Burger King in Steffisburg

Every time there's a new surprise - either the veggie wrap is with chicken, the KingFries is suddenly a small portion of fries or an item is completely forgotten. The service was extremely unfriendly. No one looks at you when you pay and after the transaction the employee simply walks away without saying whether it worked.

Food could be a little warmer, otherwise everything was great, thanks 🙏

Were really disappointed - this branch, I only know this one, has a problem with cleanliness and service standards. The floor, toilets, etc. were all substandard. Nobody is present, nobody cleans anything up, nobody seems to be controlling. Ordered burger, nuggets, wrap and fries. Well - max 2 stars - all cold and even though they were ordered personalized. But what really sticks with you even more is this grubby impression. We should have followed our first intention and turned around after the first impression... goodbye.

Ordered burger with additional bacon, no bacon in it.. Got a replacement, the other one was thrown away, the replacement again had no bacon in it.. It was thrown away again, the third one, after a total of 30 minutes of waiting, finally had bacon. The other burger (premium burger) actually had arugula in it... but there was no more arugula and then they just slapped normal lettuce in without saying anything. No discount or apology, just nothing. We were extremely disappointed. Such staff should be fired without notice!

Ordered twice and the wrong food was delivered twice. Worst BK I've been to

I went to Burger King for dinner with my kids yesterday. When my daughter spilled her drinking cup on herself, a very nice employee immediately came to clean up the mishap and then brought another cola. Since my daughter was crying because of her wet pants, the employee brought ice cream and household paper. Thank you again, we will definitely come back☺️

If you're looking after your health, just get the Big King XXL instead of an apple

It's an absolute disgrace that you order food from the drive-thru twice in a week and it doesn't work twice that you have everything. Once the burger wasn't delivered and the other time the burger was only given with meat, salad and sauce (original burger). That's not possible... and we paid for everything. One star is already too good for the service. Food is generally good.

This one Albanian woman with headphones shows no respect, is not friendly and can't even put together a small order correctly. Had to ask twice for what she forgot. Food tastes like night air.

Food like you would expect from Burger King. However, every single time you order, this store fails to deliver in the specified time or at least deliver all the items. I have to say something has to change. How can you work like that? If it only happens once in a while you can live with it. But not every time. If something changes, I would be happy to adapt my review.

A big Burger King a little outside of town. There is definitely enough parking space. The food was prepared quickly and tasted good.

I only know it from the drive in, we always go to a nice place with a view nearby to eat (5 minutes). Ordering is always quick, sometimes too quick. It's best to look online beforehand or take the usual ;-) What you order arrives very quickly, always fresh and always delicious. But for about a year and a half something has been missing: chili cheese nuggets, a few sauces, small fries, sometimes a burger. I now check directly and in the presence of the employee, even if it annoys her. And they generally don't apologize (even every time). At least I get the missing things :-(

Burgers and fries were not edible. A sandwich from a gas station would have been nicer than the food here.

Burgers were okay. Fries were not edible. Two items that were ordered were missing. There was no one else there during the entire ordering process. But it seemed to me that they were extremely stressed. I couldn't see any structure or order. When it came to dessert, they initially bottled the wrong one, but luckily they noticed it themselves.

Normal burger fast food. Nothing special. But it was clean and everything worked. Recommended.

The food is great. Unfortunately the service is not that friendly. I didn't receive my sauce either, but I didn't dare speak to the waitress after she hissed at me when I ordered. Otherwise, the restaurant is very nice and has enough space during lunchtime.

Does it rip off employees by making them pay if they accidentally empty a drink in the kitchen, a CHF 100 deduction? The senior boss says the junior boss knows, and the junior boss says the senior boss knows. Unbelievable, it's a shame one star is the minimum because you deserve a minus! My rating -5 stars. I hope your driver enjoys driving around with my drink. And what can I adjust orders for? I write "NO TOMATOES IN THE BURGER", what do I find in the burger? two fat slices of tomatoes! What do you think, I'm writing this because I have nothing else to do and I just enjoy it, and deep down I wish that you would ignore my adjustments and put tomatoes in my burger against my wishes, because you know that I deep down want nothing other than tomatoes? Nice hot food, friendly service, would be happy again

A lot of choices, nice atmosphere, fast service, favorable promotions, fast delivery. They give large portions, everything is delicious, I can only recommend it to everyone

Varied menu with good value for money. The prices are reasonable and fair, and the quality of the products is good. The menus and combos are a good option for those looking for a complete meal at an affordable price. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.

If you order online, you can no longer pay in cash or with a bank card. But there are still people who neither have Twint nor a credit card. One (undeserved) star for this lousy service. But what the heck, this fast food stuff is unhealthy anyway, so no loss.

Clean as you can expect in a restaurant like this. The quality of the dishes when compared to the prices is absolutely correct. Whiskey burger was very good. Unlike the competition, you won't be hungry anymore after a burger like this, very good. The staff wasn't really nice, my receipt wasn't printed, and nobody believed me at first.

I'm not a big fan of fast food, but if you do, here it is. Always freshly prepared, nice people behind the counter and everything is spotlessly clean.

The person at the DRIVE shouldn't be so confused, puts customers under pressure when ordering and doesn't give any helpful answers.

I always go to Steffisburg because the burgers taste very fresh and juicy with ENOUGH sauce in them, not like in Münsingen where there is hardly anything in them.. Top for me.

If Burger King then in Steffisburg. It always tastes fresh. Never a stomach ache or funny smelling food. Quality is right. Staff are mostly friendly and make an effort.

Ordered king fries and the package was half full. Big Kong Citizen sounds big but is very small. The fries were just thrown onto the tray and delivered with an unfriendly “Here you go”.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the last three orders. I always had to work with smood.ch customer service to ensure that my delivery arrived on time. Then on October 13th, 2022 the bird was shot. I ordered at 6 p.m. and delivery was confirmed. At 7:20 p.m. I called to ask when my food would arrive, I was then told they hadn't received an order even though it was confirmed by the restaurant, so I was lied to. After I pointed this out to the person, I was promised that the delivery would be delivered immediately. After another 60 minutes I called again. At first they didn't answer the phone at all. After another attempt the phone was picked up. My delivery was marked as delivered on smood. The delivery never arrived. At Burger King they claimed the delivery person was with me. But that can't be the case because I can see the street directly from my apartment. It was also claimed that the supplier had tried to reach me by phone, which was also a lie. When I continued to press, the phone simply hung up. Smood's customer service team was also no longer able to reach the restaurant. Will not eat or order there again in the future. I don't know what's going on in this branch, everything was much better when it opened. I hope this post can help others.

Gluten free only fries or salad

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. They got the order wrong 4 times and in the end this is what I tried to eat. Impossible . Raw meat, looks like leftover food. I complained at the counter and the answer was that this is how they serve it. Please fire the team. They don't know what they are doing

We ordered at 1 p.m. and waited 2.5 hours for our food. Initially we were told it would take 30 minutes and when after 2 hours there was still no food, I called and the employee was very rude and hung up the phone straight away. The food was also cold.

Generally good service, but unable to read comments about Justeat I add, incompetent dirty shop. The food is great, but there are comments written that I'm not at home, but when I get home there's no food. I already owe me two whole menus

Very good advice and help with ordering

Onion rings were cold and old, crispy chicken burgers were cold and old, our orders never appeared on their screen of orders processing or ready, it was really quiet, place was clean and neat enough, my double cheese and bacon Burger was freshly made and so we're the fries. All in all, pretty much what you would expect from a fast food place, my recommendation? Act like an entitled tourist and ask for something different on each item, that way, they mostly. Make them fresh.

The boss was unfriendly and didn't want to take my order. Food was cold and the Coke bottle was expired. There weren't enough employees at the checkout, which meant there were longer waiting times. Waited 20 minutes for 1 menu Rösti Burger.

Unfortunately I received the wrong order and only noticed it when I got home. But then I was allowed to pick up a replacement. I then wanted to ask something in the store, but had to wait a long time even though no one was waiting in front of me. ____ Another order a few weeks later: Received wrong order again. This time the burgers had cheese, even though “milk” isn’t listed on the allergen list. Wasted another 40 minutes and received no compensation for it.

A real letdown!!! Very long waiting time, chaos at the serving point, wrong order, every second customer, staff constantly apologizes, drive in a very long queue, staff constantly want to give you the wrong food, in my case that would be twice drinks , 2 x large fries and 5th minimum double citizen, I don't understand that no one is complaining, I just want my order please.
