Unreliable catering, we are very disappointed. We wanted to order authentic Persian food from Zum Paradies for our wedding. Unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the organization was very chaotic and the communication was a disaster. After several inquiries by email and calls, we had an initial offer several weeks later. The customer shouldn't actually have to chase the supplier. Then we arranged a rehearsal dinner with the management. At the first start of winter we started the long journey from Riehen, fought our way up the Feusiberg in fresh snow and found an empty restaurant. The staff on site said that they had no information about us coming. The boss would not have passed on any information and so far there has been no feedback regarding this. This simply shows poor organization and unreliability. Luckily, this all happened BEFORE the wedding and we were able to look for other providers early on. Since we were already there, we still ate there. The Persian food was mediocre. The staff was nice and the place was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately only 1 star for the overall experience.

We went here for lunch and the food was fantastic! We shared a mezze platter between 4 people, it was more than enough and absolutely delicious. The view is beautiful so very lovely to sit outside on a hot day. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. Will definitely be back here, this is a great little hidden gem of a restaurant.

A waiter who ALWAYS serves the man too seriously and doesn't even look at the woman is very questionable in Central Europe! The oriental food was absolutely amateurish (we cook Lebanese regularly) and was fed to our dogs - since fresh and young lamb should theoretically not taste like an old lamb. The Gordon Bleus was dripping with oil and the cheese inside was as runny as water (also had the same taste as water). All in all, for us it's a huge misnomer and no longer worth a visit. I arranged a Yoga retreat at the guest house of Zum Paradies. The Dinner, Outdoor Fire, Breakfast and Lunch far exceeded our expectations! The food was DELICIOUS and the view SENSATIONAL! Waking up in the morning to the mist, mountains and spectacular view was FOOD FOR MY SOUL! Unbelievable Experience! We will be back! Thank you Navid and staff for such incredible food, service and venue.

The beer was expired, when we mentioned this we were bluntly replied that the beer would be better when it expired. Of course we had to pay for it, there was no sorry. We had an amazing meal with the stunning view to the lake Zurich this past Sunday in this restaurant !!! Everything was super fresh and delicious, the staff is so nice and attentive and the whole atmosphere was just perfect for a happy time. Also, I thought the menu was outstanding with many different choices from vegetarian, to Swiss, to Oriental and many more options. We’ve never experienced it like this before. All my friends really enjoyed the welcoming environment of Zum Paradies and we will come back here many more times !!! Thanks a lot for creating this concept !!! Just perfect !!!

Finally there is a fusion restaurant near Wollerau! Had a blast with my family on Saturday evening for dinner. So easy and really equipped for the time with children (lots of space, huge menu which kids enjoyed a lot, outdoor space for kids to pay outside while we had a nice chat, a few drinks in the relaxing setting). Totally recommend it to anyone for any occasion, romantic date is probably awesome there - with the view! I can also imagine having nice big parties at the venue. Nice job team Zum Paradies! Bravo
