The staff is definitely understaffed. The one present at both the checkout and in the kitchen wasn't particularly brilliant, waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers. Cold and wrong sandwiches, I paid 20 for a hash brown burger and found a Whopper... I strongly advise against that!

Cheese in burger was cold. Card terminal with error messages. Sticky table. A pity.

The best Burger King branch I've been to in a long time. Restaurant and toilet very clean, nice staff, juicy burger. It's a shame that the staff aren't allowed to take tips. I'd love to come back.

Last minute service and very, very nice employees!!

Slowly like many Burgerking branches. The staff shuffles back and forth very unmotivated. I don't even have to wait 35 minutes in a real restaurant. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with FAST food The only positive thing is the large selection

After waiting for half an hour, the employee came and asked snidely whether we had typed in the correct table number, yes we did type in the correct number, then the wait started again. After a good 40 minutes we finally got the food. Never again Burger King in Chur.

As someone who likes to seek out new culinary experiences, my last visit to Burger King in Chur was a bitter disappointment that left me very upset. Imagine you are biting into your burger and suddenly discover a long, black hair. This is exactly what happened to me at this fast food restaurant. The discovery was not only disgusting, but also a slap in the face to any customer who expects basic hygiene standards. But the worst part of this experience was the reaction of the staff. Instead of an apology or at least an explanation, I was met with an indifference that suggests such incidents are not uncommon there. It is unforgivable and completely unacceptable for a company operating in the food industry to have such little regard for hygiene and customer service. However, a hefty price is charged! Such disregard for the most basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness cannot be tolerated. I advise everyone who values ​​quality and hygiene to avoid this particular Burger King restaurant. By the way, the toilets are in the same dilapidated condition as the rest of this store. There are plenty of other options where you can dine without worrying about finding a hair in your food. A visit there could seriously shake your trust in fast food restaurants.

I waited 30 minutes for my food and ordered 3 extra bacon and received 1 bacon cut into 3 pieces, plus it was a large portion and got the same as medium and had to pay 2-3 francs more, that's an outrage

After ordering, I waited 20(!) minutes for the food, then reported to the staff where my order was? It would just be a lot going on... The food came about 2 minutes later and unfortunately it was no longer warm. I think my order was prepared but was simply “forgotten” somewhere.

I just ordered a LARGE cappuccino for 5.40 Fr. The cup wasn't even half full. What kind of rip off is this? When I asked her about it I was just told that the cup was too big. That's a disgrace Mc coffees are worlds better and cheaper!

It happened again and again that we didn't pack everything we ordered. Earlier again, the Big King XXL menu was paid for, unfortunately this menu wasn't there again at home!!! Nobody answers the phone! Never again Burger King!

Out of 5 times they managed to either forget something or make a burger wrong 4 times. Looking forward to a takeaway but not when I get home and they got it wrong again. The pick-up staff would have forgotten something again today if I hadn't pointed it out to them. No apologies, no bon appetit, nothing. But they still got the burger wrong.

The burger is served cold EVERY time (Is it so difficult to get something right, especially the main product?). Brought it back to warm up. Afterwards I got another burger, not what I ordered. The cashier didn't even apologize. Not a good experience at all and unfriendly staff. That was really my last visit to Burger King Chur.

Is it really that difficult to add forks to a take away order? We've never received forks for the last 7 orders. We also ordered onion rings 4 times in a row and received chilli cheese nugets each time. The food itself is great, but the service is unfortunately less so, which is a shame. Best regards

Getting there is a bit difficult because you only have access from the back and the highway is in between at the front (on foot).

Nice indoor playground Tables could be cleaned faster. We had to look for a clean table or clean it ourselves. Maybe the employee's form on the day simply wasn't good...? (That's why only 4 stars).

Orders were given incorrectly even though they said three times without bacon. Employee doesn't understand German well. General training for the Burger King team would be the minimum, you should be able to make a burger just as it was ordered. Not recommended.

I eat at this Burger King once a week, all the preparations are good and successful, but the front door has been broken for more than 2 months. When will you fix the problem!?!?

Hello everyone, after the high prices at Burger King, we would have to wait a long time for the ordered menus to be ready. After just under 30 minutes we received our menus and noticed that the cross and cuver had been accepted and prepared!! Burgers are also ice cold!!!!!! It's a shame we like to eat normal menus from Burger King but the ones in Chur aren't any more

If it were possible to put a zero, I would give a zero, we stopped on the way to eat without spending much time on it, in the end we only waited 50 minutes for our order and then another 10 minutes for onion rings. There's some mess going on, they forget to put something, confuse orders, I do not advise you to stay here, everything was cold in the end. Do not waste your time.

Food was actually ok. Was attacked by alligators and didn't get what I wanted. Staff incompetent, slow and unfriendly, don't understand German, but they can count, unfortunately only to five, I suspect they lack the necessary education. By the way, the steam vent is most likely broken, as you almost get smoke inhalation and have to get a thermal imaging camera to get your bearings. I recommend you find the McDonalds or KFC next door. If you do decide to go to Burger King, get an assault rifle and protective gear (SUVA compliant) to escape the alligators, but a hand grenade would probably be enough. I wish you all a nice and comfortable stay at Burger King Chur. Tip: Dear Burger King team, try to train your staff or lay them off.

Hardly an order comes without an error. Sometimes the ketchup we ordered is missing, sometimes the yoghurt drink, the wrong drink, sometimes a cheeseburger instead of the hamburger we ordered... And it's really a problem to prepare warm food! Today the burger bun was kept at refrigerator temperature. Are these energy saving measures? Or savings measures for trained staff? So many very bad reviews over such a long time is hair-raising!! Zero interest in improvement?

This condition no longer has anything to do with “almost”! We had to wait at least half an hour, the burgers were cold, the cheese was already stuck to the packaging. The Tarzan behind the counter was very rude and untidy.

Burger King... French fries and burgers and various fried snacks. Desserts aren't the burner, but that's not why you go to BK (but those huge wooden spoons with soft ice cream - that's stupid!).

I'm not a fan of fast food and I don't eat fried stuff. This Burger King is in a good location and the food is good. The prices are obviously expensive compared to the quantity.

Extremely slow service. >35 minutes waiting time in the drive through (with approx. 6-7 vehicles in front of us)... (!!!) ..after that the fries were missing from the menu... ..but I didn't feel like going back again...

If there had been a lot going on, I would have understood that something could go wrong, but there was almost nothing going on. There weren't many people inside and I was the only one on the drive. The employees still had time to joke around and then I thought it wouldn't be a problem to get the 2 menus right.....just 2! One was completely wrong, from the drink to the burger even though it would have been correct on the bill and in 2 menus the drink was wrong and the burger was very poorly prepared and on top of that both menus were cold! Very poor performance!

Unfriendly, not fresh. Normally I don't have any expectations in a fast food place but this Burger King is the first one - they didn't even check our vaccination certificate. It's a shame you can't give minus stars.

They sold two rotten plant based whoppers. We actually like the veggie version, but even though they were freshly prepared, the burgers were cold and the veggie meat tasted totally sour. We brought them back and the boss/shift manager said we should have come back immediately. We were in the drive through and had to take someone to the train station. Our burgers were replaced (with crispy chicken and whooper) but we've lost our desire for this branch. Really bad service.

Burger King standard, A matter of taste, still good, something different, but seasoned too American for my taste, a good contrast to the competition. I think it's good that there is something for every taste in the area. Nicely decorated.

Total disaster! the following: -Online order at 5:36 p.m. -6.20 p.m. status on the internet changes to delivered, but no food there!!! -6:46 p.m. delivery. Food cold, 1 double whopper and 1 whopper missing - After three attempts to call, the phone is picked up. There was no order in my name and regarding the delay in delivery, the excuse was that they only had one driver. After internal clarification, it turned out that there was an order from us and the Whoppers had been forgotten. Will be delivered later, due to the circumstances a free fries are promised - 7:10 p.m., delivery of the 2 Whoppers. Fries MISSING!!! Food cold! - Food does NOT taste good! I will save myself any further conclusion and will refrain from ordering or visiting these restaurants in the future.

Typical Citizen King everything is ok

This location's delivery service is bottom drawer. Delivery took 1.5 hours and was cold and inedible. When I called the branch and demanded a delivery that was at least lukewarm. The unfriendly courier came after 1 hour and just noticed a new burger. This supplier simply left the old delivery that I returned in the entrance hall next to the elevator. Almost ordered again just to learn manners, respect and professionalism from the delivery person. I will never be a customer at this branch again, luckily there is a second one in Chur.
