Hi, I went to Burger King for the first time and I paid at the automatic checkout... at a certain point he asked me for a number and, not understanding that I had to put the table number, I put a random 6-digit one... I wait for a long time and my burger doesn't arrive but the tables after me are served... so my friend gets up to ask (he had already finished his lunch) and a waiter with a very rude and impetuous look says ah and come on I've been wandering around for half an hour and I don't know whose and... then he slams the tray on the table, always pointing out with a rude and irritating look that I've entered that number wrong but I should have entered the table number... so I started saying that I had more money and that I would never go in again... do you want to know the answer there are other restaurants in Lugano... because my friend told me forget it that you are more mature otherwise I would tell her that he is not suitable to work with customers and who is also not very smart because if someone gets the table number wrong, in any case there was the receipt number on it in big letters, all they had to do was come closer and ask us but apparently logic doesn't exist... .and then I would like to remind the waiter that it is thanks to us that he eats...so to lower his wings a little...and the same thing that I saw of another lady here in the reviews who had published the photo ..I'll be back when you fire him...it's not his job to deal with people

When you are from abroad and have been eating whopper for many many years... you get a little scared when you remember that you are in Switzerland and the same menu is going to cost you exactly double the price. The good thing is that the quality is high, above many other franchises in other places, especially in the potatoes and some ingredients. Good and efficient service in general, although sometimes they are not quick in cleaning tables, and to sit down you have to throw away the remains of the customer who previously sat there. One of the longest hours in the city to eat, especially at night. Recommendable.

I went to dinner last night and ordered a menu and some chicken nuggets which were overcooked, I go to the cashier and ask them to change them because they are inedible!. And I ask if instead of nuggets he will give me chicken strips, obviously aware that the price was different. This gentleman on the photograph!. while I make my complaint about the food and the request about the new order he responds to me in a rude way as if I was asking for alms!. He tells me, ma'am, you can't, you know that the chicken strips cost a lot more, making me feel like someone asking for free food! And he continues to agree with me because the chickens were torn in pieces with an unacceptable tone of voice. While I was aware that I had to give the difference and that I'm not asking him to give me food! in the end he doesn't want the difference!. but I want to pay it and I insist!. especially when one is treated like a tramp!. I insist on paying my difference but there's no way he wants to offer them to me now! I absolutely don't accept it to the point that I say then she eats them I don't want anything offered by her. This man has a way of dealing with customers and approaching customers but it is absurdly rude! It's not the first time he's treated me like this and I've seen him treat other people in a rude, rude way, he grumbles at them, he doesn't say hello, he doesn't smile but just grumbles as if the world were his. I've been going to BurgerKing for years, especially for my children, but since this man has been there working, I go there less and less if I go there and for my children!. I begged my daughter not to ask me to go to BurgerKing anymore, at least as long as this man works there I won't set foot there again!. as well as creating a very bad environment for everyone!. customers and staff. I am a Calabrian tourist on holiday and, as a burger king lover, I decided to stop by your restaurant. The sandwiches were excellent and hot, they were delivered to me in a very short time. I don't usually leave comments but I would like to thank one of your employees for her great kindness, she had written the name Lorena on the card. The girl helped me with the order and was very helpful and kind, compliments to all the staff.

I'm writing the review after having been there twice a couple of months apart. twice in a row I encountered sandwiches that were not exactly hot and dry, with cucumbers that tasted of vinegar in an obscene way. unfortunately the quality doesn't stand up to the competition which is 3 heads above

I've been to your place lately, but since it was renovated, the service has unfortunately gotten worse! It was late in the evening, I ordered a menu with chicken fillets and chips plus a coke at the table, I had to wait a good 35 minutes before what I ordered arrived! Not bad for a fast food chain..., plus I had to leave because closing at 1 am is mandatory. Really bad for a meeting place that has always been very popular in Lugano. There is certainly room for improvement.

nothing to say about the food, always good. I can understand that we are not in a Michelin starred hotel but good manners are taught in primary school. I was with a friend and we were having difficulty ordering on the screen as the discs with the number were missing, a gentleman who works there who is about 60 years old comes and says to us "but do you know how to read the directions?" for indications I suppose he was talking about a half-torn piece of paper hidden under the screen... well, we're stupid in that case I think. shortly after we sat in the "gazebo" where this individual approached and forced me to put the electronic cigarette in my pocket (I had placed it on the table for 10 minutes and I hadn't smoked even once since we entered). once he explained that I don't have to put the electronic cigarette away and that unless I'm smoking it he can't be a pain in the ass (sorry for the French) he began to raise his tone and put on airs... I repeat, good manners and ways are taught in elementary school, at this point it seems strange to me to hire a person with a kindergarten level of studies. I'm not the first to write reviews about this person from what I see, customers will never miss the burger king in Lugano but this doesn't take away the fact that if you're frustrated you should stay at home. absolutely nothing will change but it seems right to me to warn others, if you see an employee in his 60s, don't breathe, he could become upset.

I went on Saturday October 28th at 5pm. I didn't know that there was no longer the disk with the number to take. The manager gave me no response and rudely told me to read the little note on the column where you command! On October 17, another customer was also treated badly by the manager of the Burger King in Lugano (read his criticism). I don't usually leave reviews of services but I was so disappointed that I have to say something! Ordered today at 7.10pm as it is, I've done it many other times, but this time after 1 hour, still no one had arrived. With the little girl full of hunger I decided to call. Mr. Gianluca replied with the excuse that they hadn't found it the contact number (which you can find immediately on any google maps) and he told me that he didn't have my number, that it wasn't in the app to call me, and that I also have to wait more than half an hour because they have a lot of them on order. So my dinner went back. Obviously the number was there If I don't call I never had the order which arrived at 8.50pm very cold and with half the order wrong Dear Burger King, if you don't have the time to make deliveries, don't do it as soon as possible. A bad impression like that

Hi, I go to fast food restaurants very rarely, but I've always loved Burger King's sandwiches compared to the competition. Unfortunately I found myself in the center of Lugano on 17 October 2023 at 2.00 pm, treated in a sarcastic and grumpy way by the manager of the place. Grumpy and rude. Instead, the rest of the collaborators were very courteous, attentive, and very kind.

In the centre of Lugano, a few steps away from the 'Piazza della Riforma' you will find this Burger King store. The store is very conveniently located but as a consequence, it get very crowded during week-ends and holidays. I gave 3 stars instead of 4 because the personnel seemed to me unable to cope with the workload during peak hours. For example, they forgot to include the toy in a kids menu I ordered and had paid for. Other than that, there is no parking space available if you have a vehicle and you should expect the usual food quality of a Burger King restaurant. 3 stars.

Very long waiting time due to a lot of customers and not well organized staff, resulting in real chaos. The toilets were closed and the code didn't work, that shouldn't be the case.

Waited over 1 hour for the food we ordered. At the distribution there is just talking and talking and the whole time the employees are just pushing around while waiting, organizing disasters. Unfortunately, the employees have no idea about hygiene, they cough into their hands and then the citizens are handed out without washing their hands. Even the toilet was specially closed. The food was still partly cold. I'll definitely never go to this Burger King again.

Last night at 11 p.m. Ordered two Chicken Suprime classic. Was very bad. Bread fell apart was soggy. Chicken not crispy. Chicken strips also not crispy. The same with the chicken fillets. Everything was like it had come out of the microwave but definitely not fresh. We're used to better things at Burger King. Conclusion: never again Burger King in Lugano

Good experience with this burger king! They have many different veggie burgers and even plant-based bacon! Hopefully plant-based cheese and desserts will also be added in the future. It's a shame that it is so expensive, but that's everything in Switzerland.

Very poor organization, I had to get up after 20 minutes to ask if my food was ready. I was answered unprofessionally that the display above was not working correctly and that she had forgotten my food... Otherwise I could have waited another hour!!!
