Burger King in Lupfig

We had to wait 30 minutes and the ice cream still wasn't there. So I went to the counter to complain. No apologies, oh no, just cheeky, yes, it's our turn. This cant be true!!!

Fresh produce, but very, very dry hamburgers, was better. A pity.

Understaffed staff, burgers are careless and the tables are cleaned irregularly and sometimes very long waiting times. It used to be better...

Large, well organized location with very relaxed seating. Clean and a good meeting place.

Normally it's pretty good. Thank you for not giving me my 17 franc burger though. That was surprising this morning after driving for hours and wanting something to eat before home. So for two people I spent 50 francs and get to eat some bacon cheese fries. First order of the day. No other customers.

Tables were not clean, dessert was brought together instead of "after the meal". Answer after complaint: It was my own fault if I didn't eat the dessert immediately 😳😳 Shortage of skilled workers??!!!😨

Avoid this siff shop! Had a nasty case of food poisoning after eating here! Never ever !

Burger King just like everyone else

Unfortunately it was dirty. The floor was very sticky. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came quickly, but unfortunately my appetite wasn't that great.

All in all it was good and it went quickly. The sundaes with little caramel sauce and the warm brownie, which almost disappeared in the packaging, were disappointing.

Unfortunately, the tables, benches and chairs are often dirty. So far, at least something has been forgotten every time an order is placed. It was also not possible to submit an online review to BK because the branch number was not recognized. Too bad 😔

Half of the food wasn't given - a disaster

The toilet was dirty and wasn't cleaned either. Was there at 8 p.m., according to the cleaning schedule, and no one had been there for a long time. That's how important they take it! It's a joke!

Food cold (cool down seems to be the order of the day) and inedible. Cheese doesn't run, lettuce and onions look like they did the day before. Unfortunately, fries were also cold. Tables are often very dirty... a shame, it used to be very good.

The service was very friendly and personable. Burger and fries with cheesebacon were spicy, even though that wasn't what was ordered. The cola was forgotten!

I found the food in this restaurant to be very delicious.

The food is okay but half of the interior is poorly lit, especially at night it reminds me more of a bar than a fast food shop. Tables are often not cleaned, which is not possible. You also shouldn't look at the floor too closely. The tight parking spaces are also not inviting.

Although the employee asked three times which sauce and which burger/wrap. She forgot half of it. Instead of wrap and sauces we got 50 napkins (thanks for the environmental pollution) even though we were the only ones in the drive in, we waited a long time and didn't get half of them. You have lost us as customers. It's a shame you can't give 0 stars.

Have nothing to complain about. I visit the store regularly and have never had any problems. A big plus goes to the friendly staff.

It is well located because it is close to the Auzobahn. Unfortunately, the playground is not even clean and there is a very strange smell in the rutachen. A basic cleaning would be appropriate here. Otherwise normal fast food standard. Also has two/3 charging rations with I think max. 66kwh.

When you go to BK, you already know that it won't be very good (scent of fake bbq and french fries, but for a shapeless industrial mass). Of all the Fast Foods, BK is by far the worst, but not even the cheapest.

After a long time, after many mixed experiences, I tried BK again, very carefully only 1 burger. The "Schnitzel" in the Long Chicken was dark and extremely dry. I have no idea how long it's been lying around waiting for a buyer. I don't feel like having to complain... BK is just inferior, that's enough for me for a while now.

I've been going there regularly for a long time. The quality has been declining for some time now. I haven't had a warm burger or fries since 4 visits. Complained last time. It was pointed out that the burgers were made according to specifications. I said that I don't care, I want a warm burger and warm fries for what I pay. Was waiting for the new burger and saw that the new burger was just put in the microwave. Was there for the last time. In addition, the entire staff speaks German very poorly, even the branch manager. Absolutely no longer recommended.

Waited more than half an hour for the food and was then served cold, with no excuse for the delay, that the monitor was broken or anything else. It can happen that something doesn't work, but if you see so many people waiting for their food, you can inform the guests what's going on and at least apologize.

I have always had a great experience at this Burger King. The staff are extremely friendly and in a good mood. I dropped a tray once and they cleaned it immediately and replaced everything for free even though it was my mistake. Once when I had to wait a little longer for my order, which didn't take too long, they immediately offered me a free café. And once when I wanted to order but the place was already closed, they generously said the checkout was closed and just gave me a burger for free. It's great that there is such a Burger King in Switzerland.

If you are launching a new burger, you should also properly instruct the staff. I ordered a Chicken Supreme Spicy. Available with grilled onions and crispy onions. I deselected the grilled onions during the ordering process. The first time I got a Chicken Supreme Classic, the second time I got a Spicy without any onions. The shift manager was uncomprehending and reluctantly made a new burger. Otherwise the burger is really good!

The food is better than MacDonald's, but in both the previous one and this one I hate the ordering machines, it's a pain.

Cold burger!!!! New from the microphone / cheek!!!! I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was cold, so not fresh. I complained and after incredulous faces and bad German received a new one. The new burger was quite warm, also sauce and very soggy bread. All of this is an indication that my new burger was cold but was made hot in the microwave oven, this is an absolute no go. I think the media reports are correct!!!! Never again Burger King Birr.

Fast food restaurant as you know it. No service but self-service. My daughter likes the play tower that is outside. Food is Burger King standard

I'm sorry to say this, but unfortunately the staff is kind of stupid. I ordered a crispy chicken burger and was given a crunchy chicken deluxe. I went back and complained. Back out, opened the bag, and there was a Whopper inside. 80% of the time the order is taken incorrectly and the staff are not only incredibly incompetent but also rude and unmotivated.

Fries tasted like kakke, they were all brown. It was tasty, but it stank out of my face. Employees don't speak German. But I don't want to complain because I can't do it myself.

The pricing in Switzerland is really terrible.

Was asked to pull over to wait for a simple cheeseburger. Took about 15 minutes! That can not be! From there: I want to see the amount on the card reader before I hold out the card. It really couldn't be more unprofessional!

One from the best branches I ate in. Very well done the burgers and the friets very well made. Fast services and clean. I have been in different branches of burger king and this is one from the best branches in Switzerland. Near the highway number 1 so easily you can stop by to eat then continue your way.

You shouldn't expect fried bacon here, and you don't have to worry about burning your mouth as the food is usually lukewarm at best. The staff is either friendly or rolls their eyes when they have to call the number twice. All in all, I can't recommend Burger King.
