Burger King in Winterthur

Nice staff who make an effort to give the customer their order as quickly as possible. Every now and then the shop is OK for a dessert..

Ordered at 6:05 p.m. and still not arrived at 7:22 p.m

It's good but for cheddar bacon fries spoon and knife becho and the bottom is sticky or slippery

Yesterday I ordered bacin king menu from over three and paid 77 fr for it, but I only got two complete menus and the third only got the hamburger, drink and fries. I called Burger King and no one picked up the phone. I don't think it's okay like that.

This is the only Burger King I know that is stingy with any burger sauce. Burger without any sauce or taste, just bread and meat with a little salad. The other BK on Tösstalstrasse makes them right, ask how they make them.

Got the wrong order four times now and then no one answers the phone when I call, wow!

Edit: On-site service was quicker back then. Unfortunately, the toilet was extremely dirty and smelled extremely of urine. The entrance area didn't look hygienic either. Employees looked quite demotivated. Edit 2 months ago: Unfortunately, a colleague of mine ordered again from BK Untertor. Unfortunately, by the time I found out, it was already too late. What remains is my bad rating. We've been waiting for our order for 2 hours again. Absolutely disgusting. No more! Huge mistake. I will only order from BK Töss. They even wanted to help me because they couldn't manage it in the city again. Give the BK Untertor a wide berth and don't let yourself be taken for a ride. It's not worth the hassle. You should be deprived of your franchise. Ago: 8 months The branch is clearly understaffed. Just 2 employees during peak times is simply not enough. The employees urgently need support. Been here 3 times and each time something was missing. I also ordered via Uber and the order wasn't complete either. It was certainly the last time

You wait far too long for your food

The burgers taste smoky, as advertised. You have to wait quite a long time for your food. If you take a closer look at the patty, it looks like it has a nasty rash. However, it still tastes good. Good deals in the Burger King app, recommended.

Catastrophe!!! No wonder I charge empty ksi compared to MC. 6th go esse 4 persone hand next day mage pain and due to fall. When I look at the bit I think it's so bad, but that's absolutely true. Hygienically zero spider webs above the service counter. Upper floor drink is gleert instead of cleaning simply signs and so on. A few times the employees called cho to serve food. Instead of cleaning quickly with a wet mop, zero interest never again.

I think that McDonald's is more expensive and services are not much good.

The toilets here are completely unusable in the evening. One could now argue with “Drunks and young people come in the evenings…” Yes, you could say that, but from the looks of it, it won't be cleaned for a few days. Unfortunately I can't attach a video of it here, otherwise the review will be blocked and to be honest I want to spare you that. I hope the kitchen doesn't look exactly like that!

The service was very good, it was quick... the manager Gialuca helped me place the order at the kiosk and he was very accommodating... I will come back!

Every single time we come here, they get our orders wrong. Cheeseburger without cheese, menu without fries, wrong drinks. The service is slow and in top of that we have to go back to get things corrected. And today the trash is not being taken care of, all the tablets are being piled up. This is undoubtedly the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Save yourself the grief, walk 5 steps down the street and to to McDonald's instead.

The worker named Ali was very helpful and gave me good advice about the menu when ordering. He was very polite about it.

When ordering at the kiosk, you will be asked for the number for your table order. Unfortunately, these signs have been missing for weeks and are deliberately kept by the staff so that they don't have to bring the order to the table. It's a shame, just deactivate the function at the kiosk if you don't want to offer this.

First: Some switches didn't work or the printers weren't available. And no one was responsible for it. Second: I waited a long time until I realized that my food had been given to an anonymous person. And that really excited me because such problems shouldn't arise in a company like that. Then they apologized, but my rating is still a big minus. (And also forgot to put a fork in it. Are you serious?😀)

My husband ordered a king junior meal and two wrap menus today. When he got home he was once again very disappointed. The drink and fries were missing from the children's menu, the chicken nuggets were so old and dried out that I had to throw them straight into the bucket! The toy also does not match the current advertising. What a waste of food and money!

The elevator to the toilet takes far too long and when you finally get downstairs you only realize that you need a code and it takes a very long time until the elevator is up again. The food is ok but I would rather not buy my lunch there. And even though I was the one who ordered it, it takes 20 minutes for chili cheese fries. And then it's the wrong order.

Addendum. I found a good solution with BK. They tried very hard to satisfy me. Thank you very much for that. Unfortunately, very disappointing. The ice cream wasn't ice cream, it was just ugly... the trash cans on the upper floor were overflowing and entire tables were filled with garbage. Afterwards I read the report in the media. Then it became clear. This branch should be closed.

I always take the cheese fries and they are always fresh and delicious.

Waited far too long for the food. My colleagues all ordered after me, some of them even much more complex orders. When I went to ask after 15 minutes because all of my colleagues had almost eaten, I realized that they had simply forgotten my order. My burger was already made, had probably been there for 10 minutes, but the rest was nowhere. Although the food tasted good, I was still disappointed.

Vending machines are not easy to use

Burger was lukewarm, staff had no idea about the Poinz promotion that was advertised everywhere.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever visited. Of the 5 times I've tried eating there, I left the store three times without eating for various reasons. The other two times the food was either cold or I waited over half an hour for the "fast" food.

Burgers are cold and all the ingredients in the burger are not on the same level. My expectations of the food were not met.

Ordered for pickup in the app. After waiting quite a long time, I asked and noticed that the order hadn't been taken yet. When I finally received them after a further wait, both sauces I ordered were not there.

I drove into the city by car to Burger King with my colleague and parked at the train station for a fee and when I stood in front of Burger King it was 11:45 p.m. and the doors were closed even though opening times are until 00:00. I saw an employee cleaning with loud music that could be clearly heard outside, and she completely ignored me and my colleagues and didn't open the door for us, even though according to the opening times it should be open. Something like that is absolutely cheeky because I had my petrol and parking costs for free because their employees simply did it earlier. I was a loyal Burger King customer for years, but after this recent scandal with the branch in Winterthur and now this experience, I think I'd rather go to McDonald's because I won't experience something like that there in the future. Sad but true

Half of the terminals don't work. Coupons are not accepted! We could also see live that containers (tomatoes, onions, etc.) were simply relabeled instead of being thrown away because the products had expired. Employees come into the kitchen and don't wash their hands, but then put on burgers. If you look directly into the kitchen, you would think that hygiene is being paid attention to. Burger King then starts a promotion that gives you a sundae for a 5 star rating. This is clear fraud!!! Finally eliminate these grievances!

It's a very slow Burger King. I sometimes got my food cold. Also I have heard there is a health hazard going on in this location so yeah... Not optimal.

Yesterday I went there at 23:30, the restaurant was supposed to have open until 00:00 still it was closed and the waiter waved me off. This is not how you manage a restaurant. I came down to get something there. Never will again.

Burger, despite being fresh, was cold and not baked through

Service was overwhelmed and according to reports it did so... "my head is smoking"... the burger was on display for a long time and was therefore cold and very dry (at other BK's there is more sauce in it) which is a shame for the otherwise nice and central restaurant .

Stressed but polite staff. Open kitchen, clean dining area. Burgers and nuggets were good but the fries were cold. My boys received girls' toys in their bag, they were very sad that they couldn't exchange them because there was no other one left.

Is this the new standard now that there is only a small dollop of sauce in the burgers?! I took my lunch with me today when I was home and wanted to eat. I took out the pickles because I don't like them. Then I saw that it only had this one blob, which was extremely noticeable when eating, I've never had such a bad & dried out burger from Burger King!!

I wanted a king menu or whatever it's called. I couldn't order the menu on the machine. The best thing is, the menu was 40 cents more expensive and didn't taste good.

Last time I went there. I had some took out at least 4 times before. Every single time there is something missing or changed in my order. I got chicken nuggets instead of fries. The burger is also not so good. I ordered the new crazy cheese BBQ. Well, there is barely any crispy onions in it. I never wrote a review before, but now it happened at least 4 times that something is wrong with my order. I know it can happen, but really why cant they check it twice, I can wait the extra minute.

Dirty and shocking photos seen in view. They tell me free ice cream if I give 5 star review. Fraud, clean up first instead of bribing customers!

Was actually at peace. Service was friendly. You can see that the restaurant has received a lot of good reviews in the last few days. They got it because if you write a good review you get free ice cream. I don't think this method of getting good reviews is good. Before that, I read another article that reported poor hygiene. Calling out the menus that are ready to be picked up is extremely annoying and you almost lose the desire to eat. Burger King should come up with a new concept. How about the food being brought to the table???
