Fantastic restaurant at altitude at 1600 m on a hiking trail, mountain cuisine with local products, tasty, refined and affordable, absolutely superb view of the valley, we had lunch on the terrace in the sun. Top service, super dynamic and pleasant... A must!

A superb discovery during our hike this fall! My boyfriend and I stopped for a bite to eat, but what a pleasant surprise when we realized that the establishment offered entirely homemade cuisine, using exclusively local products! We had the chance to taste hunting dishes which were simply to die for! In addition to the incredible quality of the food, the staff were remarkably kind and even offered us a small drink at the end of the meal. We look forward to returning!

Perfect to stop by and eat something if you're doing trekking or similar, especially after Leukerbad- Gorgues Thermalquellen-, which are 10 min away walking. The food was really good and the place very cozy. We were 3 people and it was 35 each, with beer and wine.

Good mountain food, slow service, nice atmosphere, but use to be better. Not a bad place, but could be better.

For probably the eighth time since my childhood I went up the Dala Gorge and stopped at Buljes at the end. It definitely won't be the last time. We recommend going for a walk after lunch and then stopping for a coffee Enjoy the surroundings with homemade cakes and listen to the sounds of the cows. This time I was on the road for about 1 1/2 hours, including the coffee break.

As you climb up the Dala Gorge and at the end of the gorge If you turn left after about 20 minutes you will come to the beautiful restaurant Buljes, where you can have a good drink and something to eat after the hike and the staff is also friendly, it's worth stopping by and enjoying

Magnificent terrace. The waitress is very friendly and the cook takes great care. The dishes are very good and don't miss the fabulous apricot spritz. Amazing !

It is now game season and the map has been adjusted accordingly (some things have been added, others are not available). The food is always very good and freshly prepared. Moderate amounts, energy-hungry teenagers won't get their money's worth. But this restaurant is also a place of enjoyment with a wonderful view and not a fast food restaurant. :)

A cozy restaurant with a beautiful terrace. The boss himself is at the stove and really cooks with passion. Even the pasta is made in-house, where else can you find something like that? The food was really very tasty. Thank you very much and gladly again.

They refused to serve us a drink at 12.45, saying that the terrace was full but was almost empty ...

Excellent alpine restaurant, very typical, with a beautiful view. We ate well there. There are several traditional Swiss dishes on the menu. Friendly welcome. Accepts payment cards. Good location, perfect for example after the gorge walk. I sincerely recommend it to you.

Hateful staff towards women who are alone and want to eat. I had to wait several minutes in the burning sun and was no longer noticed. After a long wait and a visit to the toilet, we waited again in the sun. Since two tables were free and there were no reservation signs, I sat down at a table. A very unfriendly woman came and asked if I had made a reservation and if I wanted to eat. Since I hadn't made a reservation and the woman couldn't stand it anymore, I got up. She told me to sit down again and disappeared. I sat there and was ignored again. I left the place without eating or drinking anything.

Perfect swiss environment, cosy garden, very nice food, definitely worth a stop during a hike!

Unfriendly lady. No smiles for the guests and although there were only a few guests on the terrace, we, a family of 10 people, only got 6 seats. We weren't allowed to occupy two tables of four. I don't feel welcome as a guest there. But the location of the pub is great.

Kann/muss mich der Vorrednerin leider anschliessen. Bedienung kann kein Wort Deutsch. Wirkt sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Kein Danke oder Bitte. Zeigt höchstens auf die Karte. Teller werden abgeräumt, obschon noch nicht beide mit dem Essen fertig sind.Der Cappuccino ist eher ein lauer Milchkaffee.Die Terasse wäre sehr schön. Das Dessert war geschmacklich sehr gut aber zu teuer. Preis/Leistung stimmt imho nicht überein - eigentlich schade an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde

super aussicht, schöne terrasse! empfang leider nicht sonderlich freundlich, eher kühl! leider weder kinder- noch hundefreundlich! wassernapf wird aus priinzip nicht gebracht, für die kinder gibt es 2 menüs, das wäre ok! haben aber anstatt menü nur die wurst mit brot verlangt und mussten den vollen menüpreis zahlen. auf nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass es ja noch eine tomate auf dem teller hat! diese war aber kalt und ungewürzt! die wurst war geschmacklich gut, jedoch mit harten knorpelstücken und nur eine halbe! auf meine frage ob die tomate denn beim menü nicht serviert wird, wurde mir geantwortet.."ich weiss nicht". der gipfel war, dass wir die meiste zeit von einer angestellten serviert wurden, welche die deutsche sprache nicht mal ansatzweise verstand noch sprach - schade, dies an einem wunderbaren ort in der schweiz!! kleiner tipp, ein uni farbenes set und 1 (das würde reichen) stift für die kinder, würden einen grossen unterschied machen. wir kommen leider nicht mehr, es gibt viel bessere restaurants mit der gleichen aussicht! nebenbei, wir sind kenner und ausgebildete gastronomen! viel erfolg!

Ce restaurant aussi bien positionné soit-il est beaucoup trop cher ! Un accueil stressant, un service lent (35min pour 3 glaces), et par-dessus tout une carafe d'eau dont le prix concurrence celui du safran ! Le café glacé "fait maison" n'en est pas un il s'agit d'un café accompagné d'un demi-litre de crème ! Pas de glace au café d'ailleurs.Prévoyez de demander un parasol dès votre arrivée.Ne commandez pas de carafe d'eau5frs pour 5dl du robinet ...

Auf dem Rückweg nach einer Wanderung machten wir in diesem von Natur umgebenen Restaurant halt. Die Atmosphäre war großartig und das Essen sehr lecker. Alles war sehr lokal, was definitiv ein Plus war.Wir genossen unser Essen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Tal.Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, auch wenn der Weg dorthin ziemlich steil ist.

Obwohl es an manchen Stellen ziemlich steil ist (Puh), ist der Weg entlang des Flusses vom Leukerbad Center nach Buljes großartig und viele Wanderer waren auf derselben Route.Die Speisekarte war rustikal gutes hausgemachtes Essen.Aber das wahre Plus hier ist der Blick zurück ins Tal.Wunderbarer Ort.

Inmitten einer wundervollen Umgebung steht eine waldhütte mit äusserst freundlichen wirten und wirtinen, wir hatten ein veganes Fondue und es war sehr sehr lecker jeder der hier vegan essen will sollte einen Ausflug hier her machen verbunden mit einem spaziergang durch den Thermalquellweg ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis... Nous avons fait une petite marche aux chutes de la Dala et sim mes arrivés dans ce charmant petit restaurant de montagne.L’accueil est super cordial et le cadre magnifique, tout est très soigné et très propre.Nous avons mangé un burger maison délicieux, très bien préparé avec de bon produits.Les prix sont très corrects, c’est vraiment un petit coin à découvrir pour le paysage, la carte et la convivialité.

Tout y est: le cadre, la gentillesse et l efficacité du personnel, la viande succulente.... avons eu beaucoup plaisir!

Le restaurant organise certains soirs une soirée fondue. C'est très sympa, la fondue est délicieuse, et il faut absolument y aller à pieds.

We took a walk from Leukerbad central to Buljes for lunch. A lovely walk, a bit steeper for the last few hundred metres. There are amazing views from Buljes. The food choices are mostly local cuisine and all freshly made food from the region. Sadly, no English menus but we made do and chose meals from their chef's specials of the day - wonderful and fulfilling. Great restaurant for a relaxing time in the sun without noise from cars or other distractions. Well recommended

Nach einer kurzen Wanderung durch die verschneite Landschaft erreichten wir diese tolle Lokal über Leukerbad. Die Aussicht auf der sonnenverwöhnten Terrasse einfach phenomenal! Und der Walliser Teller mit einem Glass Oeil de Perdrix auch!

Ristorante di montagna stupendo con vista sulla vallata. Siamo finiti eli per caso e abbiamo scoperto che quest’anno ha vinto un premio di gastronomia come miglior ristorante di montagna svizzero. Il mangiare è molto buono, pasta fatta in casa. Ovviamente piatti tipici valesani. Il personale gentile e simpatico. Parlano anche italiano. Bello anche con bambini. In estate ci sono molti prati dove poter giocare.
