Systematic mistake on the drinks... unfortunately I think this is my last time in this burger king in Sierre..

The tables are always disgusting, especially outside. It's not fast food, it's slow food, René Manor is faster. In my opinion you will be better.

Overflowing trash even after reporting it, so I left the tray full of waste! The toilets are very dirty!!!!!! Yet there is only one to clean!! Also, no one seems worried about leaving large puddles at the entrance!? Water+tiles=slips!!!

Well for the 3rd and probably last time, we tried this BK of Sierre. Like the other times, everything was cold, crazy wait at the drive-thru, if at least the food was impeccable, we would have skipped the wait, but no. We tried it once, it was already the case. We said to ourselves that it was the beginning and that it had just opened so good. A second time later, the same thing... so I no longer really want to go back. This evening we tell ourselves that we will try again, since time has passed, you never know... well no, always the same disaster. Frankly to be avoided, disappointing and a shame, especially since we like bk in general.

Placed an order on Just Eat for delivery and waited 1.5 hours, in the end everything was cold, called the restaurant to find out where my order was and didn't even get an apology for the waiting time.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order in the drive on a Sunday evening around 7:40 p.m. because only 1 person was working.

Overflowing trash cans, disgusting tables, sticky floors, in short, dirty restaurants. Slow service even though there was hardly anyone there. The fries tasted like old oil and the wings smelled like an old grill that had never been cleaned, that or the chicken was rotten but it smelled very strong. Anyway, I'm writing this from the McDonald's, where the fries are good. Just a shame to have spent 30.- for it to end up in the trash.

Long wait and especially the cooks handle the food that we are going to eat without gloves!! It seemed logical to me to use gloves when handling another person's food, it's not very hygienic especially since we don't know what they are doing with their hands apart from the orders...

Incredibly long, order made on the uber eat platform, 2 hours of waiting...and on site it's the same thing. The principle of fast food is to be able to be served quickly, I think the management of Sierre has forgotten😏. Now I'm waiting for my order hoping it will be complete. And on site it's the same thing, slow.... It is painful. The order arrived late and full of errors. Special mention to the lady on the phone who had our order delivered to us in 10 minutes. I tried the experience again a few weeks later...delivery between 7:35 p.m. and 7:55 p.m. It's 9:36 p.m. still no order 😏. Really sorry but do not choose the home delivery option

Honestly I love BK, when I go to the one in Conthey or Lavaux I never have anything to say. But in Sierre the delays are really too long. I thought I saw 3 unfortunate employees? I don't mind the fact that they laugh a little among themselves (we work better in a good atmosphere) but it still has to follow behind... a calm evening, 2 orders in front of me already waiting + 1 at the drive-thru , I waited 20 minutes for mine! Another time I had to import it, I didn't check (too confident?), when I got home my Swiss selection burger was missing so it was too late to ask for it so I only ate my Onion Rings. There is a real problem with time management.
