Burger King in Rümlang

This is the worst sport life! They don't know how to communicate with clients! They're being rude! Customers are not valued at all. I don't recommend it!

I went to Burger King in Mc Drive for the first time today but two children's menus were ordered. The employee said to the next window that I can't have to wait 15 minutes for two small menus and still give them out incorrectly

While I had to witness an employee dropping meat on the floor and then reusing it, I was not only treated abusively, but also treated extremely disrespectfully by the visual guide from February 25, 2024. Really dirty, not clean, hardly anything cleaned and the whole floor is sticky

The man who gave us the order from the car was very rude the entire time and when he finally gave us the order he didn't even say goodnight. It seems very bad for someone to use force to do their job and it's not fair to the customer who naturally speaks with such behavior.

Waited 30 minutes at the drive in. That's too long for "fast food".

The food was so disgustingly ugly and inedible. The burger had more sauce than anything else and the meat looked like it had tentacles. The fries aren't even tasty either. The only good thing about this Burger King was the look of the restaurant. For the price I paid, eating is a crime. Not recommended. I'm worried about food poisoning. If you want to eat the usual comfortable burger in a quieter atmosphere in a clean fast food restaurant, then you've come to the right place!! Children are also welcome and popular parking spaces are easy and plentiful. Bon appetit:-)

When will you bring real vegetarian burger back in Switzerland like available in India and even in Budapest. Current veg option is plant based( thats soya as chicken taste) which is bad in taste.

We were not given any napkins and only 1 chili cheese nugget. I think the service was indecent towards the customers and I have my Arab family with me with 100 brothers when we come back. So do your stuff as you receive the order. This can't be hard! If you order 6 chicken nuggets you put in 6 and only one!!

Was with them last Wednesday. Staff extremely stressed (12 p.m.). After 20 minutes of waiting (drive in) I got a cold burger for over 20 francs (the one with gryere). Staff very unfriendly

We were initially satisfied with the dish. Fries and burgers were fresh. But....I think these days it's simply no longer allowed to prepare the burger WITHOUT gloves. While waiting for our order, I watched an employee prepare the burgers with his bare fingers. This is a no-go!!!!

Ordered double whooper with fries. Plus 6 nuggets with curry sauce. Everything was up to here. After this meal I wanted to enjoy a dessert and ordered an ice cream with caramel. While filling the ice cream, the employee came into contact with my ice cream, licked two fingers and handed the ice cream to me. A customer doesn't want to see something like that and it has nothing to do with hygiene.

It is verry sad that after the latest outcry about Burger King, they absolutly do nothing against the problems concerning hygiene (burger smells like fish) and freshness. I for myself will avoid Burger King Rümlang in the future.

Multiple orders. Never received complete. On-site inspections are usually prevented by employees. Especially when delivered, the scope of delivery is not sufficient.

Really nothing to envy of our French Burger King, the cooking and the taste are totally different, I really didn't appreciate whether it was the Burger or the onion rings, very dry, hard, lack of sauce.... Oh and of course, everything is extra, even the mayonnaise 😳😳

As I was waiting for my order, I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw an ugly employee behind the counter blowing her nose and then touching the Coke I ordered without washing her hands and then shouting the order number loudly in unintelligible German. I had to clean the place myself before I could eat fries without salt, staff very poor (unfriendly, and very slow and get in their own way). Simply natural ice cream and the topping on top. Overall just bad. Preferably zero stars

The building now makes a better impression since the renovation. Unfortunately the staff is still equally incompetent. Something is forgotten every other time at the drive-in. The employees understand almost no German and work inefficiently. If they didn't have such delicious chicken nuggets and fries, I wouldn't be a customer there anymore.

Was served very quickly and the food was fresh. I ordered chili cheese fries and a burger menu. The cheese sauce was warm and delicious, as were the fries. The burger menu was large and I liked it the most. The lettuce and tomatoes in the burger were fresh. The burger patty was also tasty. The service was also top! Highly recommended!

Poor quality (in the FL Rümlang) the 3rd time my children have to vomit. Nuggets are gray and rubbery. The nuggets even smelled like cinnamon.

You can do it, but you don't have to because there isn't a nice view there. But the food is good even if it was a bit cold last time.

Like all the other Burger King, but I didn't understand why they don't have Mustard to offer the customer, a Hamburger without mustard for me is like a garden without flowers

Nice restaurant, just renovated. Unfortunately, the rest remains the same. How is it possible that the Brugers are always cold? The menu was served super quickly but simply cold. Unfortunately, this has happened far too often.

No children's chairs available. We had to clean the table ourselves beforehand. It's a shame when you consider that everything was renovated but not everything was thought of. PS: You will NEVER get to McDonalds... simply because of how unfriendly they are.

Oreo shakes just aren't what they used to be. The current Oreo shake is simply like vanilla ice cream with pieces of ice cream and a little Oreo on top. Which, by the way, doesn't even taste like an Oreo. Just disappointment. The rest is OK

The place is very small on the inside and the outside is being renovated. The furnishing is very old and the place is a bit crammed. There were a lot of people ordering and all the fast-ordering machines had an error where you couldn’t pay but instead you had to go to the cashier to pay for the order. We waited for a bit and got the food we ordered. Very average, no surprises. The chicken tenders were quite good. The price is normal.

All the shakes and ice creams aren't mixed at all and don't taste like they used to. Toppings simply thrown on top. Never come to Rümlang Burger King again. Doesn't even deserve a star. All employees unfriendly

BK is BK. The burgers were greasy as they should be, the fries weren't bad and it was clean too. It's just that the BK concept is over 20 years old and needs a refresh.

I wouldn't apply. I just found hair in my burge! When I told the employee that there was a hair in my burger, she didn't say sorry, didn't say anything!!!!!! . So unfriendly 😒 And I noticed the employee in the kitchen didn't tie her hair.!!!! I don't think that's okay.

Fries really smell like fish, the oil wasn't changed and the Bruger was cold. Very disappointed today November 6th, 2022 at 8:30 p.m.!!

I had the Swiss Selection Whiskey Gruyere long with salad, which was a mini salad. Burger 🍔 was cold and didn't taste good. Price performance is out of proportion. That was a very bad experience.

We were at Burger King here today, my fries were a bit low in salt. I then wanted to get a bag of salt, but at the checkout I was told that they weren't available at the moment. Mrs. Gzime had also heard this and shortly afterwards stood at our table with a container filled with a pinch of salt. Wow, what great customer service. Thank you

Always one of my favorite burger restaurants. Fries are crispy and well seasoned. Burgers taste good and are not sticky. Gladly again!

After disappointing Raclette Burgers from the competition, we tried the Swiss Selection from you. We had the hash brown and whiskey burger with crazy cheese BBQ frise. Simply amazing... a taste experience... great.

Otherwise I only give a maximum of 4 stars for BK and Mcs, but the huer deserves 5 stars, very nice and friendly staff and always clean

Of course, it is much more expensive than the menus in Turkey, but it is much bigger and better.

Hard to believe. The wrong order was repeatedly provided for the 5th time. Wrong things were typed in when ordering. When you point out, nothing has changed. I still had two vouchers, but these weren't taken into account even though I mentioned it. Before paying, I mentioned the incorrectly typed order again. This was then remedied together and in the end it was even more expensive. The staff did not respond in a solution-oriented manner. It's my fault. I wouldn't have said anything. You can't do more than point this out when ordering and mention it again before paying. Furthermore, the employees started speaking to me in a different language. Sorry, but experiencing the same things over and over again is no longer possible. For me, Burger King Rümlang is dead. Fascite: Products very good according to fast food. Service would be worth a zero instead of one star.

I wouldn't even give them one star, it's really crazy that they still have customers. I ordered a crispy check, the burger was cold and the bacon was raw. I went there and explained it and they simply heated up the burger I took a bite of and gave it back to me! Afterwards I went there again because the bacon was still raw. She explained to me that it was so normal because that's how they get the bacon. This is the first time I've heard something like that. Normally the bacon is always crispy and freshly baked but well, I wanted to leave then she told an employee She is supposed to prepare the same burger for me again without bacon. Suddenly I get a burger with beef ketchup, mayo and cheese that was so disgusting and cold that I just had the urge to gag In addition, they hardly seem to understand or speak German Just cheeky, I threw 30 francs in the trash after losing valuable time, never again BK rümlang

This is by far the best Burger King in all of Switzerland. Without exception, the staff is incredibly nice and personable. Whenever I walk past I'm happy because Gzime, Elida, Steffy, Danny and everyone else are always so nice and funny too. I can recommend it to everyone.

Just an ordinary Burger King, although in my opinion the concept of Burger King is slowly getting old.
