Not a very good experience we had,after arrival we had to wait for 1 hour to get shuttle as shuttle can take only 15 person at a time and it was looking like everyone has booked this hotel and we got a chance after 1 hour in third shuttle,Even shuttle service is available they charged for 1 year old baby also but that is ok to pay but they should informed before because Driver didn't allowed us to enter shuttle as we got booking for only 2 persons . Other thing i didn't like they didnt have TV running Youtube and its our headache to configure Chrome cast and that also didnt work after few trials.

Stayed one night at the Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport for business. Really enjoyed it there. Room was nice and tidy. My colleagues and I had a fun late night session in the lobby. However the best was the staff and especially Weronika who sorted out all my plenty issues. Thanks a lot!

The room was not cleaned on two consecutive days. Cleanliness average, amenities average, parking card repeatedly didn't work.

The rooms are very small but comfortable.

Rooms are poorly designed. Shower is next to the bed with no ventilation. Not recommended for two or more people stay.

The hotel is next to the airport terminal - very convenient. Everything is at a decent level.

This is a good cheap hotel to stay the night. Don't expect any kind of service here. There is no room service. No one will pick up phone at the reception as well. Breakfast is good. But not good enough for 26chf imho; as everything is just premade items with maybe 1 or 2 items warm/cooked. Also there is a slight smell from the washrooms due to inadequate ventilation and most probably they don't wipe the bathroom floor with water and disinfectant.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and quiet room. Handicap friendly shower was nice. However, shuttle is 8 CHF to the airport and you have to schedule it ahead of time. Other reviewers are saying it also stops at every hotel on the street (there are a ton). There is a city bus stop across the street that is half the price. My room also had two sinks one of which didn’t drain and the other was leaking from the drain pipes.

I was in this hotel 2 night an It was a nightmare. it is very dirty hotel. I have activated to the air conditioning and so much dust was out of the diffuser which caused me an allergic attack with anaphylactic shock and I was almost suffocating from lack of air to 1 am.. I was 2 hours in the night outside of hotel to recovery with the help of Rober the receptionist, he helped me with water and some nice words .. I just hope who did not get some infection like Covid19 because they did not sanitize the air diffuser, I will make a new test soon .. then they changed rooms and the second room was also dirty with dirty paper towels left in the room from the last client.. The booking.com were I booked had written that this hotel was safe and clean mesaures but this is false, they don t check the information of the client on the own website .. Very dirty hotel, dangerous to stay here .. money wasted and health risk !.. even a bad parking experience, I waited an hour to enter the access door did not work .. never more here !
