Gave me the wrong order Chicken nuggets instead of onion rings

The food was really cold and I said it. Got something new straight away. Because the fries were rubbery and cold. Very friendly staff. Thank you for that. My daughter had left her can of self-rolled cigarettes lying around. 10 days later I asked questions and got them back.. Great thank you .

Unfortunately it is so cold that you don't feel comfortable while eating. Most people keep their jackets on because it's so cold. It's a shame, I hope it's changed and you can eat in peace.

Burger King is the worst I know. I ordered from the machine myself and then when the receipt came out I realized that I had ordered one burger too many. Reported directly to the counter, answer: “It’s your own fault.” On another day, points were deducted when ordering, but the product was not ordered. Here too, staff had no idea, the points were gone. I also reported this directly to BK, they don't give a damn about criticism. Received an answer that it would be checked and then never heard anything again. Cell phone reception is almost non-existent, it's a pain to use the BK app. Onion rings are always soggy, burger bread is always cold, maybe normal at BK. Something is always missing from the Junior King. Tables are rarely cleaned, and in general they often look very unhygienic. Then go to Bremgarten and go to MC Donalds!

Worth a stop, fast and friendly service, restaurant very clean

Food was very good. Goes very quickly. The restaurant is clean. The employees are very friendly. The fries and onion rings are very crispy and fine. The burger was great.

We celebrated my son's birthday and the staff were very nice and friendly. They asked us if everything was to our satisfaction. We are very satisfied and had a nice birthday.

So-so it's totally an okay Burger King but the onion rings were very soggy and the nuggets weren't exactly crispy either.

There are various free parking spaces next to the house. The restaurant is tidy and clean, and there are self-order displays in the entrance area. It is cleaned frequently and you can fill (+ refill) the drinks yourself. The quality of the food is great, the burgers are beautifully prepared and not clunky. The only point of criticism: The cell phone reception is very poor, which means you often have to go outside the door to use the Burger King app.

Lots of space for the car and also inside to sit. Good menu selection and good and fast service. Apart from the higher prices, which are worth it depending on who you eat, everything was clean.

New Burger King, but the burger was rather bad than good

Burgers and fries are cold although the burger is not ready, fries are served. That's why the onion rings are hot. After the complaint there was a new one, but it still wasn't done properly. The third time it was served so hot that the burger looked like it was hanging out of a cow's snout.

Relatively new Burger King. It was well attended when I visited, so the waiting time was justified. I'd love to come back.

I had a disappointing experience at Burger King Bremgarten. The wait was long, the staff unfriendly and the food cold. One employee even wrote on a piece of paper for five minutes while my burger got cold. It was a disappointing experience overall, so I can't give a positive review.

Unfortunately the wrong burger was put in the bag. Was only noticed at home. Next time it'll be fun again. But the fries were great😁

More or less a typical Burger King!

In terms of organizational tragedy, it's hard to beat! After 11 p.m., BK almost empty, it takes almost 4 minutes in the drive-in between the order and the payment window (only 1 car in front of me) to then hear that the order isn't even being processed yet. Wait another 4 minutes in the parking lot...

Lunch, everything clean, tidy and pure!

Were there on Saturday lunchtime. Tables not cleaned. Garbage piles up on the bucket, it's generally dirty, you don't feel comfortable.

I don't think I've ever seen a burger stacked so neatly in any fast food restaurant. Almost like from an advertisement. Should have taken a photo....sorry. I had the creation with Appenzeller cheese. Was super tasty. The team was also very prompt in issuing the orders. The ambience is hardly important. I haven't been to Burger King in ages as my last two visits were very disappointing. Today my opinion has changed. Thanks to the burger assembler for the loving execution. Thanks to the whole team for the well-coordinated hand-in-hand work.

I wanted a cheeseburger with two cheeses in it but I got four cheese slices. I don't think that's appropriate. I had to wait 20 minutes for it

Wash your hands, then give a high-five to someone who hasn't washed their hands yet, scratch your butt, then reach over your face to scratch your nose, then slap a colleague on the back just to prepare a burger 🤢

Everything is OK so far. Only the chili cheese nuggets were old. Like every Burger King. They are never fresh. You have to complain every time.

Onion rings should be brown and crispy😋, that's how they were in the 80s and 90s. Today I won't be ordering any more, after countless attempts over the last 20 years, I've now given up. Even if I want to leave them in the deep fryer for longer, they're light, soggy and inedible! It's a shame they were always the main reason to go to BK and not McDo. The staff is very attractive, and this BK also has enough parking spaces. The climate is perfectly set and it is also very clean and it is always cleaned immediately. In addition, there are no long waiting times

Order system is ok, asks you too many questions regarding add ons. I didn’t have to wait long till my order (the Whiskey Burger) was ready, maybe a bit too fast. The cheese 🧀 was not completely melted and the meat patty 🍔 could have been more tender and I would like to have more salad in my Burger. I liked the whiskey sauce, not too sweet 👍🏻all in all a good burger with room for improvement.

The service ranges from "correct" to "friendly" - but the burgers have so far been below all expectations. Stale, dry and loveless. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the food at this BK branch.

I was there twice, food tasted so bad, both times I had severe diarrhea after 30 minutes. It's never happened to me before. To me that means something in the burger or cheese fries was spoiled. They won't see me again. A pity!

A bit of a long wait, but understandable with a new team in a new kitchen. Food top as in every BK, staff VERY friendly. I would almost call this Burger King my second home. 🤤

The burgers were somehow thrown together and wrong orders... there weren't many people, so it wasn't due to stress... Be careful ⚠️ At the playground, the wall is missing! My child was suddenly lying on the road at the drive in... I reported it, they said she would pass it on and keep cleaning... I think it will stay there for a while. You could set up something temporary. Pay attention!

The customer's request for fresh and hot fries (with the hint that they are happy to wait longer) is taken into account in other branches. Unfortunately not here.

Ordered a Long VEGGIE last night at around 10 o'clock, that was also typed and the label on the bag was correct, but the person in the kitchen put a chicken instead of a veggie patty, very very very annoying. Unfortunately, I was too far away to go back when I realized it.

We were there twice in total. The quality and friendliness was really very lousy. The cleanliness also left something to be desired. - It may be that things have gotten better in the last few months, but we'll never find out because we won't make a third visit. It's a shame, because it would be ideally located for us. But we'd rather not do that

I noticed that the water at the drinks machine contains traces of other drinks. It would be good if you could get clean drinking water. Team is top. Food is also great.

After my 3rd visit, I just have to leave a review. The staff can hardly speak any German. Waiting time today, no less than 20 minutes for 2 children's menus and an additional burger. Restaurant almost empty, drive in max. 3 cars. I then asked the lady if it was normal for them to wait 20 minutes. At first she didn't understand anything and then I showed her the time on the receipt with the pickup time. Not even ice cream sorry. All she said was: “What do we do now?” I'm really disappointed. Someone should do a quality control here. The food was also cold...yeah now...never see you again -------------------------------------------------- ------- Really shocked today 1 year later when the same thing was finished in less than 5 minutes, even though there were more customers present. The food was warm, the service spoke German and was friendly.

My burger 🍔 was not freshly prepared, warm, tasteless and the bread probably came out of the bag without being warmed up. The chicken wings were too fatty. Complaints are not taken seriously and are replaced.

Quality of the food is not good. We got very strange tasting fries and we have eaten fries here many times. When we complained we got new ones that tasted exactly the same, probably old oil. After that it was said there is nothing else.

Great burger - relatively long waiting time

At first I thought it was a start-up problem, but it's only improving minimally. The last 3 times something on the drinks dispensing system was empty or broken. The burger buns barely thawed properly over lunch and are soggy, which makes the whole burger seem cold. In general everything is always moderately warm, which is a shame...

Gone at noon. Everything OK. The hamburger was very good. The only flaw is that there is not enough parking to accommodate those arriving at peak times.

Unique here: Drinks are available at your discretion. You just pay for the cup and fill as much and what you want at the machine.

There is always something missing. Cheese lover just with cheese sauce forgot the 2 slices of cheddar. I've forgotten salad several times. Almost have to check the goods before leaving. Very bad experience (on my part).

I've ordered chilli cheese fries 5 times so far and the fork was never there. If you come here, take the fork from home with you!!! Not recommendable!!

I always thought that the BK were standardized. Not here, chili nuggets are filled with something, no. wah, but definitely not chillicheese. Half of the table was missing and not even the drinks were filled anymore. Embarrassing when even the 7 year old doesn't want to eat the burger. I'd rather go back to Lupfig and drive 20 minutes longer.

The ordering machine didn't work completely and various food items were sold out.

The staff is friendly despite the stress, I like the food, but sometimes I find it a bit... unpleasant when you sit down on a table and see that everything is full of grease, both the tables and the chairs. I think people would also quickly clean their tables themselves, if you just put some alcohol wipes next to the tables, then the staff wouldn't always be so stressed :) You could also talk about the prices, which in my opinion are still far too high. for what you actually really get :/

Bottom drawer Extremely long waiting time at the drive-in. Staff terribly overwhelmed, also unable to use vouchers. The order came incomplete, burger without cheese, disgusting brown limp lettuce (what does the health department think about it...?), and sauce was probably a foreign word. Dust the thing dry... It's really not worth the money. I can't imagine how a shop like that makes ends meet. In local dialect, we refer to something like this as a “juice shop”. It's a shame that complaints are not taken seriously in any way and nothing will ever change.
