Excellent for eating quickly and well

Very well managed, clean, fast and friendly.

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the take-away orders are usually not complete. In 4 weeks with 4 orders: happy meal the toy was forgotten. The next order was missing a burger and fries, the next time they forgot the apple turnover and this week 3 sauces were missing. I don't think that's right and it's tedious and expensive because the products are charged for. Do I really have to check the entire order every time?

There were hardly any people, but we still had to wait forever for our takeaway food.

I've been to this McDonald's several times and the staff has always been friendly. Recently, things have changed in a very negative way. Just because I ordered something wrong, the employee came and made a very cheeky statement. “Next time, take a closer look at what you order.” Is it still possible to talk to the customer like that?

Waited too long for the food and got the wrong one... 4 employees in the kitchen and I was the only customer... 2 small burgers weren't a challenge either, I would say.

The restaurant has a very good service. The food always comes quickly and the staff is very friendly. The place is clean and the toilets are easy to use. The orders are always complete. The tables are always clean and the food is delicious. The employees also replace or give food without any problems. Unfortunately the prices are very, very high. I go there almost every week to grab a quick ice cream or something and as a regular customer I find it a real shame You have to pay such a high price in comparison for the quality of the products. :(

We had my son's birthday party on January 24th, 2024. All the children had a lot of fun and the lady who did it was super nice and friendly! Can only recommend it!👍😊❤️

I ordered a menu of fries, chicken nuggets, a Happy Meal without Quetschi and toys, a fish MC and fries, tea and Cola without ice. I was brought Cola with ice, a Happy Meal with Quetschi and toys. One fries was lukewarm. The staff doesn't care about the issue.The toilet was dirty and was very cold in the toilet and restaurant. When you looked at the door handle to the toilet, you thought it was going to fall off. The window opener was broken. The urinals smell disgusting of urine. The tables and child seats were dirty. It was the only and last time I was in Bremgarten.

I just think Mc Donalds is great and I enjoy eating at Mc Donalds most of all in Bremgarten🫶🏼 I've been eating there for years and I can't complain once except for something small, namely the fries, which haven't been what they used to be for a few weeks They were a bit dry and not as juicy as they used to be, but they were still enjoyable and tasty, you can definitely fix that with the fries

They didn't put any sauce in my Big Mac and spit in my burger. I found vomit in the package so they threw up in it after I had a diarrhea

I will never visit this McDonalds again. We were there on Sunday for something to eat. Then we smoked 1 or 2 cigarettes outside and went back to the car. What did we find? A fine of 40 francs. Great food for just under 60 francs and we're not even allowed to smoke without us having to leave immediately. We were guaranteed the first and last time in Bremgarten!!!!!!!!

Visited today ordered via the order monitor in the store 1× Big Mac menu with cola without ice cream and fries 1x Single Big Mac and 1x Mac Chicken from the end of the order until everything was received 5 minutes in my opinion, completely in time. Both Bigmacs were hot and delicious fries true crispy drink true so-so... Mac Chicken true also hot and tasty conditions true friendly the whole store true clean and well maintained .. visitor numbers true marginal...

We were there for dinner. We were given great advice that we would do better with a menu than with items ordered individually.

Forever waiting at the drive-thru and then an incomplete order.

The staff in the Drive, as well as in the restaurant itself, never once manages to put together the order completely and without missing products. In response to a telephone complaint, we were told to go to Bremgarten and get 4 softice as a “sorry”. They don't know anything about it on site and refuse to issue it or we would have to pay for it. Disastrous communication and unqualified staff = the best mix for max. 1 star. We recommend Mc Dättwil, not much further but they can arrange an order.

Unfortunately, once again... the order at the Mc Drive was a disaster... when I got home I discovered that the fries had been flattened and the citizens had distributed themselves in the paper bag. I've noticed this several times at, of all places, the McDonald's on my doorstep. Other branches are aware of this...why not in Bremgarten....? Today Monday September 18th, 2023.....Order at Mc Drive....once again the order is not complete...it is also my own fault for not checking the goods received properly. But really... nothing was going on in the store and then nothing was even delivered... if there had been a rush... so always check everything. Or a berth around the shop ....I think I was there for the last time today

Food is McDonald's standard. Unfortunately, the service of some employees is very dry and even unfriendly, these people don't have fun at work, unnecessary, not well-intentioned comments are made about the customers so that the customers can hear them. Suggestion: If someone doesn't want to work there, that person(s) should just leave and look for another job. As a customer you feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable. That means you won't come back that quickly. if any. It's a shame, it was already there differently.

Without washing or disinfecting their hands, all employees go from the trash, through the ordering machines, to the checkout and prepare the food, pack it, etc. That means all the dirt and bacteria, etc. are all in the food. The cash register and the table around it are dirty, not cleaned, "we don't have time" except in the morning!? (statement from shift leader); The orders are not carried out exactly, you get the wrong products (water, dessert, happy meal, etc.), the ordering machines do not print, receipts can only be printed out afterwards with great effort and only because of the customer's persistence, etc. etc. There is a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. The people need to be trained and reported to the inspectorate. It's a shame, because the people themselves would be quite friendly, rather cold, but still... Ms. Joeclin (the fat woman with the curly hair) can't even speak to her microphone and is already overwhelmed with making 4 ice creams. She doesn't even ask if I want to pay with cash or card and just gives me the payment terminal says nothing, very unsympathetic & also dissatisfied. Ordered hamburgers twice for the little one. The first one had none in it, the second one had 1 piece in it. Then she wanted another one, I mentioned that Dan was full of cucumbers. Otherwise, tip top/what I also noticed is that the people who come regularly/apparently have a higher value than the people who come once a year. Is a no go. Even though I'm rarely there, I still wrote you 5 stars and good things / for the buck you gave or shot down. I wouldn't really scratch it, but it annoys me. 2 class society? I've finished.

Yesterday I threw away the fries because they tasted like old oil, were lukewarm and dry. I wrote this a year ago! Today a new attempt. The burger today was less than warm. So was the cheese and bacon. Like a board. The meat wasn't fried but steamed somehow?!! 13:00 'O clock. The fries were ok. I won't do that to myself anymore.

Certainly not the healthiest place for people who want to pay attention to what you offer, but it is still above average, even despite high pressure at times, people here are always friendly and accommodating.

This experience doesn't deserve a star! After a long time we were on the way home to Mc Drive and ordered the legendary Chese Burger Royal. Then go home and take a bite straight away. The journey was only short, but the burger felt like last year, I've never eaten anything so bad in my life. The burger was so dry, you can't even imagine!! Sauce only in a small corner, the roll is much too small, inedible. At least you used to get something for your money. But the quality has drastically decreased. This has nothing to do with food anymore. Sorry..

Original from 2021 First of all, I would like to make it clear that this branch also has excellent employees who do their jobs in the best possible way. My partner and I are regulars at Drive and unfortunately we are pretty dissatisfied in most cases. No one listens, one question after another comes, as if fired from a fully automatic machine gun, and it comes as it must come. It happens again and again that we don't receive what we ordered. Drinks are sometimes very watery, although we always order them without ice and the cups are often not filled to the mark. It has also happened several times that we don't receive any points because the person in charge doesn't really know what they're doing. Digital vouchers are redeemed without us receiving the discount we should receive. Please train your employees properly and use them according to their strengths and weaknesses. We have accepted everything patiently so far, but we would like to use this opportunity to express our displeasure.

The food was 💯, as an Asian myself the asian front desk was nice and approachable. She made it easier for me to talk.

Great service, very friendly and clean! There was a Child Birthday Party and i Loved the decorations and The Lady from Mc Donald Hosting the Party was amazing. Super friendly and engaging with the Kids. She Looked Asian with a big Ball bun! I would recommend her for Any Child Birthday!

I've held back so far, but almost every time we order at the drive-thru or at the counter, we notice at home that something is missing. This time it was the 20 chicken nuggets. So I drove the ten minutes back to the branch, explained my problem and was only told that I couldn't prove that the nuggets weren't included. It's a shame about the lack of customer friendliness and the fact that no one is interested in a solution!

I ordered my Big Mac without cheese and still ended up having cheese on it.

It hasn't been a "quick meal" for a long time, but the greeting used to be returned. Ok, it was warm, so at least I can understand the “LmaA” face, no reason to be unfriendly. Then I had to wait half an hour for 20 nuggets, which was quicker. I'm probably getting too old for restaurants like this.

Absolute chaos with them.. e of 5 screens couldn't be used, apparently for a long time, then waited 18 minutes for 2 Chessburgers and 2 apple turnovers, the people in the kitchen just joked around and grinned even though you were already standing in front of them annoyed.. Ordered burgers without pickles, but then I didn't get any more onions. Absolute chaos also in the order of orders. That was the last time I was there!
