First time visiting a Burger King in the Tivoli shopping center in Spreitenbach. It made a very good impression on me. We ordered chicken combos with their fries and cola. Invited to return.

I've never eaten such a good Wopper! 😋 Great tip top, it was really clean, and the employees were really nice, ah yes, I also noticed that the same people don't have any respect and they left tables on the table with such dirt! That's it, we're not all happy adults!!!!

Employee refuses to clean a dirty table or give me a cloth to clean the table myself. Incredible

The food is familiar, but the cleanliness of the chain is questionable. It's all sticky tables, there's rubbish lying around and the tables have leftover food all over them...Quality is something else, so never again!!

For the one employee (man with glasses) who worked ALONE at around 2 p.m. today, 4 out of 5 stars (1 star deducted for long waiting times). But more staff definitely needs to be hired there. So I no longer want to support Burger King in the future!

OK. There was a lot of rush. And most likely too few staff. But the (new!) store was filthy. Tables dirty. 40 minutes waiting time for a cold burger that was missing the chilli. The only silver lining: the potential for improvement is huge.

I was just at Burger King in the tivoli and I ordered a discount voucher Whopper + long chicken.... The meat patty from the whooper was very very thin so definitely not 113.4 grams.... I took photos and will add it Burger King Switzerland report it has to be a minimum of 113gr meat patty at the whooper... Sorry, I've been a Burger King customer for 25 years... Just sad...

I've never had such a bad meal in a Burger King. The burger was built without protective gloves - that's just not possible! + The burger bread was cold + the order took forever even though there were only a few people there. This has to improve

Half of the machines don't work. We ordered bacon cheese fries. Hardly any cheese on the fries, when we asked for more they poured so much cheese over the fries that the fries were swimming in the cheese. In addition, the fries were extremely oversalted. Both burgers were burnt. Pretty dirty place. We won't go there anymore... for 40.- I expect more!

Cold, old (burger) buns. Cola/Cola Zero is not cola but a drink that is too diluted. Tastes more like Pepsi, but definitely not Cola. OnionRings batter without taste. Overall - different to BurgerKing standard.

Unsympathetic employees, without patience

I went to Burger King in Tivoli today and didn't like it at all. I had to wait over ten minutes for my order to arrive, at McDonald's my order would have arrived in under 2 minutes! The employee made the drinks much earlier so the drinks waited ten minutes in the warm air so my drink was no longer cold! Contrary to this, you hire more employees or you work faster! something like that is unbelievable and unacceptable. From now on I'll only go to McDonald's! Please take my feedback seriously and change.

They don't even accept Postcard in 2022 and that in Switzerland. What a mess.
