A nice pub with good music! The interior has something of a rock café and completes the entire atmosphere. My absolute highlight was the smoking lounge. Quite rare these days. But here you can stay inside as a smoker, continue to enjoy your beer and don't have to go outside. The conditions were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended for a cozy evening with friends!

Unfriendly and unmotivated staff

It's a shame, I wanted to spend a nice evening with colleagues, but after 30 minutes you still haven't been served. Luckily there are plenty of alternative options in Brig-Glis

Had lunch in a beautiful location (menu of the day). The service (male, Carmelo?) was very attentive and extremely friendly. The cordon bleu was (too) very crispy and difficult to cut even with a steak knife. The salad with countless varieties and some sauce on the bottom. I would rather just drink eas.

So far everything is in the green. Toilet is neglected, cleanliness and both times on Friday no paper in the toilet, for ladies very...... -:(

Fabulous environment, food in the norm, shame about the service, noises of the waiters carrying the loads in full service, I think it was the person in charge, of Asian origins who only thought about eating behind the counter when our espresso was there waiting, the poor waiter who he served us, he ran left and right to bring the dishes, we asked for sugar with the espresso, the waiter had it in his hand with the spoon but decided to go to another table. Well I would say that the service needs to be completely revised..

I've been coming to Brig several times for years and visit the pub every time. But today was even better! Keep it up! Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Good service, central location, mixed crowd.

Although we arrived on the terrace which was largely not full, the people who arrived after us were served before us. An hour's wait on the terrace for half a cockerel-sized dry chicken with a sauce that separates, a micro salad and 4 pieces of bread and for my partner a salad with 2 spring rolls. I am served the chicken and we still wait almost 10 minutes for my partner's dish and we have to remember that we still don't have cutlery. We ate because we were hungry. An hour to prepare an improved salad, there is a big problem in the kitchen, perhaps remove a server who is running around and stressing the terrace and ask him to help in the kitchen. Don't stop at the first terrace when leaving the station, there are others a little further down the streets. We hurried to leave this establishment to drink a coffee away from the main square on a promenade along the water, served with a glass of water and a sweet treat. I strongly advise against the Britannia pub terrace

Too expensive, prices are exaggeratedly increased after a certain time on the weekend The only reason to go there is no real competition nearby

Nice location, within walking distance of the train station and castle, pleasant to linger in the outdoor area

Delicious beer, a little more expensive than other pubs

The salad wasn't fresh, there was a hair in it and the Greek pita was straight out frozen. The chicken fitness was alright, can't complain. Does the job after a hike, hopefully there is better places around.

Such a beautiful evening! Many thanks to this wonderful team... We arrived at the pub today completely soaked. There wasn't really a place available for 4 people at the moment. Zack pulled out all the stops to create a comfortable place for us. After not long, 2 tables became available and we were allowed to move immediately! Perfect service!!! Thanks for that! The drinks were great, and we were even granted a little extra wish while eating! All in all perfect!!! Thank you for everything!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Top operation and service from another star. Is worth a visit

Nice setting and service. With prices, I paid 4.30 swiss francs for a since shot of espresso, so it's a bit expensive. Good other than that. The biggest positive here is that they have free wifi that you don't need a European sim card to use! You can just pop down at the pub and get on the wifi for work or whatever purpose if you're camping nearby and traveling at low cost while working. Definitely a great spot for good internet!

I like being at Britannia. One (of several) reason(s) is Simon. He is simply an original - always warm, in conversation with everyone and at the same time professional and confident in dealing with "his" guests!

Went there for dinner today. At first we couldn't decide until Simon recommended the insider "Apero Platte" to us. This was a mix of all the main courses. Just awesome. Thanks Simon

I don't drink alcohol, yet I went to this place at 12 am yesterday and I had an outstanding nuggets chicken with french fries 🍟... the best thing happened was meeting the great staff over there who were really proffisional and diligent 🌹.. if it is late in Brig and you are starving don't think too much and enjoy the nuggets in this amazing Pub..

The two of us went to the Britannia Pub and were treated more than wonderfully by Simon. The drinks were served quickly and competently - and they were also very good. Any time ;)

Simon's Hugo was awesome! Perfect taste and was served in a large glass. More Hugos and drinks like this please! Unfortunately we were already disappointed with the Hugo here but the ones that Simon prepared are great! Dear Bit-Tema: Please standardize these somehow so that they are all as good as the one we had🥰

very unfriendly staff; mentioned several times that they didn't have time to serve (man with dyed white hair and horrible face tattoos) But one gentleman was very personable and served us very friendly. (He was a nice guy)

Blasting such horrendous music should be illegal, what are they thinking?! Poor neighbors.. Calling this place a pub is giving it way too much credit, the only thing pub-like in there is the state of the toilets and its fabulous smell.

Cozy terrace in the middle of Brig. Just nice outside at the end of October. Heineken on tap, I drank beer here from the local brewery in Brig. Was great!

Okey Pub if you are with own friends and have beers outside. If you go inside or even see/smell the toilets, then you get an idea how this chain is poorly managed.

I was in the pup with a companion over lunch. We sat at a table near the kitchen and baar with pup food awaiting us. The condition was quick and friendly. The spare ribs were terrific, well-cooked meat in a wonderful marinade in which we dipped the fries. Lemon water for the hands was also provided. Only the napkins were unsatisfactory. Napkins that are too thin and travel as soon as you wipe your mouth are absolutely unsuitable for this dish. In conclusion, it's pup food as it should be. The price-performance ratio is also right. Thanks to the team, it was worth it.

Nothing special, cozy during the week, very wild party hut on the weekend. Whoever likes it.

Bad service . Had to wait too long until we could pay. We couldn't pay with a card because it only works from 20 francs.

The garden restaurant was full but we were able to order quickly. When I'm in Brig again, I'll take a look again

Whenever I'm in Switzerland, I like to be here. From the restaurant you have a nice overview of the market. There is something for everyone on the menu. (I think) staff from great to room for improvement.
