Brisket - Southern BBQ in Zug

Very friendly staff and good atmosphere in Freiruum. Vegetarian option is just terrible. Mushroom with cold mustard.

Disappointing, looks like there is a decline in quality. Ordered shredded chicken with mc’n cheese. Chicken quantity not generous enough the price, stingy quantities are strictly measured with a precision scale. Side was not good, and overcooked. Served only with onions and peppers, what happened to pickles or sauce?

Yesterday I had the TEXAS TRIANGLE INCL for the first time. Enjoyed SIDE (Brisket, Pulled Pork & Shredded Chicken incl. Mac n cheese as side) from BRISKET in the Freiruum. Excellently prepared, these delicacies actually made me feel happy. Because I like to be happy, I'm treating myself to these Southern BBQ delicacies again tonight.☺️🤤

Yummy food on all accounts. Great addition to the food court with drinks and wine options a foot step away. Wondering if the rips will also start to be on the menu at some point.

A bit of a hit and miss - one day the beef brisket is tasty and succulent, the other - it's a dry shoe sole. Coleslaw was proper at first, then got swapped for a red cabbage... 30 CHF with a drink for a really unimpressive dish sounds like an expensive mistake. The guys are friendly though and the food is ready fast. Not sure I'm coming back.

Very good food, but I would have liked slightly larger portions, the order that was recommended to us in terms of size was just about enough. All in all very good and the atmosphere was cozy.

Brisket, 12 hours in the smoker, homemade side dishes – finally in Zug! Hammer.

Had the brisket platter including mac & cheese and the homemade lemonade for the third time. It tasted excellent every time and was ready within a few minutes.

Fantastic new bbq spot in the Freiruum. Friendly staff. Excellent food and reasonable prices by Swiss standards. I went with the pulled pork platter with the side of Mac and cheese. Highly recommend.
