Good burgers and fries. Fast, friendly service. Everything is top notch. Mr. Siva and Mr. Suriel are very attentive and friendly when dealing with customers. Bravo Burger King. Attention, we'll be back.😄

Very friendly employees, except for the supervisor and boss of this Burger King. Concerns are received viciously and savagely insulted. Supervisors don't belong in this position where you destroy dear staff. As long as nothing changes in this precarious, inhumane way, we as regular guests will avoid this company and we don't want to see any more frustrated newcomer superiors and sad employees!!! Let's wait and see what the higher authority thinks about this after our conversation and negative experiences!!!

After ordering it takes quite a long time, even when there is little activity, there are only 2 people on staff. Wait time over 30 minutes

No person waited at the counter for about 5-10 minutes. Was ignored about 3 times.

Not cheap, no food culture, fast food. Good for using the toilet and driving further. It used to be a really good rest.

When the branch opened there were really more than enough problems. Now I'm really positively surprised at how everything has improved! Everything has been perfect lately, the staff is friendly and because there is almost no one there (everyone goes to Thal) you get the food very quickly. The BK in Thal has been very disappointing recently. I'd rather take a short drive on the motorway to get here. You can also redeem King Rewards here. That doesn't work in Thal either... TOP! Keep it up!

MacDonalds tastes better in person. The bun and fries are significantly better at Mac. The meat is about the same as Mac.

It's outrageous that the new Swiss BK app shows the opening times differently than at the service station door and Google. Then stop at McDonalds 2km away! You probably don't need to sell burgers, but rather collect Corona aid.

Incompetent staff, shift manager unfriendly and overwhelmed with low activity. 13 minutes waiting time is too much. And with chili chees, the win was without cheese. I received it with cheese, but lukewarm.

We waited over 50 minutes for our menu with moderate traffic. Only 2 employees were present. No time to clean tables or empty trash. Unfortunately, really catastrophic.
