This was the cleanest Burger King I have ever seen. The employee was very friendly.

The food was not as ordered, instead of fried onions there were onion rings in the burger. The Apenzellerburger we ordered was not available. Staff seemed bored and wandered around the kitchen despite many orders. Never again

Despite many negative headlines: here in Münsingen it seems to be working. Burgers have always been tasty and fresh. The only thing is that the waiting time is sometimes a bit long.

The most expensive menus in history (2 medium menus almost €50), local without wifi and on top of that without refill. I spent the entire afternoon trying to digest, horrible.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. The Whopper was really bland, as if they had forgotten to use salt and pepper. When I opened the chili cheese fries I ordered, they turned out to be bacon cheese fries that had already gotten cold in the packaging. Will I visit this “restaurant” again? Definitely no

bad service. The woman standing at the counter cashed in and 1 minute later she was in the kitchen making burgers without washing her hands, which was really disgusting.

I ordered 4 products on May 17th, 2023 at around 8 p.m. 1 of them were onion rings 9 pieces. Now I'm home and these are missing and have been paid for! Error rate of 25% and this over and over again at this location!!! No go

Unfortunately, even when repeated 4 times, my double steakhouse came with bacon 🥓 instead of without. The rolls were not fresh. Unfortunately, this Burger King branch does not accept coupons from the Burger King APP. Too expensive for this poor service and low quality of food.

We wanted to eat at the BK in Münsingen today. When it was our turn we were told very rudely that we would now have to wait. The people behind the counter were hopelessly overwhelmed and the three of them tried to load 8 prepared trays with the orders. Admittedly, there were a lot of guests there, but that's the case in Bern, for example, and yet there's no chaos there, the people remain friendly and the food is ready quickly! While we waited, more and more orders came in from the self-checkout... Sure, we could have ordered there too, but have you ever tried to order 4 menus with add-ons and burgers without or with an ingredient in the self-checkout? After waiting for a long time without being served, we left and won't be coming back. A pity!

Could it be even more expensive and complicated?

Too expensive for the quality of the food and drink and anyway the menus and burgers are more expensive than comparable Burger Kings in Steffisburg or Bern. The burgers were too cold. The fries were soggy and the drinks were too diluted with water, apparently because we didn't order ice cubes. I've been to various Burger Kings in the canton of Bern and so far this one is by far the most expensive of all. A cheeseburger is over 1 franc more expensive than in the other Burger Kings in the area. You can understand this since this is a rest stop and rented with a car grill but at least the quality of the food should be much better than it currently is. If you really want to eat at Burger King then you should drive 14 km further to Steffisburg and get a cheaper and better quality burger there or if you go to Bern at Genfergasse next to the train station, this has the same prices as Steffisburg and is of high quality also like in Steffisburg.

The ordering machine kept making suggestions about what else I could order. That was very annoying. The staff was quick and friendly. The food tasted good, was hot and freshly prepared. Staff discussions were held in the guest room and I didn't find that very professional. You should find a quiet room for this. It was also recommended to ask guests for coffee while eating. I found that very intrusive.

Crispy Chicken was nice, but the King Fusion with Nutella was so uncomfy to eat. The Nutella was frozen and only on the top of it like a ring, even after an hour still frozen like stone.

You can sit in the hall. There is a veranda outside. I bought a delicious strawberry shake for 5.9 (Medium). There is a clean toilet. At the gas station you can get clean water from the tap.

Das Restaurant Burger King (Autogrill) liegt direkt an der Autobahn Bern-Thun. Ich war früher auch immer wieder dort, als es noch "Windrose" hiess. Die Kaffeetassen gibts in nicht weniger als 3 Grössen, fand ich bemerkenswert, da ich Kaffeeliebhaber bin.😊 Und er schmeckte ausgezeichnet.👍👍 Wie bei Burger King üblich, ist Selbstbedienung. Die Räumlichkeiten haben mir sehr gefallen. das Personal war sehr nett. Top😊👍

Der schlimmste Burger King ever. Der Burger hatte keine Sauce, Käse nicht geschmolzen und war kalt!

Alles sauber, alles Corona-Konform eingerichtet, schneller Service. Mich persönlich überzeugen die Burger einfach nicht. Die Brötchen sind zu fluffig und irgendwie trocken. Und der Geschmack ist halt einfach typisch Burger King. Ich glaube, wenn Fast-Food dieser Kategorie, ist man entweder ein McDo-Kind oder ein BK-Kind. Ich bin definitiv ein McDo-Kind.
