A convenient fast food on the road, there is so much that you feel obliged to stop there if you are a little hungry. The burger sauce had been forgotten so they made another one.

Some rude staff annoyed if you ask for help on the order board

It's just normal burger king, even though sometimes they gave me a burger which was cold, cheese not melted and such.

This Burger King earned its 2 stars 🌟 🌟 in the food category because of its unfortunately very different quality! If you're lucky, the food is top notch, hot and freshly prepared. Then 5 stars! But if you're unlucky (and that happens often!!) then you get lukewarm, dry burgers 🍔 with limp fries 🍟 that have spent too long in the warm counter, as well as the pre-fried meat patties of the burgers... 🙄 😬 all in all: quite ok.. But that's just about.. 3 stars

Tuesday evening on the way from Rimini to Zurich we stopped at this Burger King, the food wasn't tasty at all. This morning I started to feel sick and so far no improvement.. THANKS FOR THE FOOD POISONING!!!!

Tried it again....French fries already cooled down as a special Texas burger...Burger not so warm anymore...once again disappointing...I used to be a big fan and love it so quickly...but for the price ...BK please at least go to your standard...

A BK branch, like many others. However, this is practically on the way to the south or on the way back from Ticino/Italy. The service was very friendly and the toilet can be used without any access codes. The number of parking spaces is ok, if there isn't one you can still use the drive in and stop at the gas station next door. The burgers and fries were in the usual BK quality, you like it or not.

All good, quick and tasty. Come back!

When you're on a motorcycle tour or driving home by car, it's nice to grab a snack or a coffee to go. Once around the roundabout and you're back on the route.

The employee was unfriendly. A course on hospitality and how to deal with criticism wouldn't be bad. It's not an argument "it's just fast food"

We visit here again and again when we are traveling south. We have enjoyed going there for years and will continue to spontaneously plan our visit there in the future.

I go normally to McDonald’s but sometimes I say to myself that I can try another time Burger King. Well every time that I go out from BK I know why I go always to Mc. The flavor of the burgers are not so tasty and good as Mc. Staff really kind they explain to us how to get points and stuff like that.

The food as always. I didn't notice the service because I had to order myself. The ambience is the same in every BK. The kids liked it, especially since we only go every leap year.

Practical location to grab something quick to eat before the Gotthard. The staff also tries really hard to keep waiting times short.

Stopped for lunch in transit. Easy ordering on the self-service screen. Received food after a short wait. Staff very nice. Drinks were wrong, but there are worse things. Parking space in front of the building - you need luck, many are not available. It would also have a drive-thru in a pinch. Toilet without code - very clean. With the outside temperature at 20 degrees, the tables in the glass porch were simply far too hot and therefore uncomfortable.

Last Sunday evening we were passing through and wanted to have dinner shortly before our destination. The four of us went to BurgerKing. Pure chaos. 50% of the order computers were out of order. Order came wrong. We had to repeatedly fight our way to the counter to get everything right. But the worst: about 1-2 hours after eating, two of us had incredible stomach pains, nausea and vomiting. This condition lasted for 1 day. I'm pretty sure we had mild food poisoning or ate something bad.

Best place to eat something if you are late for other restaurants

We wanted to get some food here while we were passing through. The order was processed quickly and the bag was handed over. After the journey continued, unfortunately after Burger 3 out of 4 were over and one was missing.

Food is not good. Employees were rude.

A usual stop on our way to Italy or coming from said country 🇮🇹. Service is quick and food is ok given the fast food category. There are not that many parking spaces here, sometimes it takes a bit of time till one frees up.

Usual burgherking with German language. And they don't even make an effort to understand what you need.

Employees park in the disabled parking space. As a wheelchair user, I have to leave healthy space. Toilet unclean, urine on the floor, urine on the edge of the toilet. Double Wopper ordered and paid for, normal Wopper received.

Eating regular Burker King food. Staff friendly too. At the toilet you check as you please and check the protocol. clean is different.

The food and service were great, but you wouldn't want to talk about the sanitary areas. If you put as much effort into the food as you did. Would the ambience also be full of stars 🌟.

It's a Burger King, the food is what it is. Like all junk food fast food restaurants it is extremely expensive for the quality it offers, the place is nice and clean. If you want to eat well don't go here, if like us you arrive late and can't find anything left to eat then Burger King or Mc Donald are fine too..

Disappointed, but that's my opinion

Overfilled wastebaskets outside! Was there on August 21, 2023. There is no soap or disinfectant in the disabled toilet! The double wopper was very dry! The meat was roasted to death.

I was asked by the service staff whether everything was satisfactory when I was already eating my food at the table, I have never experienced that in any other fast food restaurant, really great😊

The most expensive fast food store paid the equivalent of 24.99 for two Mc Menus

The outside area is a kind of winter garden. Despite the not exactly hot day, it wasn't particularly pleasant there under the glass because of the heat build-up. The restaurant lags behind other Burger Kings. No service at the table with number. No drink filling station☹️. There were also no chili cheeseballs, which would be a shame if they were removed from the offering. Otherwise a normal, clean Burgking.

Very weak....drinks were mixed I ordered cola zero it came mixed with Fanta or something....without ice...he wanted to give the drinks without a lid...Absolutely worthless...conditions were very arrogant. ... Unfortunately...

Clean and beautiful store with friendly staff. Food was fine and for a good price.

Great food but quite expensive. Can get very busy which means longer waiting times. I like the 'king size' meals which are available (you can't get these in my country).

June 25, 2023 Outrageous! The restaurant is dirty and full of flies that spoil your appetite. The employees are unfriendly and prepare the food incompletely. The cola tastes like water and the burger is bland. Really disappointing what this juice shop has to offer. We will never come here again!

Waiting time although empty. If you come with a coupon you can't have any wishes (burger without tomatoes). Lots of flies. Otherwise clean.

9 p.m., drive in total misconstruction. You can only order 2 meters before delivery. what freak came up with this? Everywhere else the order point is 10 meters before delivery. So 20 minutes waiting time for "fast food"

Not the best experience I've had at a Burger King restaurant. The burger was cold! Fries perfectly ok. Bad that you have to pay for ketchup?!

Very bad. There is absolutely no idea that the customer is king. For example, if something is ordered incorrectly and you report it immediately (30 seconds), there is apparently nothing you can do to cancel it, although it still takes 5 minutes for the food to be prepared.

Tough prices but also tough employees! Mr. Mustafa gave me excellent advice when ordering because I was overwhelmed with the menus in Switzerland.

Well, it is a Burger King so food is Burger King and it’s quality is pretty fixed. However, this is a good place for a short stop over if you are driving with kids through the Gotthard tunnel southwards. If you want better (motorway) food at about the same price while going down this route, take Marché in Bellinzona, which is about 1.5h away if there is no traffic jam at the tunnel.

I just found it disgusting. The food tasted good, but picking up the fries without gloves and giving them to the customers is an absolute no-go in any restaurant. The Burger King only runs because of the location.

Good evening. I make this statement after having sent an email and reported my situation to my lawyer. On March 19, 2023 I stopped with my family to eat at the drive in in Altdorf. Unfortunately I found a person who doesn't deserve his job. Her name is Beatrix. He doesn't know how to respect those who bring him the money to pay his salary. He insulted me because I don't understand and don't speak German. He told us that we are in Switzerland we have to speak German. My wife understands something but has never studied. I think one has to be patient and try to understand what the customer means. He insulted me in front of my wife and my daughter. Who gave "CINCALI". (Words known by Swiss Italian as a serious offense). I'm going to the last consequences until this person is fired and can give his place to someone kind. Like the case of that person who came later, then when I wrote his name on a piece of paper, he disappeared and literally refused to finish what he was doing. So, March 19, 2023, 12.54 pm, Beatrix. Burger King Altdorf. All reported to my lawyer

Way too slow and 50% of the time the wrong products. Just cheeky. The staff is not always polite either. And the waiting time at the drive in and inside is always at least 10 minutes. (Usually even more) At peak times, for example. Friday evening I waited over an hour for my food. I've been standing at the drive-in for 20 minutes now. It's just a sad thing. Really not recommended!!!

Parking spaces and seating options are very limited. Working at the checkout took twice as long as booking at the machine or using the app. A pity.
