!

Very fine sandwiches, but the content, price and quantity leave a lot to be desired. I've been a customer for years and have noticed how the quantity is constantly decreasing and the price is getting higher. Today I only had 2 lettuce leaves and only a little sauce. I think it's a shame because I expect more for this price. The salted pretzels are no longer what they used to be.

There are so many types that I get confused. I bought a raclette cheese pretzel. It has a salty taste that makes you want a drink. It's crunchy and satisfying to eat. Some come in sandwiches, with ham and cheese sandwiched between them. I wanted to try a variety of foods that were easy to buy.

Pretzels always good. Various kinds of sandwiches (ham, tuna cheese, dried meat...). I really like smoked salmon sandwiches, but they don't come around very often. As a French-speaking Swiss, I enjoy tasting this German specialty.

Fast and friendly. Good and salty. What more could I want when it's just a pretzel?

Everything was great, except for the hot dog. Today, for the second time in 2 weeks, I was given one with meat instead of a vegan hot dog.

In Switzerland, every day when I pass a bakery selling bread, I always stop to pick out a few things to try. So far, I haven’t stepped on any mistakes. They are all delicious.

The Pretzel staff at the underpass should learn to smile and de-stress.

For me one of the best pretzel stands in Bern. I love going there again and again and it tastes good every time.

Good day I am a taxi driver (rajan) I come to you every day for a coffee or something to eat. This morning around 5:00 a.m. I ordered a coffee and a hot dog. An older man was there and was disrespectful, shouted, was unfriendly and he disrespectfully gave the food. I was shocked.

Unfortunately, the salami sandwich is no longer fresh and is packed directly into the bag with the almond pretzel. So now I have an almond pretzel with tartar sauce and cucumber flavor. A real shame

The milk was sour in the coffee, undrinkable!

Our Sunday morning Brezel around 11am was very stale and the jam Brezel was so hard and stale we could not eat it. It was very disappointing considering Brezelkönig usually has great fresh Brezels.

Such prices are outrageous! I don't buy here anymore
