Food is of good to very good quality at reasonable prices! Service staff is very friendly!

The landlord and the staff are extremely friendly. The food is very good and also cheap. The restaurant's interior tells the story of Switzerland over the last 150 years. The restaurant has a nice, large parking lot. I like being in the Burg restaurant.

Small and cute, their food is delicious, their service is fast, the employee is nice and great at her work, the place and seating capacity are less than or around average.

It is in a very nice location and parking is very available.

The experience was good but the menu is in German and the bathrooms are poor. The dishes are limited to those dictated to you and they offer you free mushroom soup.

I stopped because I was passing through on my way back to Italy... typical German food... decent quality... certainly the cuisine cannot be compared to Italian cuisine, but for a quick lunch, the dishes can be eaten..... The staff were courteous and helpful

Great food, great view, nice service. Quite spacious parking, there is parking for bicycles. Terrace with umbrellas and a large room inside. The prices are very reasonable, I took half a portion, lunch for two came out to ~35 CHF

Chef's salad was a ready-made salad mix with fresh bacon and warmed croutons. Instead of the pasta with butter that we ordered for our toddler, we received pasta with a ready-made mushroom cream sauce from a can. The restaurant smells of stale smoke, beer and ancient furniture. It was also not possible to pay by credit card because the device was working. The service was friendly and attentive.

I am very disappointed with my visit to the Burg restaurant. Nothing was homemade. The chicken cordon bleu came from the freezer and the rösti from the package. This was definitely my first and my last visit.

I was there every lunchtime for almost a year. Fast service, very personal and very inexpensive lunch menus. 20.- for salad, enough food and 0.5l drink, totally fair and sometimes you get a dessert for free. Will come back when I'm nearby.

I was very pleased. There are lots of delicious and sometimes crispy sandwiches for “breakfast”. Friendly service. There are also fine menus here at lunchtime, all at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy. Highly recommended for Büetzer.

The atmosphere is more of a mix of rustic and canteen. But the food was generally good, the service was friendly and the price-performance ratio was also good. Wine and beers are on offer, but fish lovers tend to fall by the wayside.

Top lunch spot. I always come here when I'm nearby. The restaurant is popular with craftsmen. Enough space to park. Fair prices, good portion sizes and well cooked. The boss comes to the table personally and greets his guests. You can choose from several menus every day.

No thanks... I had to go to a meeting and was early. So... a quick coffee and a visit to the toilet beforehand. Everything in the restaurant needs an overhaul. It is certainly attractive in the summer for craftsmen and an after-work beer. But a normal woman really doesn't feel comfortable in the Burg restaurant. You feel like you've been transported back to the old Swiss films, where the women were allowed to help with the hay harvest and were otherwise banished to the kitchen to be there for the farm and the children... .....

Good and extensive menus at lunchtime. Friendly and prompt service. I can only recommend it. Large parking space is also always important.

Spotless establishment with fantastic local service staff that give the rustic place that feeling of somewhere that I know but have never been before. Menu good but not up to the choices they could offer. The quality of the products & standard of cooking is what you expect from a great restaurant. It was my pleasure to stumble across the burg on my travels. 7 maybe 8 out of ten overall. Hopefully 1 day i will get the chance to eat there again. If you are like minded as me that normal is normal and it's not the normal people's fault they never got the chance to be themselves and be just normal. 😘😘😘😘😘😘 I still stand by I love the place because I am me & that's why am not the same but me . Food was okay, but there was only one service so it took forever

The only waitress was nice and helpful, the view of the castle is nice, but unfortunately the food (vegetarian for me) wasn't particularly good. The car traffic nearby was quite loud. But above all, we waited forever for our food. The restaurant is not recommended for me...

There is a large parking lot. Open all day. Quite tasty and normal prices.

We were here for a quick coffee stop. The furnishings are that of a typical Swiss pub. We found the service charming. The dog was also allowed in and even got a treat. That's a plus point.
