Burger King in Pfäffikon

The food arrived very quickly, was pleasantly warm and very tasty!

The usual good Burger King quality, friendly service and the food is conveniently delivered to the table. This without a long waiting time!🥳

I was here this afternoon in Pfäffikon Burger King and their service was superb. I met lady called Alberta , her service was excellent and she always smiles. She served us really good. Thank you once again and keep doing that for other customers.

The BK branch in Pfäffikon was unsustainable for a long time. Many things were forgotten or prepared incorrectly. A few months ago, however, something seemed to have changed in the store management. Since then, the Burgerking in Pfäffikon has been highly recommended and is in no way inferior to other branches. This is what it looks like when customer reviews are addressed, bravo!

Few people and yet the food was cold and things were missing. At one point there were no more toys for the children and no Danone printing machines.

Then spent 2 days on the toilet!!!

I very rarely go to BK and even more rarely to compete with the M. I thought the big fries were missing. The unfriendly lady pointed out to me that it was in the box with the children's menu. I did not see.. Upper area already closed in the early evening. Very little going on despite Saturday evening. Tables, floor and toilet dingy.

It's a shame that the first floor is always closed!! The shop is open until 10 p.m. but you can no longer enjoy your food upstairs after 6 p.m. because the employees don't feel like cleaning just before closing time. That's all clear to me, but the customer is definitely not the king for you...

For a kids menu 20 minutes waiting time in a practically empty restaurant. This is the second time we had to wait so long...

That's a shame! We ordered a small salad, 9 chicken nuggets and a burger at 7:04pm and paid in advance. 1 hour delivery time was shown. At 7:50 p.m. we were informed by phone from the restaurant that the order would be delayed by about 5 to 10 minutes. At 9:00 p.m. the food still wasn't there. When you call the restaurant you are sent straight to voicemail. That's a disgrace! No food, no money and no contact person. You should be ashamed of yourself. Addendum: Food was delivered at 9:25 p.m. All wrong! The bag was also wet and we were able to throw everything away. Without words.

Quite possibly the worst Burger King within a 30km radius. Even the one from Winterthur that came out in the newspaper is better. The staff was unfriendly and the fries were forgotten and the burger was cold! There was little to no customers.

The cashier could hardly speak or understand German. Poinz is advertised at the entrance door and at every cash register. When I wanted to redeem a full card, no one knew about it and collecting points was also not available. Despite asking twice, I didn't get the Poinz points. Typically BK, the food was okay.

The visit was very sad for me... when we ordered from a self-service screen An old gentleman next to us also had to order and was clearly overwhelmed with the self-service screen... I helped him order his food... he couldn't ask the employee. Because they didn't know any German at all... it's a shame that the older generation is allowed to act like that... it's very sad... please make it possible for such people to still be able to order at the checkout or at least have an employee explain it to them in German could work like the sb!

The salad was rotten and was replaced with fries upon request. The other salads looked just as bad and went back into the fridge...unbelievable!!!

Just bad!! I only experience something like that in this BK. Some of the employees don't even understand German, so the orders are usually incorrect. I've already complained about missing items and then received a voucher that wasn't accepted for redemption. Today the Bk only had iced tea and Fanta. A whole menu and two drinks were missing!! Yet again! Sorry BK, what's that supposed to mean?? Finally improve your service! A mistake can happen, but it practically always happens! Are you no longer getting capable employees? Then you will soon no longer have any customers. In the future I'll go to the Mac, which is a little further away. I get what I paid for.

I had to wait 30 minutes for a children's menu. The employees are overwhelmed and sometimes rude and I'll never go there again. The 7fr is not worth it....

The recent recessions gave me the idea to try out Burger King and get to know Carlitos in person. I was really looking forward to it. But then the bad surprise... Carlitos wasn't there, even after I asked several times, I kept getting the same answer. I was very disappointed and ordered a Whuuuper anyway. Unfortunately, the Whuuuper couldn't assuage my disappointment... the service wasn't as good as described in the reviews. Thumbs down for the Burger King in Pfäffikon, from now on I will call first and ask if Carlitos is really working today.

I was just at BurgerKing Pfäffikon and had a delicious burger. There was a new employee at the drive in who I had never met before. He introduced himself as Carlitos and was very accommodating. Carlitos served me excellently. Thumbs up for Carlitos👍🏽

Carlitos is a 10/10. He was very charming and friendly. I will definitely visit BK again and order the Chicken Mcnuggets from Carlitos

Today we went to Burger King again for lunch. As always, Carlitos served us at the drive-in. As always, he was very polite and our food came very quickly. The Whuuper tasted 10 out of 10. Carlitos is responsible for an unforgettable meal 😋

Carlitos served us wonderfully at the drive-in yesterday; he greeted us warmly and personally took our order into his hands. The food was really good and nicely prepared. He lovingly wished us a wonderful evening. Gladly again, from now on there will always be questions about whether Carlitos is here. :)

The quality of the dishes at Burger King (Pfäffikon ZH) is always at the same good level, i.e. fresh products (as far as the lettuce, onions, tomatoes, etc. are concerned.) But the restaurant that is by far the best is clearly above average friendly customer service. Since the restaurant is near me, I am a regular customer and am always greeted with a smile. The order is always error-free, which strengthens my confidence, especially when it comes to managing the business. What more could you want from such a large chain? Unfortunately, I have often experienced worse standards than other Burger King restaurants. So I'm very happy!

By far the worst Burger King boss, completely overwhelmed, not able to do the math, had to wait 15 minutes, promotion had expired, was unable to use the cash register, left without ordering anything, twice already. I will avoid the Burger King in Pfäffikon Zh in the future.

I had to wait 10 minutes to pay (ordered via display), then another 10 minutes for fries and cola. My observation is that the employees are totally overwhelmed. I can't find a clean table to eat. The cola tastes a lot like water. Fries were too soft. What kind of restaurant is this? Never again. Pooh

Worst branch ever! Even after half a year later, totally overwhelmed, orders wrong, burgers lukewarm to cold, endless waiting, 1 floor constantly cordoned off! Why? You immediately feel unwelcome here! Better rent the 1st floor to Mc Donald!! The only plus: the employee was extremely polite. But unfortunately that doesn't make up for the rest

Team still not well-established. Takes way too long. Burgers are somehow different every time (composition). Music loud. Tables not cleaned regularly. Staff friendly as always. But it's slowly not helping anymore. Was patiently there for the 6th time now. I won't be back for a while.

Terrible. I have eaten the Cajun Veggie King at several locations, I know what the veggie patty tastes like. I'm 100% sure I just got meat in my burger!! Normally it takes longer because they don't have it in the warming drawer, but this time it was ready straight away, which was very suspicious to me. That really doesn't work at all.

Burger King stands for freshly grilled meat, 3 times the bread was cold and the meat was at most lukewarm, after complaining I was given a burger steamed from the microwave! What's going on in the drawer? It's just a huge mess that pre-grilled meat is warmed up a little on the warming plate. I've had enough now and in a restaurant that's always practically empty!

We go to BK about once a month and have never been disappointed in this branch. Food normal BK quality. Mega mega friendly staff!!! Unlike other reviewers, we never had to wait long. The music on the upper floor might be a little quieter, but I've noticed that in other restaurants too.

I was at Burger King on Sunday around 8 p.m. There was a table occupied and nothing was going on. I ordered 3 burgers and where I was at home one was missing. I understand if you forget something when it's busy, we all make mistakes, but if I'm the only one who orders then that shouldn't happen. The staff should be more attentive

2x burgers, one wasn't warm at all Unfortunately, 1x junior burger was also cold. It was heated upon request, for that one star. Everything else is catastrophic!!! The shop is very dirty! Even though it was very quiet, no one thought to clean... the icing on the cake was the HAIR in the burger 🤮🤢 NEVER AGAIN

Practically every time I eat there something is missing from the order. Employees are polite but the competence is lacking.

I was there with my team shortly after the opening. We ordered our food via touch screen. Since the store was crowded, we waited. After thirty minutes, the first guests started asking how long it would take. That's when we found out that the food that was ordered from the machines wasn't passed on at all. It's a shame that no one informed us about this. As well as? Except for the team leader, the rest of the crew hardly spoke any German or English. After 50 minutes we received our food. Due to time constraints, we decided to eat in the restaurant. The manager came outside and apologized for the incident and offered us an ice cream. We accepted his apology and were looking forward to the ice cream. It's just stupid that it was served while we were still eating. Imagine this scene: you are eating your burger and in the other hand you are holding your ice cream, which is slowly starting to melt. Although I felt sorry for the team, I have rarely seen such poor organization. It's also a shame that the gesture of reparation made the whole thing worse.
