McDonald's in St. Margrethen

Never this product again. Definitely too much for one person and not appealing.

Very dirty, unfriendly staff and very bad food. I had lunch there and have had a stomach ache ever since. The fanta I ordered had no carbon dioxide and didn't taste healthy, very dissatisfied!

We ordered take away, but items were not as ordered. Unfortunately we noticed it only after we came home and it was quite disappointing.

I don't think it's okay if you laugh at parents and point the finger at them behind the scenes just because they don't know how to order, shame on you!!!!! 😡😡😡

So the food tastes great and so does the drink, but what are you thinking about charging such big prices? And above all, I once paid 49.90 or something similar and I gave 100 Fr., now I should actually get 51.10 back. You gave me 50 francs. returned!! And the staff is mostly unfriendly and there are very few friendly ones. Shame..

We were there on January 1st with the whole family. Ordered menus for over 120Fr. Employees were rude and annoyed with all customers. Not a good day, no thanks. "Do you want to pay?!" was all. (Would suggest a job change if you're annoyed because you have to work on New Year's Day!) Toilets dirtier than at a train station. And I'm not talking about the toilet itself, the floor was full of dirt. Weeks worth of dirt collects in the corners and edges. Disgusting. The changing mat was dirty and everything was dusty and sticky everywhere. I'm a cleaning specialist, this dirt has been there for a long time! You should actually report something like that.

We were there at rush hour. Unfortunately I have to say that the cleanliness was a little lacking.

A McDonalds like usual, but the staff who served me was terrible. I ordered with my girlfriend directly from the waitress. We were neither greeted back nor did we feel properly noticed. But the cherry on the cake was when she brought the food, she disrespectfully and without saying anything slammed the tablet down to us and quickly went back to her braids. I deal with people every day and a request or a thank you has never hurt me. I will only go to the surrounding branches. Thanks for the dirty meal.

The food is of course more expensive than in Austria. But you can also taste the better quality. The store itself is very clean and usually not very busy. + super air-conditioned.

That was the last time I wandered into a McDonalds. I don't feel like communicating with a display that neither responds particularly well nor is self-explanatory. I love things and not machines. It doesn't help that my order is brought to my table. Contact feels different.

Only drank coffee, everything was ok, unfortunately no lactose-free milk available.

Just wanted to enjoy a burger and a McFlurry at home after a long day at work. My little one was looking forward to his HappyMeal but nothing was there... once he didn't check it properly and he forgot the fries in the HappyMeal and the McFlurry! It can't be... there wasn't much going on. Super disappointed... I'd rather go back to Austria!

If you like to eat fast food, you are well served here. The order was correct and ready quickly. The food was very good and, as I said, it came quickly. Everything was served still hot. This is the best McDonald's I know around here.

Wrong burgers!!!! With this MC I recommend checking the order carefully, not the packaging, but the contents!!! I'm shocked, totally wrong burgers in the packaging!!! Cryspy Chicken = Cheeseburger Big Tasty Dobble Bacon = I have no idea what Of course I paid correctly!!!

The best Mc in the area! I've heard several times that the St Margrethe Mc is the best. The taste is simply top! Please stay like that ;-)

If you like fast food, you'll be well served here. If you are not very familiar with the technology, it is better to order at the checkout. When ordering electronically, I accidentally ordered 2x 6 chicken nuggets instead of just 1x 6. (LOL)

Among other things, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, but only one was packed!!! Should have checked again to see if the order was complete. Still very weak performance at almost 3 chf per piece. My suggestion to the staff there to offer better service/quality: Chat less privately while you're working, then the error rate may be lower (assuming you have the necessary IQ.)

At McDonalds in Switzerland the burgers taste 10 times better than in Austria or Germany.

This McDonald's offers a clean process and relaxed staff. All products are available in the usual McDonald's quality. There haven't been any particularly long waiting times so far.

I love the cheeseburger royal. But not like that!! I've been in the MC every other day for several weeks. And I ALWAYS get such a huge onion in my burgers... Is it that hard to cut an onion??? Needs improvement!!!

There is a large notice on the door with the opening times. The restaurant should therefore be open at 9 a.m. At 9:05 a.m. I almost run into the closed door, two minutes later another unsuccessful attempt. And the lady behind the counter looks at me impassively through the glass door. Lousy. Customer threatens to order, or what?

You can get everything you know from McDonald's. Payment possible in cash or with well-known bank cards. Enough parking spaces available.

There were older people in front of us and they just wanted to order food at the checkout, but that wasn't possible. While my daughter was still eating, I wanted to have a quick cup of coffee. Forget about the stupid computer stuff. Mc.Donalds needs to reinvent the word service. Just having people behind the checkout talking to customers again, that would be something, right?

Drive-in staff made me really angry for the second time. McDonald's has an app that is being advertised, not just since yesterday. But if the staff has no idea what the app is for, then I have a problem. I asked the lady to scan the QR code on my cell phone. She said she had entered the action. I said she should please scan it so I can collect the M’s points. She didn't understand and I explained it to her again. Then suddenly said extremely unfriendly: Yes, now it's too late! Whhaaaat!??? I asked you twice before closing. Sorry, that's not possible!! Train your staff or employ other people who can still think under pressure!

We just collected money and gave the receipt, so we could then check! Afterwards, I waited forever for the issue; on 2 burgers, 1x fries, salad and chicken tenders. BAD!

30 min Wartezeit auf 3 Sundae...

Hier arbeiten Menschen und keine Maschinen. Einfach mal zu den negativen Kommentaren. Geht halt mal vergessen, so wie man in den Wald ruft so kommt es zurück.

War jetzt schon mehrere male dort. Zum Teil fehlen Bestandteile der Bestellung. Habe einmal zu meinen Chicken Nugget noch einen Hamburger dazu bestellt, diesen bezahlt aber nicht bekommen oder einmal Ein BigMac Menu medium und einen Big Tasty und habe keinen BigMac bekommen, zwar bezahlt aber nichts dafür bekommen. Genaueres arbeiten wäre erwünscht, auch ich trotz Covid meine Arbeit genau erledigen.

Das Personal war freundlich, da das Restaurant, wegen Covid, geschlossen war, konnte ich nur im Drive-In meine Burger holen. Der Drive-In ist recht eng, grössere SUV sollten aufpassen um ihr Fahrzeug mit zu beschädigen. Kampfspuren an Ecken und Randsteinen, von grösseren Fahrzeugen, sind gut zu sehen.
