Unfriendly staff. 04:20 all self-service machines are switched to "out of service".. the branch is totally overcrowded so... not recommended!

I was at McDonald's today, unfortunately when I ordered myself I accidentally ordered a different burger than I wanted, so I went to the checkout and then said that I had accidentally ordered a different burger. Is there an option to change the burger? The lady then said that it was her fault, that this would be possible, but since it was my mistake, it is unfortunately not possible up to the point. I can understand it, but I paid for it, it would have been nice to get a new burger since it happened accidentally. I think it's a shame that you can't come along. Unfortunately I had to throw the burger away because my little one couldn't eat it. It's really a shame... I've never experienced anything like that before and I've been really happy with you.

Then new delivery time 40 minutes after 15 minutes had already passed, then delivery time 46 minutes after another 5 minutes had passed. Redeemed employee coupons for a McNuggets menu and points for a free HM from my own Mc account. The manager then refused me the free menu because I couldn't redeem points and 50% at the same time. Of course it makes sense to me, I struggle with the system from day to day. However, I didn't know until this point that mixing points and cupons wasn't possible. The manager then deleted the free menu to apply the 50%. Instead of simply handing me the HM, she left me standing there and pointed out to app support that I should contact them to get the points back. Such a. Bullshit. Honestly, any decent manager I know would have given me the HM, because once the points are redeemed, they are deleted from the account. Making me walk the extra mile for 7.40 CHF and a cupon is an absolute disgrace! There were also not enough fries on the McNuggets menu, medium fries, small content. Would a manager want to save money? 0:)

The restaurant was recently remodeled and shines in a new splendor, with a comfortable ambience that you have to experience for yourself. The manager/day manager in the evening was extremely unfriendly and didn't want to give out one of my orders because someone else had picked it up. When I asked about it, it just started an unnecessary discussion, in which I was of course always at fault and couldn't excuse myself. It was clearly shown that the mistake was hers, but this was strictly ignored. One was even accused of cheating because she was convinced that I just wanted to try to pick up the order “again”. Great McDonalds near HB Winterthur. Fries and burgers were perfectly warm and the drink without ice was also perfect.

I "ordered" a menu on my cell phone, but the app didn't say whether this was a direct order or a code to redeem. I paid for the whole thing and suddenly it showed me an order number. I called several times to cancel the order but they only picked up after the 4th time. When someone finally picked up the phone, the person was pretty unfriendly and ignorant. She didn't answer my questions and told me that she was now throwing away the menu that I paid for. I asked the person to put it aside so I could get it later, but the person replied cheekily and said she had thrown it away. When I went over later to explain my problem again, the staff was rude again. I asked for a new menu or my money, but the person at the cash register didn't respond. The person at the checkout also told me that it wasn't a lot of money that I had spent anyway and that I just didn't "check" it. I find this outrageous and almost embarrassing.

I was there briefly today to pick something up. When I was home I noticed that I was missing 1 burger costing 11.60 Fr. It can't be that the customer has to check his order first before he leaves. When I called, they said I would get a voucher for the amount I lost, but I had to pick it up. It's not the customer's job to chase after the staff's mistake, sry. This mcdonalds get consistently delivery orders wrong (more than 3 times for me). If you wanna eat in this place, go directly in the mcdonalds, but do not order by delivery from them.

I've been there a few times and never had any problems, but today I wanted to order with the machine, which the gentleman at the checkout didn't like at all... when the card reader on the machine didn't work either, I had to pay him, Then he said why I didn't order from him and why I preferred machines to social... I had already explained to him beforehand that I didn't know what I wanted to order yet and that's why the decision was easier for me because I could take my time and look at all the products on the screen... in any case, he took it very personally and made me feel guilty...
