Irish Tavern in Balsthal

Pleasantly full and a good atmosphere on Sunday afternoon, December 24th. Every year we meet on Christmas Eve in the afternoon for a beer before we celebrate Christmas with our families. This year there was something going on in the Pup again. Friendly service and a DJ contributed to the positive impression.

Very authentic village stopover place..I'm glad that the local young and young at heart can meet..clean and friendly..I'd love to come back

Unfortunately only well attended from midnight onwards....

It's going ok.... Mostly always the same people who... let it fill up. Filling it there quickly becomes quite expensive.

Good selection, service not bad either but the toilets are not very clean

Very busy on Friday and Saturday evenings. Otherwise, leisurely hustle and bustle. With a modern jukebox and a darts and toggles box for the active ones😃.

Ambiance is great, open beer doesn't taste good at all, otherwise it's fine for just an hour

Great pub. Great location with nice staff. Something always runs, tip top. Nice wooden ambience and good drinks.

Foxy doesn't last longer but it's a lot worse... I just miss Foxy🖤
