Burger King in Seuzach

We stopped for coffee and coke. The service was friendly.

Conditions are fine, chicken cordon bleu ordered for 22.90CHF, the chicken cordon bleu was served raw and still cold. The prices are too expensive for these menus.

There is a choice between 3 menus in the small restaurant/café or Burger King. Both have French fries... Not ideal. Also, I don't like these tall chairs. Just until I climbed up. Luckily there are enough tables with normal heights in the restaurant part.

As expected from Swiss Autogrill stations. Clean and everything OK so far.

I'm just passing through and took a little break here. After eating and drinking (which was delicious) I went to the toilet and I have to honestly say I've rarely experienced such a clean toilet when I'm passing through. Great thank you ❤️

The woper was good, excellently topped and fried to perfection. As a German, it makes no sense to talk about prices in Switzerland. The staff is friendly and the auto grill makes a good impression on me. On my next business trip I will eat there again when driving past.

First time we take the highways in Switzerland: the rest areas, with or without gas stations, are of very poor quality. Very small, very few shaded places, prohibitive prices for food (9 Swiss Francs for a small Sandwich without flavors, small packet of chips for €5...). We paid +50€ for the electronic sticker to cross Switzerland from East to West, it's a lot to pay to drive at 120 km/h on a rough and noisy surface. Very below the Austrian network, which offers a pass for €10 per week, with high quality roads.

Pasta section is uninviting. Burger King is busier than the neighbour.

Parking is great. Free toilet and shower right in the parking lot. Water can be collected at a gas station (the tap and washbasin are located on the street on the left side of the entrance to the gas station building).

Hot shower, the best gas station for drivers, on top of the hill there are benches and tables where you can sit in the shade and relax your body and soul!

Since our bus driver had to take a break, we spent 30 minutes here. Next to Burger King there is a small supermarket (Spar Express) where you can get everything. Of course at the Swiss price level, which seems very high if you come from Germany.

Quick stop and away. A rest stop is a rest stop. I liked that the toilets were clean. The prices are just higher at rest stops than outside of them. At least the staff was friendly and well-positioned.

If you need help using the app at the self-service box, you will try in vain. I asked for help twice because it didn't accept the QR code, the lady ran away twice because she probably had even less idea than me. When we wanted to pay, the box crashed again... The so-called manager tried to do something about it, but in the end we had to pay at the checkout. Free tip! If you no longer want to use it and have little idea about the system, put boxes there that work.

I've definitely lost my desire for Burger King for a long time! 1. Burgers were cold in the middle! 2. The bun was very crumbly! 3. The friendliness of the service can be greatly improved! 4. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired!!! Burger King is and remains number 2. MacDonald is worlds if not light years better when it comes to burgers!!! Less would be more and the taste would probably be better too! One star ⭐️ is almost too much. Very unfortunate!!!

I slept here at night in the parking lot. Free shower, free toilet. The best place in all of Switzerland so far. Next time I'll deliver to this, I'm sure I'll still be sleeping here.

Clean, super modern automated stainless steel toilets. Nothing you've seen before with huge bowls and flushing action. Expect swiss inflation rates for Burger King with $20US burgers and sandwiches. Not menu items or combos that's the sandwich alone

Once a month, go by very early in the morning and have a coffee. The service is always very nice, even at this early hour. Taking a break is fun.

I came from Frauenfeld, where I actually wanted to have breakfast at Burger King. However, it doesn't open until 10:00. And every day, as I found out on site. So I thought to myself, then just a little further on the motorway and then at 10:00 a.m. I would have breakfast at the Burger King at the Forrenberg rest stop. It's a shame, it doesn't open until 10:30! I find it a bit unfortunate but... well. What annoyed me a bit was the route from the exit to Burger King, which is only a small in-shop solution. Finding the route there is not necessarily intuitive. You quickly end up on a dead end with a view of the Burger King.

Totally exorbitant prices for a self-service shop. A cup of coffee Fr. 5.10!!! It's not possible and the management is probably just exploiting the current situation to make a profit.

The BK is really great. The tables are all dirty, the fries are lukewarm and rubbery, the lettuce in the burger is soggy and yellow, I won't go there again.

Disastrous organization on the part of management. Only one friendly employee who works in a rest stop, there was no other staff there...AND THAT at a motorway rest stop ????...except for many guests. She tried really hard but was still overwhelmed. No wonder if the employer does not take care of the staff. There's not even air conditioning installed and what with this heat? It's really a shame what the staff is expected to do!!! I really feel sorry for the friendly employee.

Yes, it was 8:40 p.m. But we were hungry and still had over an hour of driving ahead of us. Since the Burger King was still open, we asked if it was still serving people. The nice lady said yes and took our order. She said we could eat “here”. From behind came an ARROGANT, conceited YOUNG SNUG. He simply said: ...."here" we don't eat anymore!!! We would have to take it with us. It was raining outside and we needed a break. I didn't want to "take it with me". I don't eat or drink in the car. The lady at the checkout said it wasn't a problem to eat "here". “NO” is his unmistakable sharp objection. Mind you, the Burger King would have been open for another 20 minutes. For the branch manager: Date May 23, 2022, 8:40 p.m. One more confirmation why you should avoid such chains. AND: make it clear to your employees who have customer contact from time to time WHO pays their wages. I give the star to the friendly lady who was at the checkout.

Actually a good Burger King, but the vouchers that you want to redeem with the app are not accepted here. It's a shame you collect points and want to redeem them and then an employee (who doesn't feel like it) tells you she won't accept the voucher. It's a shame that it still says Bürgerking on the sign.

Was at Burger King this evening, the fries were freshly made, but the meat on my burger was grilled to death and black.

Best highway station in all Switzerland. And, to make everyone happy, public toilets and showers (2) are for free, with hot water and nice places to put your clothes. Highly recommend this place

I have visited the Burger King several times and not once was the order given correctly and the drinks were only half filled. I will never visit this branch again.

Error with every order from this Burger King in 2021. This is not acceptable at all. (E.g. Today 3 burgers were made completely wrong. Unfortunately, we only discovered it when we got home. In the past, a few things were always missing from the order and we always had to check.)

Musste erst warten, vermutlich war die Höhe meiner Bestellung Summe mässig zu wenig hoch. Drei Nummern nach mir wurden zuerst bedient. Die zahlten auch mit Karte, ich bar. Ausseridisch. Gehöre vermutlich mit 65 zum alten Eisen
