I love coming by to buy my lunch or dinner. I am greeted and served so kindly and friendly by the staff every day. Many thanks at this point to the great team. And the rolls and pretzels are also super delicious.

Unfortunately the pretzel king is not as it appears on the website. Get up at 5:00 in the morning. Please adjust the opening times on the website

Disappointing shopping experience today. Bretzelkönig means something, king of the pretzel. Since my wife can't tolerate butter, we have the seller politely asked if we could get a pretzel with cheese, without butter. The answer “no, that’s not possible” came somewhat strange. We were once trained, it doesn't work, it doesn't exist, this slogan doesn't seem to apply at btetzelkönig. very unfortunate😥

My pretzel was still raw and doughy inside. The pretzel was inedible, but unfortunately it was already on the train. Service but very friendly.

Pretzel with ham was excellent. Unfortunately the pretzel had too much salt.

As always, too expensive, but consistent quality for years.
