This is probably the worst restaurant you can get in Basel. I went there around 3pm and the tables were dirty, the bottom of the tray was swimming in some spicy sauce. The food was mediocre, the onion ring was ok, but the cheese bits were cold and dry and the ice cream is terrible. They added 3cm of "nutella" of the ice cream which without that by the way had zero taste. Compare this place to any other nearby fast food option you can guaranteed get better service and quality food.

We placed an order at eats.ch and had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food. The food was delivered directly from Burger King. Our stomachs were already rumbling and the food was delivered cold. The drinks were warmed by the food while the drinks cooled the food. The burgers were overcooked, so you'd think someone had flattened them with a shoe. That was my first and definitely my last order from this Burger King.

I am pleasantly surprised by the change in restaurant. I went there last January and I swore I would never go back because the place was so neglected. Passing by and seeing the world inside I went there. To my surprise, it's a real makeover, the restaurant is transformed, the team is smiling, the food is much better and above all it's so much cleaner from the room to the toilet. It’s a real 10 out of 10 I will definitely go back. Much better than McDonald’s for once.

We don't eat there anymore. We decided that a few weeks ago because of the uncleaned toilets. Nevertheless, we went out to eat again. Even 10 days after the end of the carnival, there are still a number of “Räppli” in a completely filthy toilet. The machine also didn't work properly. With an experience like this, even the friendly service doesn't help change our minds.

It would be better if the employees smiled a little and didn't just stare at their screen.... I forced the employee to look at me and say the amount, but there were teenagers in front of me and he didn't even look at them, not even once said the amount... there were only 2-3 customers in there so he had enough time. My food was served cold, I didn't say anything and ate it. It was possible to switch with warm food but I wanted to save the stress. I hope next time is better.

My burger was cold and dry. My cheese wasn't even warmed up, it was raw. My fries were cold and soggy. I actually wanted to take it with me but they gave it away to eat there. My burger was poorly put together and my pettis were dry and cold.

I can only confirm all the negative reviews. Vending machines don't work, toilets seem to have been last cleaned in the last millennium (feces on the toilet doors!), every single table was dirty, trash cans were full to the brim. The worst part - I returned my food twice because it was cold. The second time I noticed that there was no longer any fresh sizzling and preparation. The gentleman threw my chicken from the long chicken burger out of a container into the microwave, in the meantime the rolls were sent through a warming device and voila - 1 minute later the burger was ready. This time too, it was barely lukewarm with a disgusting aftertaste. The fact that the negative reviews are true is also reflected in the number of guests. The branch used to be well attended, now people are desperately looking for people to sit next to at the table, but who's surprised - it was disgusting! If you want a cold/lukewarm, expensive burger, you should go there. At least you get food poisoning for free. It's high time that the head office keeps an eye on the branch management instead of buying reviews in the last few hours, days and last week in order to sneak a better ranking. Simply sort and compare according to the latest reviews. Something like that speaks volumes.

Half of the order machines didn't work because no paper was inserted. Despite the very small number of customers, a waiting time of 15 minutes. How come ? Because the employee was constantly on his cell phone (we don't even want to talk about hygiene aspects). My burger just sat on the counter in the kitchen for 10 minutes before it was packed. As expected, it was cold, my cola was also open under the dispenser for 10 minutes, and the carbonation was correspondingly high. The customers in front of me forgot a burger. I liked going to Burgerking but the quality has deteriorated very much.

The machines don't work. Payment with the card is also not possible. When we told the employee this, we were insulted in a foreign language! This is absolutely not possible! The service has never been so bad!

The check nuggets weren't great but they were cheap but there were only two sauces. Service and operation were top.

So, I'm a little disappointed. Wanted to redeem a voucher that is valid in February. My colleague was here and they sent him to the train station. The shop was empty. The staff had no idea. I wonder why such vouchers are distributed if the staff is not informed. A pity.

I often eat at fast food restaurants because I have a job that takes a lot of time and I'm always in a rush. And I admit that the general level isn't that great. TIL TODAY, Day I enter this Burger King where I am immediately greeted with great friendliness, education and professionalism and also served very quickly so I can enjoy my sandwich and chips while they are still warm. The quality is fantastic, you can tell the freshness of every ingredient from the first bite, I've never had anything so good at fast food. Before I left, I felt obliged to say goodbye with deep respect and gratitude to the team that treated me very well. I was pleasantly surprised and can therefore highly recommend it! P.s. It will be my reference point in Basel.

That was the last time I ate there. Everything was cold. Burgers, fries, chili nuggets. There was also strange Balkan music playing. Never again!

Cheeseburger was cold, fries too and even chili, exactly the same with colleagues. Only Balkan music is playing, I felt like I was in the wrong place. Food miserable, cold, not fresh.

Unfortunately, despite table service, they didn't want to bring the food to our table. We had to wait at the checkout for it to be prepared. In addition, the elevator on the first and second floors does not work. The hygienic conditions at the tables are catastrophic. The tables are dirty and there is food stuck to the walls. A lot of dust on the lamps shows that they are not cleaned often. We don't understand why the music has to be so loud that you can't have a conversation. The music selection is also limited to Albanian pop/rap. We will avoid this Burger King in the future.

I ordered a burger (double whopper) today because the chef was too busy and the cashier wanted to make my burger. She then started making the burger without washing her hands. I told her I didn't want any more and wants my money back. She disrespected me and put the burger in the microwave. Then I said several times I wanted my money back. After seven or eight times I said it, I got louder and louder because I felt really ripped off. She had then started to make me a new burger, which I said no.
