Whenever I'm out and about on the Niederhorn, I go to the “buffet” for the excellent, naturally homemade fruit cake. The restaurant is simple but friendly, just like the somewhat gnarly landlord Pesche Feuz. What a contrast to the completely overpriced Berghaus Niederhorn. There's also a nice sun terrace with a view, but I still like it better inside in the rustic dining room.

Food and service were very good! Despite pre-ordering, we were still allowed to change the menu! Thanks for the flexibility!

My overall impression is top tier of "good enough". Functional, clean, cosy, both for a sunny and a rainy/cold day.

Small but nice ! Despite Corona, great food offer, sandwiches, fresh homemade wahes (cakes) etc. Peter the host, very friendly and always ready for a little fun ("gall gabi"😇), WE will be back!!

Beautiful view directly at the cable car, self-service, nice and attentive operator. Often visited by locals in the evenings. There are cakes and sandwiches during the day and delicious pizza in the evening. Seems to be a Beatenberg veteran.
