Burger King in Bavois

Lunch stop at the transit. Very large crowds, ordering is only possible at screens, but there are far too few of them. one was defective. Consequence: long queue. Waiting time for food: 15 minutes, that's no longer fast food. I've eaten better at Burgerking. Fries were soggy, burgers were tasteless.

Too many people and a rather chaotic condition of the entire restaurant

The burgers are okay. But a lot of waiting to order at the terminal. In addition, on 3 occasions, approximately 6 months apart (in August and November 2023 and in January 2024) we are told that the Sundae machine is broken. In 6 months they didn't have time to repair? However, the advertising poster is still in a good place to attract customers. False advertising ? In any case, they don't care much about their customers.

The best offer in Switzerland 🇨🇭 compared to the sad choice of McDonald's. Good value for money 🥇 and the chilli fries 🌶️ are great

I'm not going to rate the food because everyone knows Burger King. For this service, there is none. It's ours. To go get our tray. Good atmosphere and large space to eat.

The order terminals which glitch every other time and delay everything, how does it work? Do you plan to resolve the problem once and for all or are you going to continue treating customers like pigeons for a long time?

The parking is excellent, spacious. But Burger King itself🙈 doesn’t even have coffee. Well, I really want to drink a cup of coffee on the road. But he's not here. There is a cafe nearby (where there is naturally a queue), and at Burger King (where there is no queue) only cold drinks).

Food was cold and didn't taste good, delivery took more than 15 minutes.

I love going there when I get home after a long drive!

Certainly the first BK where I was able to eat hot food, so good for the cuisine, the service was correct and the establishment was clean.

There are only French people who tell you the price in euros while in Switzerland we have what shame with deplorable service and pig-like friendliness.

Maximum average… The fries weren't crispy and our food was warm at best, but definitely not hot. The Fanta smelled like cardboard. At least everything was clean.

Could not find someone to help ordering if it's not on the "borne" where I was finding difficult to change the language. At the end I gave up and ended up eating in the restaurant next by which was less pricey and had a better choice to start with.

A burger king on a motorway rest area, obviously good

Burger horrible, I believe meat is came from anything else than Beef Cow, No test, just 2 burned pieces of of unknown meat, makes me stop ordering burger king for next decade….

Everything was fine, but this might be the most expensive fast food I have ever seen.

The cheese on the burgers isn't even melted, they're barely warm, just like the fries, they don't give us back the money we paid for the toilets. The tables and under the tables are dirty!!!!

A regular at Burgers King outside Switzerland, I am very disappointed by this passage. Too much sauce in the burgers. The kid's burger was filled with ketchup. Disgusting to finish your sandwich…. Exorbitant price I don't recommend this burger king for its cuisine. Nothing to say about the service though

The variety of vegan burgers is great. The location and view is unique. Stop here often while in transit.

We complain that it's cold and the man at Burger King tells us that there is a microwave and that we can reheat the meal ourselves if things don't work for us...

First and last time, too long service, completely overwhelmed staff and frankly not great food.

The place is pleasant but nothing extraordinary, you order at the terminal, you wait for your tray, you eat and you leave. It’s the roadside restaurant!

Overall rather clean room and table, hot burgers and fries and fairly quick service so everything is good.

Magnificent view of the countryside. The shop is OK. On the other hand, the catering is completely devoid of fantasy and excessively expensive. I won't go back there again.

I have already gone there twice at 10:30 a.m. to order and be able to enjoy one of their meals. The brakes on ordering? - the control screens are h.s. ; - staff seem not to understand simple requests, such as how to access their paper on paper; - at 10:28 a.m., you can only order from 10:30 a.m.... At 10:33 a.m., you can still only order from 10:45 a.m.... At 10:47 a.m., you can only order from 11:00 a.m.... At 10:48 a.m., I'll look elsewhere...

For me they charge for the ketchup is ridiculous. The extremely thin and tasteless burger

The food is better than the direct competitor. The restaurant is well located, in a roadside restaurant. The service is fast and the view is superb. It is possible to see the entire plain of the orb. There is enough seating space for off-peak times. However, during busy times, there are not enough seats. You should allow 10 minutes to find a place during busy times.

Well located, beautiful view of the valley and the southern foot of the Jura. Friendly staff. Crispy fries and good burgers. Waiting times must be expected from Thursday.

Gas station Burger King. It is oddly arranged because the tables are shared with the sandwich and pasta restaurant. The view of the pastures is very nice and the service much faster than some BKs in France

I really like this place with a nice view of the countryside. There is the burger king, a tea room and a Migros store open even on Sundays. Please note the price is increased. It's too bad. But the burger king is great

Good evening, I would like to congratulate the staff who work there.... The team currently at Bavois is not competent at all, their know-how for closing drinks is exemplary, thanks to them my car seat smells like coke and is very sticky, thank you for that. (it's repetitive I had to express myself) (not enough character to express myself about the staff and the food) 120.- of pure pleasure..

A shame, terrible service, when I arrived I wanted to place my order at the counter, they wouldn't let me, they told me I had to place the order in the machines, I asked why? place the order on the machine, I placed the order and removed some ingredients that I didn't want in my surprise burger, I went to start eating, they removed absolutely nothing, I look back and surprise, they were placing orders at the counter, to top it off, terrible food, raw bacon The meat was all falling apart, well I wouldn't recommend this specific burger to anyone, as I've eaten in others with good service and good food but this one is truly miserable.

I don't usually like fast food...but this one was pretty good! The meat of the burgers not hard or elastic, the fries good, the fried onions good too! It's quite heavy for cooking, but honestly not bad!

Normal food for a fast food restaurant. Paid toilets and no way to just wash your hands for free before eating a burger. Be careful for parents with young children, the changing table is located in the pay toilets which I find abusive to have to pay to change your baby.

An "Appenzeller" burger with no taste at all, especially the meat is extremely bland, the burger falls apart into inedible parts at the first bite, huge stickiness on your hands. There is no ambience there. So Burger King: no more. Had stomach problems all evening. For young people who don't like much except cola and ketchup.

A fast food restaurant like many others, but with a good choice of good quality hamburgers. As quality we have to pay for it it is more expensive than the competition...

A very big place. On the other hand, I notice the atmosphere because the place is very cold. The staff is nice but under great time pressure, customers and devices that don't always work, which makes them stressed and therefore less cheerful. The quality to price ratio is excellent. Stress unfortunately leads to mistakes and 1 or 2 small products are often missing (sauce, children's toy, etc.). Otherwise a family fast food restaurant that I highly recommend.

You must go to the toilet before purchasing your menu otherwise you will have to pay to go to the toilet afterwards... (Voucher system). A token system for restaurant customers would be welcome. The restaurant is disgusting, you have to wash your table and chair yourself before sitting down. The view of the valley is, however, very beautiful.

I wanted to order a chilliburger and was turned away because I didn't want to order it from the machine. An insolence like no other. Staff stood around. People forget that there are people who don't want to bother with machines. Even connoisseurs sometimes need several minutes to enter their order. Keep it up.

Mixed opinion... the place is pleasant, beautiful outdoor terrace, and large bay windows overlooking the surrounding countryside. Moderately friendly staff. And what is rather unwelcome (we travel a lot and don't see this anywhere else!): access to the toilets is chargeable... racketeering considering the already quite high prices charged on catering

Having ordered medium size fries, I received small size fries. When I returned to explain and show the problem the employee assured me that the order was correct without asking any questions. It hurts CHF 5.40 for 15 fries...

Open until 10:00 p.m. during our visit in July 2022. 3 order terminals are available but an order at the cash register remains possible. Paid toilets in the highway restaurant.

56 francs for two COLD menus! After returning to the kitchen, lukewarm but still not hot! Dirty tables, no more paper to print orders and floor littered with fries and sticky stuff!! And yet there were no crowds.... We live in the region and are not passing through! Frankly, BURGER KING, if you want to compete with MC do, you're going to have to pull your thumbs out of your ass!!!

Extremely rude staff. Three out of five ordering devices are broken. The restaurant is empty, but the queue is long. And when you go directly to the counter to ask for 2 hamburgers, you are refused to take the order on the pretext that there are devices! They don't need customers, they have to be put behind a photocopier so they don't have any relationships with humans... it will be simpler!

You changed something in the recipes, the sauces and nuggets are no longer edible...

Not too used to it but with my children we let ourselves be tempted and I tasted the Hamburger with gorgonzola, a real delight and also the waiters bend over backwards to welcome us well

Hateful and unpleasant staff. Deplorable hygienic conditions: the waitress dropped our dessert on the floor and served it to us pretending that they had replaced it (we saw her pick up our ice cream with her fingers and put it back in the pot just before serving it to us) hygiene-wise it's scandalous, not to mention the waitress who lied to us without batting an eyelid.

At the top, it was a first for me and frankly not disappointed. I will return there with great pleasure. Thanks to this Bavois team.

Well prepared sandwiches, and that's saying something, because a little further away, at the other side of Rose de la Broye, the McDonald's is a calamity from this point of view. The view is superb, it's clean... Nickel then!

Dear it's Switzerland. For my French friends, count lz5 double the price.

The orders are always accurate for me, never had any problems. The quality is there. I appreciate the very large space in the parking lot as well as the place to take orders.
